    This company allows pet owners to submit their dog's photo for a chance to be in one of their calendars. I submitted my dog's photo and he was one of the dogs put in their 2025 calendar. Since submitting that picture, my dog passed away, so I definitely wanted to order one. I placed my order for a previous calendar (2024) that had a picture of my daughter's dog in it to give for a gift, as well as the 2025 calendar that has my dog in it for myself.However, when I received the order, they sent me two of the 2024 calendars with my daughter's dog. I have reached out and had a conversation with a customer service **** ******, numerous times with the last message being from her on 11/14 asking for more information and nothing since. I have sent two more emails and no one will reply to me to solve this issue.All I want is the correct 2025 calendar that has my deceased dog in it sent to me or a refund for it.

    I just received an email this morning from The Paw Print company regarding my issue with an order paid for and not received along with a new tracking number (see attached).

    I ended up receiving my new package from The Paw Print company of not only the one correct calendar I ordered/paid for, but they actually sent me 4 of them, as well as 2 more of the original I previously received. Now I have 8 calendars in tota! I did make sure I wasn't charged anything extra, which I haven't been.  So, all in all, I'd say that they have resolved this issue above and beyond what I had originally requested and now I have some to spare for gifts and for my dog's memory box.

    I ordered a calendar featuring my dog on 11/05/2024, their website says 5 business days for processing. It is now December 5, and I have sent multiple emails regarding this and have not received anything. For a company that is apparently helping support shelters etc. seems pretty scammy that its now 30 days and Ive sent well over a dozen emails for clarification and received nothing.

    We did receive the seven emails they sent. There were responded to by ** and by our agents. The emails informed you there was an error with the order. The order was canceled and fully refunded. We simply do not keep the order active if we cannot resolve the error, That would not be an unethical practice.

    I submitted my dog to this company to be selected for their calendar. He was selected to be September but when I searched further everyone who submits their dog is selected. Its a complete scam to get you to buy it. They charge some people $15, some people $30. Everyone gets a different price. The is shady business practice.

    When we do receive images that align with our standards, we strive to feature those beloved pets in our calendars whenever possible. As a business dedicated to raising funds for shelter animals, it is in our best interest to create multiple calendars to support our mission.     If our previous communications gave the impression that we only release a single calendar as part of the contest, I sincerely apologize. Misleading our participants is never our intention.

    Additionally, everyone receives the same pricing unless they utilize a coupon that they have received. We initially offer our calendars at $24.99. If the customer orders they later get an offer to add additional calendars for $14.99. Recently we have added a       "last minute" offer for adding one more before check out for $10. In order to receive the $14.99 offer the customer has to have purchase previously.

    They trick people into believing their dogs have been chosen for their 2025 calendar. Giving them a discount code to order because their pet was chosen. So you go ahead and buy calendars, a few, to give away as gifts because WOW your dog is special. Well theyre full of c*** because they apparently choose MANY dogs and make MANY calendars and send MANY codes for others who think theyre chosen and special thats fraud and scamming people. So I went on their website to tell them what they are doing is just wrong. Immediately after hitting submit, I get an instant message on ******** from some lady asking me if Ive been blessed lately call me crazy but this HAS to be connected. ****!

    I ordered and paid for a calendar of my pet from them. Somehow they got an old address of mine and shipped there, I did put my new address in, I don't know whybthey shipped elsewhere. I did not receive my calendar. I emailed them explaining this, they said they would send me a new one to my correct address which I verified with them several times. They said since I purchased the mail insurance option they would send me a new one. I have not yet gotten a new calendar it's been several weeks. they are no longer answering my emails or complaints I filed on their service page. there is not even a phone number to call them. Upon further research I have found this type of behavior from this company a normal business practice. Habitual practice of taking money and not making good on a product. I just want my money back. thank you.

    This complaint is valid. At the time of the emails we were experiencing **************** issues that included AI not handling tickets correctly, agents not receiving their tickets back that they were already working on once the customer responded and more. 

    The customer did file a chargeback and the bank did conclude it in their favor.

