      They changed our flight and now its going to cost me an extra day of rental. They failed to offer any sort of compensation for this change

      The WORST Airline Company there is!!!!! They delayed and cancelled the flight and NOT willing to replace the flight with another airline company???? Other Airlines do that for you!!! SOUTHWEST AIRLINES IS THE WORST AIRLINES THERE IS!!!!!! I want to give 0 star!!!!! NOT even 1 star!

      I traveled via Southwest Airlines for the first time and I must say I will never again. On April 22, 2024, I was traveling back home from a cruise. I arrived at the *********** and checked my luggage. During the wait for my departure flight there was a very bad storm that came through *************** so my flight was delayed. Upon my arrival at home, I noticed that everything on the inside of my luggage was extremely wet. After unpacking my luggage, I noticed that my IPAD was missing. I then contacted Southwest and reported. I was given a case file number and was told that it would be investigated. Within 24 hours I received a message that indicated the case was closed. This was their response: "Unfortunately, we cannot arbitrarily pay every claim that is presented, but handle each situation on an individual basis while adhering to the terms and conditions of both our Contract of Carriage and Company policy. Specifically, liability to the contents of a bag will only be accepted in the event that the bag was mishandled, in that it was either delayed in delivery or shows signs of obvious external damage."This is very disheartening. In my opinion, they left our luggage outside during the severe rain storm and knew they should go through to make sure there were no electronics inside because if they were, a customer would know the electronics would have water damage and could easily be held liable. So they removed the electronic device to prevent liability. I nor my family will NEVER fly Southwest again!

      Have flown southwest for years. Flying today with my family. Had my one carry on backpack in the overhead bin. Had a22 boarding pass so plenty early so I could wnsure myself of overhead space. Late boarding passenger had 2 bags and one wouldnt fit under the seat. Flight attendant force me to move my bag to accomodate the other person's large bag. Forcing me to do this took leg aoace away as I had nowhere to stretch my legs. Over 6ft tall made this a long, very uncomfortable flight

      I was recently offered ****** rapid rewards points upon approval of the Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card through Chase. I applied and was approved. I spent the $1,000 needed to qualify for the offer and I just called to confirm that my ****** would be applied to my account. The representative informed me that my program was ****** points when $500 was spent. The is not what I was offered. The offer that I applied and was approved for appears to have been a false advertisement. I am extremely frustrated and demand that the offer that was very clearly advertised to me be honored.

      Southwest Airlines made me buy more points for a flight to be changed which was $750.00. When i was within the timeframe of my flight and instead of the customer service rep telling me that it was not needed after purchased she never said anything. After reaching out to customer service and explain how I only purchased because their agent said i had to in order to catch a flight. They said it was my responsibility. And did not acknowledge their wrong nor refund of charges of another 180/3 times as well

      Hello, last Tuesday 4/23/24 I had to switch planes Oakland to arrive in **** flight #**** at 8:50 a.m. my confirmation #2G8HGO. This plane holds 175 passengers and we only had a total of 38. There was one attendant in the back and two in the front. The two in the front were extremely loud and chattering to each other about which one was the bigger Star Wars fan , naming all the characters and their descendants. Finally one took our drink order and couple minutes later the attendant in back came with a bag collecting peoples trash and told us to put our trays up. Never got a beverage and still listened to the very LOUD attendants continue with their conversation. I was not the only person who was upset. Horrible customer service. I thought flight attendant meant attending to the needs of passengers. Very disappointing experience!***********************. Rewards #********

      I went to the ************* with my 2 kids and my husband looking forward for a straight flight to ****, and out of the blue the supervisor, which i do not know her name, decided that I could not fly because my passport was too damaged to use. I begged her to look at the pages of the passport and see how many times I have use it, and to look at the stamps that look perfect. after 15 minutes talking to the lady's back and being ignored, I decided to go back to ******* and try to fly for another airline, since she said that she put a note that I could not fly with that passport ever again with Southwest, so I went to **** through Delta, that same day. It costed me $600 more, not only for the tickets, but also for the bags that were ready, and for the extra fee that I had to pay for my husband and daughter to fly next day from *******. Not mentioning that the note thing was a lie, since I came from **** with the same passport that she said that I could not fly with. It is a shame that this people are the face of such a big airline. She was not doing her job, she was just making decisions that are not correct, AND RUINED MY VACATION. I ended up losing one day of my rental reservation and having to take 2 flights instead of 1, which was why i decided to travel from ***** in the first place, Plus more than $700 out of my budget, in travel and bags expenses. My reservation number was 4KBKYC, just so you know who it was.

      I will never fly Southwest again. Several items were stolen from my luggage. I submitted a stolen property ticket to Southwest. Hopefully they will do their due diligence to return/compensate me for my stolen items. My anxiety is already somewhat high when flying. This situation I experienced has made it even worse. In the past I believed that Southwest valued their customers but after this experience, Im not sure if they really do.
