  TRASH! They dont even deserve one star! I have been behind a few times, I have since made 3 payments bringing my account CURRENT within a month and Santander is saying two of them returned for insufficient funds, but my bank statement says otherwise. Santander stated if I provided the bank statement showing the payments came out, my account would be updated. I provided the statement showing the payments cleared my account and they said this statement isnt enough to prove the payment came out. They have since reported 3 late payments on my credit dropping it 34 points, multiple late fees and also causing financial hardship because I now have to pay them AGAIN so my car doesnt get repossessed while I file a lawsuit against them for their predatory ways.

  One of the worst companies to finance a car from . I had a little financial situation to where as I was even calling to pay the car off after years on paying for this car plus they are over charging/ interest rate. Even called today with 15 k but nope they wasnt hearing it please dont finance through them. Trust me

  Used Santander as a first-time buyer through a car dealership. After trading the car back and being told that the loan was paid off they continued to withdraw money from my account. After contacting them and jumping through several hoops - ALL BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM THEY CAUSED - they continue to s**** everything up, not once, or twice but three times. Instead of simply putting the money back into my account (they as the loaning agency would still have all of my information) they instead send a f****** bank card with the incorrect amount of money, forcing me to contact them yet again, only to be sent another card with the deficiency added to it. Talked with a representative, and all they say is "Contact the card company, they'll put the money into your account for you." But no, there is no support phone line that isn't completely automated. And every time I attempt to access the website it simply boots me back to the login screen. Now I have two additional bank cards with my overpayments split between it. I have to make sure I use it before February of **** to avoid a f****** $3 charge every time I use it. F*** Santander and f*** their business partners. The leaders of this shitshow should be fined and jailed for the criminality of their organization, and every measure taken to ensure they never touch a single business again would be one measure too short.

  I'm going through financial hardship, i lost my job and they say I don't qualify forbassistance, I guess they would rather I lose my car. I only asked if they could move one payment to the end of the contract so that I can catch up but they keep saying no, so idk what to do. I'm trying to pay them but they don't help me.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Total incompetence on their customer service department. All I was trying to do was close my fathers account after he passed. They made it so incredibly hard. Their customer service took horrible notes. Made zero effort to dig deeper into the account with information we have previously provided. Just a horrible company. Never do business with them ever.

  went in to cash my savings bonds in, they no longer do it, now I have to print the form off the treasury website, put the bonds with it and have to send it priority mail and i have to wait to get my money! Poor customer service

  I sent in a cashiers check for the payoff of my vehicle, and these clowns put a stop payment on it, mistaking it for the insurance companies check. Now they're saying they didn't receive my check. Which is weird, since the check cleared the bank, as in, it was cashed. But they have to investigate. **************** EXECUTIVE talked to me like I'm ignorant. Very unprofessional and disorganized!

  I sent an insurance check in with my name and Santander for deposit to be put towards the end of the note. The cashed the check and kept the money. I have called many times. Sent where they cashed it from Santander from the insurance company. Basically they stole $7100