    I purchased the 2025 calendar with the belief they actually are featuring my **** as a winner. I'm seeing all over that thier a scam & that allot of folks are getting links for the same. I want my order cancelled immediately. Also to ensure my funds won't be taken out of my SSI. This is unacceptable behavior by this alleged company. The price is absolutely ridiculous too & way overpriced spite a alleged 30% off which is bogus just like my cat winning.

    I am rejecting this response because:   You told me by email that my one cat was being featured in the calendar ! I was then given a preview that literally didnt show her at all! ************* is deceiving people into believing their buying a calendar that had their beloved fur babies included! Its a total scam & I had money stolen from me & never anything sent with my cat featured! I was told I was immediately refunded & dont recall ever receiving anything back ad I keep a watchful eye on both my debit cards for fraudulent transactions

    We hear the concern. However, none of our advertisements explicitly state only one pet will be in the calendar or specific month. Additionally, the screenshot attached also does not state that. 

    We sell multiple calendars because this is the best way for us to be able to successfully reach our mission of donating to animals in need. One single calendar would not allow us to follow through with our mission. 

    I have attached email correspondence with the customer (there was none, unless it was through an unattached email) and the evidence that the order was refunded right away once canceled.

    I bought some calendars from this business that claimed my pet won a lot on their 2025. I later figured out this was a scam and they do this with every pet thats submitted. I was pretty upset about that but the company said it had a 30 day return policy. They said you cannot return it until youve heard from the company. Ive been trying to email the company over and over and still havent reached anyone to do a return. Im still within 30 days (ordered October 21st) and Id really like to return it but Im afraid this scamming business wont let me.

    In Oct I ordered 4 cat calendars that feature our cat Lily for Nov 2025 on said calendar plus a puzzle of Lily. I got her puzzle but received 4 DOG Calendars. I have been continually contacting them to send the correct 4 calendars. I have gotten only We will contact you. I have had NO REAL RESPONSE. They have NO call center only email. Im at my wits end. I want the 4 CAT CALENDARS that I ordered and paid for. Think about this why would I order DOG calendars when our cat is on their CAT calendar?? Please, Please help me. If you want pictures of my order and of the ones that I received, I CAN provide them. I bought from them before and NEVER expected all of this grief. I just want my CORRECT order. Thank you so very much. ** Just want to know WHY they have no consumer call center so THEY can handle these problems??

    I ordered four pet calendars after Marquette was chosen to be in the calendar never received them. I messaged them multiple times asking questions. I only got one response. They said that it would be out soon and that they would investigate to see why I wasnt out within the timeframe. They never got back to me. Ive been messaging them. They wont respond all of a sudden I get an email today saying that they refunded my items Were not shipped out. They sent a refund back. I never asked these people for a refund. I did tell them since it still wasnt here were moving and that they need to change the address for delivery and then all of a sudden a couple days later I get a refund I never asked for a refund. I want my cat calendars. I had already paid for them. I didnt ask them to refund them and thats what they did. you cant just go do something without telling us why or that you know youre gonna do it for whatever reason I was not informed as to why they refunded it. They just did it. I want my cat calendars. I ordered four of them total $80 pretty much. And they need to change my address like I stated to them in the email

    There was an error in this customer order. This happens if the customer is ordering from someone else's link and the email on the order does not match internal information to what they're trying to order. This is an error that we are working hard to fix. 

    This can be resolved and we can fulfill the order we just required further information. That explains why The Paw Print was request further information from the customer. Majority of the time this is a fast easy fix if the customer can provide an accurate email, Owner name or Pet name of the photo submission. If we have not received enough information to fix the error we do cancel and refund the order.

    We do not feel it to be morally correct to retain funds for an order we cannot fulfill and do not have a time estimate when we could due to missing information. We hope all involved understand. We believe we are doing the right thing by doing this.

