      *** tried reaching out to this company several times about my issues i had with my order at the chilis in ***** SC but no has reached out to me whatsoever and its ridiculous.. You cant even call and speak to a live agent. This company is garbage.

      All the crew members at this location is very unprofessional. They all play managers on the phone when you have a problem and act like you did something wrong. They messed up my order and refused to care to fix it. I spoke with a lady young who said she was ******* and a man ( who was the manger and couldnt do his job) and a lady who lied about being a manger first call. I have video evidence if need it. This place need to be shut down

      **I was followed into the bathroom and harassed for being trans. This is ILLEGAL in ***************Last Saturday I went to Chili's for a friend's birthday dinner. We were so excited to be there and having a blast. I am non-binary, and always use the women's restroom - I have received stares, but have (luckily) never had an experience as bad as the one I had at Chili's. Relevant detail: my friend asked the group to dress up as ***********************, and so most of us (15 people) were wearing fake mustaches.I got up from the table to go to the bathroom, entered the bathroom, crossed the entire room, and had made it into a stall when I heard a male employee enter the (women's) bathroom. He must have literally jogged after me as I did not see him as I walked down the hall, and I had already made it into a stall. I heard him speaking to a woman asking if a man had come into the bathroom. They spoke about how "it looked like a man from the back but from the front it must have been a girl." "It had a mustache but I think it was fake." I stood into the stall listening to this, and decided to poke my head out, and say something like "haha don't worry it's a fake mustache" because I was so shocked and not sure what to do. This man proceeded to stand in the restroom and did not leave. When I came out of the restroom, a friend and I both confronted two managers, who just said things along the lines of "it's standard procedure, it happens all the time" and didn't see anything wrong with this situation. We received no apology, nothing was comped, there were no repercussions.I will also be filing a complaint with the ********** of Human Rights. This is categorically ILLEGAL in *************.

      Brinker International is the owner of all Chillis restaurants and the restaurant located at *********************************************************** has the worst customer service ever. I usually order from this location and although the are mediocre it can be convenient at times. Today, January 16,2024, I ordered delivery through the Chillis website. The driver from Door Dash ate food out of 2 of my plates (I ordered 3) and was sketchy during delivery not wanting to bring my food to me. Keep in mind I live basically across the street but due to the weather decided to use delivery. I was on the phone with Door **** because the driver kept disconnecting the call when I reached out. While I was on the phone with Door Dash I received the order and saw that my bag was opened and containers as well. Seeing that food had been tampered with, I informed Door **** of the issue immediately and the told me to contact the store about it because I ordered through Chillis.com. When reaching out to the store both the to go employee refused to give his name and disconnected the call when I requested a manager. I called back and spoke with a manager named *** or Kam and he spoke over me the entire time and stated that he wasnt going to refund my food although I offered to send pics to the through my first time calling with my daughter on the phone explaining the issue and they said for us to request that Door Dash needs to send over a new ticket so they can remake the food and I can pick it up. I reached out to Door **** and they kept redirecting me to *******. I am now disputing the charge with my bank because the treatment on something that was not acceptable from both services and I wouldnt waste my time on any products or services with Chillis or their owners. There are plenty of others who have received less than ok service from this restaurant. Ive had this experience with another location in ******* as well some years ago and they never got another red cent at that location.

      I showed up to an interview yesterday that was listed on indeed and the assistant Manager told me they aren't smart enough to know how to take it down. And even though I had an interview scheduled through their program, I drove an hour out of my way for no reason where the assistant manager could not take my name down correctly or write down what I was actually applying for.

