    Ordered a bowl as an anniversary gift for my husband on 14/10. Order number ****. Received an email to confirm order with tracking number. And never heard anything again. Nothing had arrived. Tracking number no longer works. Have sent several emails- no response. No refund. No parcel. An utter sham.

    I placed an order for a bowl as a gift on 11/13/23. My CC was charged $48.00. I have contacted the company several times via email over the past 6 weeks, and left 2 voicemail messages requesting information about my order. I have received no contact nor the item I ordered and paid for.

    I purchased a bowl on Dec 11 and also paid for rush shipping specifically to ensure that I would recieve it by Christmas. My total was $55.70 including shipping. As of now, 3:59pm Dec 22, 11 days after purchase, it shows order is "awaiting fulfillment". I have not only not gotten my bowl, it doesn't appear that they've taken any steps to send my order and I have not heard from them in any way despite multiple calls, multiple messages left on the machine and multiple chats sent to the website.I am inquiring with BBB not only to get my money back, but more importantly to see this "company" held accountable and find out what can be done to prevent them from doing this to more victims in the future. Best case scenario, they are a legit company and are extremely unprepared, inept and unprofessional and shouldnt be allowed to operate if they cant anticipate that they would be unable to not only send an order out with 14 days notice but as to be so understaffed that they can't even contact the customer back? And why should I only have to hear "as we are a small company we do our best to create beautiful pieces, as we handmake each of our pieces and have a very small team our processing time is quite long, it seem this is the problem" only AFTER reaching out to BBB? If you know you're so short staffed that you can't reach out to a paying customer for almost 2 weeks, you simply shouldn't be allowed to operate as a business. And that's if this is an actual business. Worst case this is a scam, pure and simple. Imagine being so terrible at running your business that this many customers think you're a scam. Either way this company needs to be investigated and I am requesting that the BBB look into them. I am a 21 yr Air Force member who needed this gift to try and mend a broken marriage that suffered from all my deployments, and I counted on them to help me out. I trusted them. They are messing with people's money and lives and they need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

    I ordered two bowls from this company and never received delivery. Luckily I ordered on credit card and the credit card refunded my cash but I was not able to have a Christmas gift for my wife. This company needs to remove their website and be shut down as I am not the first person to not receive delivery of product.

    I ordered an item from this vendor and received no communication from the vendor beyond the confirmation of order. After attempting to contact the vendor multiple times and advising I'd be filing a dispute with my credit card company, I filed the dispute only to see that his response (to the company, not myself) was a tracking number showing an order was shipped to my city. The photo clearly shows it was not my home. As a ***** customer, I receive notifications any time an item is shipped to me via both email and text, and received no such thing in this instance. The order also shipped from Courtland, NY which I find even odder as this is a small business located in *****.While the money is one thing, the principal of being lied to and for paying money for an item which I did not receive is truly low. I am filing a complaint because I would like a refund and the vendor is impossible to contact via phone or email.

    I purchased a Kintsugi Bowl on September 30th 2023. I waited for a month and a half and it was not delivered. I emailed and called the company on November 11 2023. The company did not respond at all. After researching the company online I found that they are fraudulent and this has happened to other people.

    I placed an order with Kintsugi Generations in June for a beautiful pot I planned to give as a gift. I followed up a month later for a status update and was told it would ship in 5-7 days. I have now reached out a handful of times with zero response, they have my Money any I have no product and no response.

    I placed an order from Kintsugi Generations on June 14th for $141. I immediately received an email that said the order was placed and provided tracking - which I thought was either odd or extremely efficient. (One was intended to be an anniversary gift for my wife and the other a bereavement gift for my best friend who suffered a miscarriage)After multiple attempts to track the package and contact the seller, he promised me the package would ship in the next 5-7 days. Several weeks later, nothing! Several more emails later, the same canned response. Still, nothing. Im so disappointed that this not only didnt come, but that this person thinks its okay to scam people like this. I want my money back and I want this fraud exposed.

    I ordered two kintsugi bowls in late February and they were listed as pre-shipping in March. I have contacted the business numerous times but email and phone but have not spoken to anyone. Their voicemail is now full.
