Hello, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing regarding an unsatisfactory order placed online for pick up via doordash from your ************, ** location. Upon arriving at my destination with my order, I realized that my bottom bun was saturated with mayo and mustard leaving the bun soggy and limp. I removed most of the mayo and mustard with several napkins.Only to be left with heavily salted fries. Leaving me no choice but to dispose of my order.I notified the store and all I received was an unsatisfactory standard apology via email.I do not eat out often and when I do I considered it a treat. Doing around April 2023, I purchased gift cards totaling *****, in which I was supposed to receive n mail, as well as on the phone. I have them on phone, and went to use before expiration on 7/3/2023. The baroda on phone wouldn't except. I couldn't order on line as well. On June 17th around 9 pm I dined with four other people at the Chilis in ********** **. We had a server named ****. Our dining experience was awful and bordered on the discriminationary. As both a transgender man and a lawyer, I am gently reminding Chilis that treating LGBTQIA patrons different from heterosexual patrons is illegal and grossly immoral. During my experience, my entire party was ignored, having not been so much as brought silverware during our time at the establishment. We had to ask the hostess for everything from **** orders to silverware to water because our server was clearly so uncomfortable serving members of the transgender community that she couldnt be bothered to returned to our table ONCE after taking our order. Also, as our server was a person of color, Im appalled that said server would fail to have more empathy for a fellow marginalized community, such as that of the LGBTQIA community. Oh and on the way out, I had the checkout pad slammed on the table, and then I was subsequently mocked with the worlds most sarcastic exit greeting by aforementioned server, which was the final straw in leading me to file this complaint. Chilis Restaurant ********** 6/12/23 After a school event a bunch of us took our kids to meet up here for dinner. The staff was rude from the second we walked in. They kids were seated by themselves and parents were sitting at the bar area. I was waiting for a booth. I informed the hostess who was the manager I'm going to talk to a parent at the bar but I still want a ***** please don't take my name off the list. So 10 min later she says she cancelled my table because I went to the bar! Then seats me in a booth in the bar area. I was still in close proximity to the kids table. They were slow due to being understaffed which was fine. Time went by and I hear my child ask the waitress where her food is because everyone else already received theirs. More time went by, my child asked again. About a half hour after that some of the kids get up and leave with their parents. So by this point I get up and speak to the waitress about the meal not coming out. I told her every other person at the table got food,ate and the party was starting to go home. She replied it's coming in a very nasty tone, I then asked for the manager whose name is ******. She said it's not her problem because she's not the waitress, I then asked for the meal to be comped, she said no, so I asked if we can cancel the order. She yelled like actually screamed I'm cancelling and walked away so fast, the entire conversation she was very rude with me. This is the manager were talking about. I go over to the bar area to fill in the other parents and let them know we are leaving. I was not causing any sort of disturbance whatsoever. The manager ****** comes out and screams I need you to leave right now or I'm calling the police!So because her and the staff couldn't do their jobs correctly I get kicked out for complaining about it. Never in my life have I been kicked out of anywhere, now I was kicked out in front of my child all the peers and all their parents. Humiliated is an understatement. Not okay at all!Business Response

I took my two girls and girlfriend out to eat at Chili's Grill and Bar on June 2,2023 (friday) around 2,3 o'clock hours in ********** **. I asked the waiter to bring a kid mini molten out so they could sing happy birthday for my 6 year old daughter. At the time while she was eating it I had already paid my ticket which was ***** when my 6 year old daughter told me she had found a nail inside the molten... I let our waiter know and he immediately took the nail and got his supervisor... The supervisor came out and apologize stating that they don't make the moltens they get shipped in but he was sorry that it was found in our food.... He then gave me 4 5$gift cards which is nothing compared to all the money I spend at Chili's, or the fact we ate that molten which had a nail inside. Even tho she didn't eat the nail there's no telling where that nail been and we ate the food product. I don't think I have enough to *** but I would least like my money back. Giving me 20$ worth of gift cards isn't enough.Business Response

I was eating at a chilis restaurant in ********** ***** address ******************************************************************** where there was a huge pot hole in the street however it was dark outside and raining so ************ was filled with water and not detectable. Anyway on my way out of the driveway I drove over ************ which tore off my front shield bumper. I asked the restaurant and they told me the Brinker company owns that street and I have mailed letters to the company to pay for the damages and to speak to someone for the past 7 months with no response from them whatsoever Ive left my email, mailing address, and phone number still no response. I received an email with a birthday offer for free desert from Chilis. On 4/22/2023, I went to Chilis around 9 pm to redeem the coupon for the free desert. I ordered the dip trio and the cake. However, I was advised I must purchase an entre to get the free desert. However, that is not listed on the email. The email states I must purchase something for $5 and lists what I can not purchase. I bought a $15 gift card to Chili's at HEB in January, and the card does not work. I called the gift card hotline and spent an hour on the phone and they told me there is $15 on the card, yet both the balance check fails and placing an online order with this card fails. In February 2023, I went to a Chili's location in ********, **, and my minor daughter was served alcohol by an employee named ******. When I brought it to the management of that facilities attention, they didn't care and directed me to corporate. I called corporate(#************) and spoke to a lady named *****. She passed on the message to *********************, a district manager(#************). On March 24th, he apologized for everyones actions and offered a gift card of $100. I used it at the Winter Garden facility. One of the items I ordered was wrong so I called the store manager ***** to which she said she would reimburse me but I never got it. On that call she brought up my prior issue and told me my business wasn't welcome in Chili's as if the problem was my fault. I have since tried to call the other two managers and it comes back that my number is blocked from calling them. I have no way of using the gift cards if the locations around me don't accept my business for a reason that is their fault and I cannot get in touch with the company.Business Response

I have to chilis countless times over the years now it is convenient for me to order break lunch and dinner through doordash and Ubereats I purchased just wings a few times from doordash and I just placed an order for just wings through ubereat I placed my order close to 7:50-8:00 pm I called around 8:16 talked to ***** and confirmed my order was prepared I asked for the drinks to be made without ice because ubereat was delivering ** food and to have the cups sealed I received my food at 9:02 the entire order of food was cold fries soggy I called back to ask what happened ***** answers the phone again she then gets her manager ****** and after explaining the condition of my food ****** instantly blames it on ubereat saying the food was ready before the pick up I asked why was the food kept warm instead of just sitting out for almost an hour she continued to blame uber and told me to contact them I told her I did and they denied the refund she then said she would give a be our guest compensation then made the backhanded comments saying technically she didn't have to do anything continued to blame uber I left it alone when I saw that infant ***** lied about making jy drinks over the drinks were watered down and tasted horrible the entire order was horrible because the food didn't taste good after reheating it the customer service at the *************************** wings at bayside is horrible that was not the first time I got cold food but the it was the first time I complained about it I will not ever order from that chilis again because for the food to leave the restaurant like that I asked what time the food was picked up ****** claims she didn't knowBusiness Response