      My cousin was an employee of Chilis in ******. **** worked there for over 10 years. She stood by Chilis and had a family within the company. Up until the past few years. She gets bullied into doing work outside of her scope, get Ridiculed by her manager, she refused to call in when she needed to for the fear of being reprimanded. She has worked doubles with no breaks, no lunch and NOT EVEN ABLE TO SIT DOWN! They treat their employees like absolute garbage. She asked to change her availability and not only was it DENIED but they went out of their way to schedule her on those days. She had a manager named **** who would yell at her in front of guests, talked bad about her to other coworkers, give the shifts she needed off to other servers. He forced her to even sign a disciplinary document for what he claimed as training for something that was not true. And on top of everything else after serving over a decade of loyalty to Chilis she was fired for a false accusation after bringing up her tips were not calculated correctly. He didnt even let her hold her side in an investigation towards the accusation just happily fired her without even concealing the excitement in his voice.I have watched her come home exhausted from cleaning drains, floors and disgusting other tasks. Shes a server, hire a cleaning crew. She constantly helped and trained even the managers and didnt get more than a phone call firing her instead of being respected enough to investigate.Shes not able to get any information shes asked for because Chilis gives her the run around and hold absolutely no accountability in any matter! I work for a large corporate company and have NEVER been treated they way Chilis allows their employees to be treated. Brinker should be ashamed of what they let managers get away with in terms of how they treat their staff. I advise no one to support a company that preaches equality and treats their employees this way. Im so disappointed.

      I'm a customer who went into ********************** to have a drink with my co-worker. when being greeted by the bartender she very nice in kind she takes our order not a minute later she comes back to tell she can't serve us of course we think its a joke due to her still having a smile on her face. So we didn't take it seriously so she says it again this time we know she not joking that this is for real. So then another manger comes up in say "Sorry we will not be able to serve you" I asked well why is that? ****** tells me because I was there the day before and made staff feel uncomfortable. Which the day before i was not there i had ear surgery that day and later that even went with family to *********, ** where there was video i showed them where i was around the time they say i was at Chili's having a long island which in fact i don't drink anything dark so i was not at all there. So the guy that comes up and ask was that not you here yesterday as I said no i wasnt. He walks off not saying anything. So I later asked the bartender why did he think i was here? She told me because he saw that i had beads in my hair. That is racial profiling, discrimination, not mention pain in suffering. I tried to reach out to chili's left a vm still have not got a call back so now im seeking a lawyer.

      The manager is a abusive person. He has said he loves yelling at his minor employees.There are no cameras or surveillance equipment in the entire restaurant.Servers drink alcohol on the premise.The employees also **** and makes inappropriate comments at male and female staff of all ages.This company fosters a toxic work environment.I don't believe minors are safe working for this GM.Please investigate.I will give a full testimony if required.Thank you for your service.

      I used to WORK FOR CHILIS I was a single mom fresh from having my newborn baby boy they at first were very welcoming and helpful but then they NEVER EVER gave me a break to breast pump !! And I was always in pain during my shift they never gave me a break IN GENERAL EVER EVEN WHEN I WORKED A DOUBLE!!! The manager **** was rude an threatened to fire me just because I called in ONE TIME BECAUSE I HAD NO ONE TO WATCH MY DAUGHTER I told them I was open availability as in I dont have another job but I have kids they took that as I can be there whenever someone else quits or doesnt show ! Which was very irregular an unpredictable!! An they werent understanding I dont have daycare on the weekend even after I told them they kept scheduling me on weekends they fired me literally after I was in a car accident again never gave me a break or was understanding that I was EXHAUSTED I told my manager I was tired and ready to go home he wanted me to wait for another server who had a attitude to check me out so I can leave but he said he wouldnt so he rudely took my recipe an told me he was giving away my shift ! Worst place ever to work!!! They have roaches an other nasty bugs around the food and where they cook an prepare food the cooks never wear gloves!! The kitchen stays disgusting and covered in old food your silverware sits in a tub with other silverware for hours sometimes without detergent or soap so literally soaking in other food an germs THE **** CONTAMINATION THERE IS BADDD nobody (the workers) care for others health they take forever to even clean the dishes an they dont hand wash them they put them through a rinse WHICH DOESNT CLEAN HALF THE DISHES !! There still be dirty cups plates an forks being given out!!! Happily by these money hungry selfish people.
