      Extremely poor service. Did not notify anyone of flight cancellation for a 5am flight (***-sea) Everyone is waiting at the gate and 5:30am they cancel the flight (even though the aircraft is at gate). No apologies. Asked to call 800 number which is on hold for literally greater than 1hr now. Wasted 8 hrs of the day and on this saga.

      We were sitting on the plane at the gate for an hour at least. The pilot got on the intercom multiple times saying "they aren't giving us much information right now as to what is going on". When asked a flight attendant, I was told "bags". Looking out the window, that was not going on. So, either the pilot doesn't know what going on with the airplanes, or they are lying to passengers. We were being treated like 4 year olds. I spent $2,000 to fly back home, and for that $2,000 I got lied to twice, and then sent an email when I complained. The email was a canned response and one of the least genuine emails I've ever read, and that includes my spam folder.

      A ******* repeatedly and intentionally stepped on my foot during a flight. When I objected, he told me to move my foot inside the aisle or he would continue to step on it. I objected, telling him I had sciatica and couldn't sit normally, he ignored me. When I went into the rear of the airplane to ask him to please stop intentionally stepping on my foot, he yelled at me to sit back down. When the flight ended, I found out I had been removed from my connecting flight because I had "threatened" the ******* and he felt his "safety was in danger". Southwest customer service was of no help and I was ignored. This behavior is actually criminal and anyone supporting this sort of behavior should be fired.

      I bought three tickets for myself and two others. The system put one person's ticket on another flight. This person has never flown before. I explained this to Southwest customer service, and they wouldn't waive the change fee. I then sent an email to ***************** and I am still waiting for a response. This airline has terrible customer service, and I will never fly them again. They charged me $160 to change a $168 ticket. I WILL TAKE ANY OTHER AIRLINE BUT SOUTHWEST!!!

      Worst company ever very unprofessional they changed us from gate to gate 9 time , after that they cancel the flight, trying to find the flight to get home not helping and very rough people

      Worst flight ever! This was my first, and probably my last time flying on SW Airlines. I took a morning flight from ****** to *********, and the plane was freezing. People were literally taking clothes out of their luggage and putting them on trying to stay warm. I sat there for over five hours with my jacket on and hood over my head but was still so cold. I have flown many morning flights on other airlines, and this was the first time no attempt was made to warm the aircraft. My return afternoon flight was even worse. I had splurged and purchased the business select option. What a waste of money. There are no other perks to spending hundreds of dollars more flying business select other than supposedly boarding after the pre-boarding passengers, and that did not even work. I was supposed to board in the A1-5 position, but the customer service agent at the gate made no attempt to stop people from cutting in line. Yes, I did get a seat in the front of the plane, but so did people who paid the cheaper airfare. I know this to be true because I asked the two passengers sitting next to me if they paid for business select, and they said no. Lastly, customer service was terrible. I asked for a cup of decaf coffee. Twenty minutes later, I still had not gotten it. Passengers had to get up and throw their own trash away because the flight attendants were too busy talking among themselves to provide any measure of customer service, including collecting trash. So disappointing.

      I cancelled a flight reservation probably 36 hrs later after finding out I was pregnant and they refuse to give me my money back. I don't need flight credit. I'm not going anywhere. My relationship is dead and it's unfair that my expartner gets a flight credit and i get none of my funds refunded and have to pay interest on the flight money. I need my money refunded to my original form of payment.

      I wish i could give zero stars! They separated my husband and minor child on a flight. My child is an organ transplant recipient and takes timed meds. She was scheduled to take her meds during this flight. How is her father supposed to make sure she takes her meds when he is seated rows apart from her? Completely unacceptable and we will never fly Southwest again!

      Their rapid rewards program is a complete scam!!!! Do not sign up for this card. I have been trying to book a rental car with my points for the last 3 days, as their website states its down for maintenance. When I called the number provided in an email the rep stated that they can only book rental cars out 10 days, which is within the window I needed to book. Because their site is "down" I cannot use these points, and the customer service team told me that it would take at least a week and a half to get back to me. STAY AWAY FROM SOUTHWEST. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have been a card holder for over 7 years as an A-list customer. I will now be going to ********, as well as my wife. TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY.

      Flew from ******* to CT round trip with my little old 5 lb dog who is 16 years old. Flight there the crew was so nice and let me keep her on my lap because she's really scared. I pause $95 each way for her to fly with me which is 3 times m m precious thanks my own ticket. The crew on the way Maui t to ******* was different. They said she had to be zippered up all the way in the dog carry bag. One of the fort attendants came over to me and loudly said WEV ARE GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE YOU OFF THIS FLIGHT BECAUSE WE **** YOU TWICE. I tried to explain she is strapped in and just needs a little more air so I have the zipper open just a Little she RUDELY said that's what the netting is for. She was completely unprofessional and terribly loud and rude. I'll be calling to five b formal complaint once I land.