    I am rejecting this response because:   We clicked the link that was in our email address from this company paw print. We did not click an outside link or anything. We got it directly from an offer that they gave us on their email after they said that she had been chosen to be in their calendar, we did not provide a different email so thats a lie, and they never contacted us about any of it. All they did was canceled the order and told us that there was a problem with the order.. her name is Kit **** Shes a Siamese cat. I was never asked to provide a picture or anything after this problem occurred. They never said nothing to us. They just canceled the order and refund the money we didnt expert at all they had to do was ask us to verify what was going on so what theyre stating is false, but her name is key cat she the Siamese cat I can send a picture. The email shouldve been Tashalynn ************** that they had. We also got a text message from them that we clicked the link from as well. That told us that she was chosen, and the picture that I attached is the exact picture that we sent to them for her thats our cat who else the cat would be I have other pictures as well that you can see. I keep trying to submit the photo and its not allowing me to submit it saying that the file could be too large

    I am rejecting this response because:   They can stand by thier decision and not take responsibility all they want if there was a problem they should have did the ethical thing and called to correct whatever was wrong text or emailed me. They didnt do either one they led us on by saying click this link and order your pets calendar and that is what we did from their email. Either way they lied they didnt try to fix the issue we didnt want a refund we wanted our cats calendar she was in I ordered 3 of them. They lead people on and this needs to be marked down so people know not to order from them its a scam and they have unethical business practices.

    Company told me my dog was selected for their 2025 calendar. I have since learned every photo submitted is "selected." This is a scam. I bought the calendar featuring my dog. They sent me 4 cat calendars instead. Immediately alerted them to the problem. The only way to communicate is via a "virtual assistant." I cannot speak to anyone and I cannot get a response to my multiple emails. I've found multiple online reviews and complaints stating this is a scam and unfortunately I fell for it. I don't want cat calendars. I wanted my dog in a calendar which is what I was promised. If they do not send it I want my money back.

    The customer emailed in 10/23 stating she received the wrong item. 

    Our system asked her for a photo of the wrong item. (the allows us to match up specific barcodes)

    The customer emailed in the photo.

    The system apologized for the mistake and instructed the customer to hold onto the items, that the ticket was being given to a live agent for further assistance. 

    The customer emailed again stating ********************** was a scam and she was going to take legal action. 

    An agent responded to the customer in a respectable time frame once receiving the ticket from AI. An immediate refund was issued and was followed up with an agent apologizing for the error and explaining the refund process. 

    Customer email again 1/12 expressing anger for the photo she submitted being featured on a puzzle. However, the customer has already given full permission by agreeing to the Terms Of Use.

    The customer than began to aggressively email about not receiving what she previously ordered. (she was fully refunded) 

    A newer agent replaced the previous items and shipped them to this client. This is not our standard practice. If a full refund it processed we do not mail the items out following the customer bullying our agents. 

    The new items were delivered 1/27/25. Seems at this time the customer did not have an issue with us using her image.

    The Business response is partially accurate. Although the Paw Print did finally issue a refund (I disputed the charge with my credit card company) they failed to respond to my inquiries othr than to provide a generic memo to keep the wrong items that I did not order. I advised them that I did not want the items they sent me; I wanted what I ordered.  They failed and refused to respond to THOSE communications.  A couple of months later they sent me a text message congratulating me on the popularity of my dog's photo and were going to release her image on a puzzle.  I responded withdrawing my consent to the use her image on the grounds I believed they fraudulently obtained my consent.  I consented to her photo being used for a calendar.  They stated she had been selected, I ordered and paid for a calendar with my dog's image and they then failed to send it and refused to address why it was never sent.  My belief I had been deceived was valid and appropriate.  They then responded insisting that the puzzle would be for my use only and not sold to the general public.  I stated my displeasure with them, their lack of transparency and failure to address my concerns- thus forcing me to file a BBB Complaint and a Credit Dispute.  They then sent me the calendar I originally ordered.  They did not provide any message with it, other than an order has been placed. I received what I wanted but I still do not believe this company is on the "up and up."  You may close this matter.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. A lot of this could have been avoided if the company simply had proper and transparent communication in the first place.
