    Just received a cold call from a woman in *************, ** who would only identify her company as ****************************** I aske multiple times what the name of her company was an she would only reply with that. She refused to answer any of my questions stating that I need to "Wait for an appropriate representative".To be polite, I waited. Then got on the phone with a man who identified this company stating that his company was not involved in any scams. After a brief (12 second) scroll through ******, I was able to determine that this company is, in fact, one of the "Vehicle Extended Warranty" companies that are determined to scam as many people as possible out of their hard earned ******** add to all this, I am from *********. The number that appeared on my caller ID was a Minnesota number.Stay safe friends. I hope this review helps.

    This place is 100% a scam, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR ***** ON THESE CROOKS! I have been paying into my warranty for over a year along with maintaining my own maintenance and these crooks tried every loop hole to deny my claim but we had proof of everything they requested proof on and still denied my claim! I am taking legal action and I believe a class action lawsuit will follow soon! So everyone already aware of these scam artists and everyone that comes after this be ready

    DO NOT!!! ENGAGE WITH ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!! Got a letter on the mail from this company with my name and information of one of the cars I have claiming my extended warranty was about to be over and I would be liable for repair cost of I did not call them to renew contract. So I called and sure enough they displayed clear symptoms of scam trying to pressure me to buy their service claiming they work with reputable companies to fix all problems from your car with no out of pocket cost and buy your information from your car company. I asked for the company's name and representative identification and told them I will call **** myself and confirm with them before making the payment they were asking me to make, the sales man change his friendly attitude to a combative and senseless one saying he was not going to beg me to take advantage of the opportunity. I Hanged the phone and called **** and sure enough they DID NOT recognized or honored this company's partnering nor shared my information with them. So do not ever fall into these professional scammers. So sad to see many really smart people use their talent for evil and not for good.

    I got prior approval for replacing 2-control arms plus labor for my 2015 ****** Sienna. However, the repair shop has been ignored for the last 3-days. I even called several times without success. They simply don't care. Future premium payments will stop soon.I need the vehicle back. My only recourse is to pay the shop and wait for reimbursement, if any.Further contact is futile.

    They want to give me a 30$ gift card for a 5star review over 3 months so I feel if you lie about that ,you'll lie about other things. so they get a [1 ?? ] on there review.

    I have a warranty with this company and they fail to honor it, when you file a claim, they present a list of exclusions so nothing is ever covered. They sell these warranties in the premise that if anything fails, you have the peace of mind that it will be covered, those are the exact words of the salesperson. Something internal in my engine broke and they denied any responsibility of fixing it. The mechanic said if it was a manufacturers warranty, it would be a cut and dry claim but this company collects money and doesnt fix anything.

    The sales rep from j r auto protect was great but the customer service from ********************************************* was not so great the claim u pay for the warranty but they only cover refurbished or used parts they r dishonest about paying your claim there warranty sales rep tells u they use new parts and the warranty book they send u says nothing about used or refurbished parts before u get the warranty from this place check them out there a scam company

    This is a Scam. Them and Line5 and Coverage auto. Is a scam. Headstart will find every loophole not to pay your claim. Then Line5 will blame coverage auto and coverage auto will give you the run around. Out source there phone calls to non English speaking people. Who says we will give you a call back. This is the biggest scam I've every seen. I'm a disabled elderly marine corp vet. It's ashame that these company's are allowed to take advantage of hard working Americans. Shame Shame Shame. I vote this review help someone. Please do not waste you money on these CROOKS. SIGNED ************************

    We reviewed your claim and contract. The claim that was submitted was while you were still within the waiting period. Regrettably we cannot cover claims while still in the waiting period. We must go by the terms and conditions of the contract.

    As a shop owner, warranty companies are not always easy to work with, but I talked with a gentleman named ***********************, he was very helpful and walked me through the process and make sure everything was done correctly and make that my customer is in good shape. He had great customer service and was great with all my questions. He needs a raise> Thank you *********************** for all your help.
