      I booked a flight for my family. My daughter got COVID and could no longer go on the trip. I called to get a credit or voucher (I did not want my money back) for my daughter's flight. I did not realize I purchased the "wanna get away" ticket. I advised the agent I paid for the flight with my debit card. She would not help me. I asked if i could upgrade to "wanna get away plus" however it would cost me double what I paid for the ticket. I was willing to take a voucher or credit or even have my daughter tell them to transfer the ticket. I have been a rapid rewards member for many years. I am truly disappointed because I exclusively fly Southwest. I need southwest to give me a credit for this flight. *****

      Dear Southwest, I was promised a refund and was given a refund reference number and a date I was to receive my refund . It is way past those dates and I have yet to receive my refund and can not get in touch with anyone at Southwest about it. One time they tried to transfer my call and we got disconnected. This refund was started 7/7/2024 I was to wait two billing cycles then given a date to expect my refund, we are weeks past that and NO REFUND Please help me get my money back as promised

      Easily the worst airline I have ever flown with. Southwest Agent knowingly put my son and I in ***** way and sent us into a hurricane when our connecting flight had already been canceled due to the weather. Unacceptable.

      I booked a flight with Chase ******* we were given a flight confirmation, upon arrival at the airport the kiosk attendant reported there was not flight. After further investigation, they found that the flight was cancelled, no notification was given to us and we had no flight. The supervisor decided to have us wait for over an hour while she investigated what transpired, she came back an hour later giving us a voucher for the hotel, ONE room for FIVE people, she said "you figure how you will fit." I feel humiliated by their actions and how they handle their failure. This experience leaves me speechless. I had to spend over $300 in hotel, food and transportation to the hotel and back to the airport with no help from either party, the ***** credit card travel agent and southwest.

      A few weeks ago we started an extensive across a few states, We traveled by Southwest Airline. The 1st leg of the trip was to ******* for our family to attend a conference. That required formal suits and outfits. When we opened our suitcases in ******* we were shocked to find our clothes and other items socked. I have been traveling around the world since mid 70's, NEVER encountering socked items inside the laugage.There was a full program in our hotel that the conference was held. Still we had deal with this situation too, some items had to be thrown away, some had to be put away for dry cleaning, even a lock for the gym was damaged and could not be used any more. Even if forget the fact that we did not have proper and matching items to use, many had to be get rid off and some dried and keep for dry cleaning when eventually returning home. Still our trip is continued. I had made several contacts with Southwest, NEVER EVEN RESPONDED or contacted me except a 40 dollar cupon that I did not accept. I had give them that on the top of embarrassement and disappointed we needed to be compensated by $750.00. But this company does not even care about the impact of their business practices. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE, ACKNOWLEdGE OR COMPENSATE!! NB

      Wow what a poor unhearted service. They cancelled flight to ORD bc air traffic control also they were cancelling flights for ****** and *********. Service help in ********** was horrible. They said no flights until 2 days later. Also they didnt want to find out or accommodate better or other flights. They didnt accommodate us to a hotel to stay over. They just didnt care at all.

      Southwest Airline representatives are enforcing standards that are not in written policy. Military members traveling with child dependents, even on an official order, are denied military boarding. With an open seating policy, this means that the child more than likely will not be able to sit with their parent. This is not only a safety concern that needs to be addressed, but this is also not stated in the military boarding FAQ information. As our flights are not paid and booked by the military member, this information needs to be known prior to booking.

      I am deeply disappointed with Southwest Airlines following my most recent experience, despite being a loyal customer for over ************************************************************************************************* ****** due to a delay attributed to traffic control. Unfortunately, Southwest's stance was that the delay was beyond their control, leaving us to cover the hotel and transportation expenses out of pocket.To make matters worse, the last-minute flight change resulted in my family receiving the last boarding positions. I reached out to Southwest, hoping they would at least offset some of the hotel costs by upgrading us to Business Select. While they did offer the upgrade, I was still required to pay for it. This small gesture could have made a significant difference in our experience, yet Southwest chose not to accommodate us. Its disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially from an airline with which I have been a loyal customer for many years.

      Excellent service. Flight delayed from ********** to ******* Sunday august 11. Last flight out at 11:01pm. While boarding, my wedding ring somehow slipped off my finger. Cabin personnel were helpful, made several announcements to entire packed flight. While disembarking, they found my ring. Married over 30 years. They were very gracious. I tried tipping them but wouldnt accept. Southwest should be proud of the extra effort demonstrated by flight attendants. You should find a way to reward them internally.

      My recent experience on southwest has been awful i have had to deal with a cancelled flight which i was only informed of over 5 hours after its original departure time on top of that every time I went to see there customer service personnel at the gate they refused to speak with me and when I specifically asked why the flight was delayed and if there was anything i could do the only thing that she would say is that the flight was delayed after hours of waiting i finally called the corporate office who was able to get me on a flight the next day but was unable to even help me find a hotel because that had to be done at the Airport level with the people who dont know how to say anything besides that the flight was delayed so I was in a rush to find a hotel at 9pm for a 6am flight the next day which had a connection rather than a non stop then after landing for our 5 hour connection i see that my next flight got delayed for over 6 hours so i went to another customer service person at the gate who finally actually told me that we were delayed because of weather but says that because it is due to weather southwest can not provide any sort of refund or compensation and yet again i am stuck trying to figure out somewhere to stay for a flight the next day this whole time the customer service personnel have only been rude and disrespectful unable to see any issues with being canceled and delayed with no explanation as to why or whats going on
