    I am extremely frustrated as I placed my order for a calendar on 9/30 and was given an expected delivery date of 10/11-10/15. According to tracking my order has not moved since 10/7. I assume it's been lost in transit. I have reached out to this company via chat and email FIVE different times. I have been patient, but I think it is safe to say that I will never get a response from them regarding my order no matter how many times I reach out. Not only am I disappointed in their lack of communication but to find out that TONS of people who have submitted their pet have been selected for the month of August 2020, which is what month my cat was selected for as well. I just want my order re-shipped with updated tracking.

    This individual did reach out multiple times. Our AI response handled two of the answers and then an agent handled her request. Our agent informed this individual that we apologize but have no control over the **** functions but we would replace the product that never arrived. The replacement was cancelled at some point and I am unsure of the reasoning. However, this individual placed another order January 11th that they have since received.

    I purchased a 2025 calendar and magnetic calendar holder on 6 October 2025 for the amount of $46.92. The package was received on 15 October 2025. The magnetic calendar holder does not hold the calendar. The company offers a money back guarantee if not satisfied. I have sent emails on 15 October, 16 October, 2 on 17 October and 1 today-20 October 2024. No one from the company has responded to my emails. I have also provided my phone number with all the emails and no one has contacted me by phone. I would like the company to honor their posted policy ad provide a return shipping label for the products t be returned

    The client did email, however the first email was on 12/12/24. There was then a conversation between the client and an agent. When the action of a refund was not executed a different agent received the ticket. She offered a solution and explained to the customer that she had been speaking with an AI agent that isn't always the most effective. She offered a replacement item if desired. The customer requested a refund and the agent refunded the amount on 12/20/24.

    On 10/03/2024, I purchased what I believed to be calendars that my cat had won a contest to be in. After the purchase I went back to tell my friends and family that he had won and to buy the calendar. I discovered that all the cats were the same except for June which has a different cat. This was not a contest at all, but a custom calendar. I want a refund as I was misled. I have contacted them 3 times by email with no response. There is no phone number listed on the web site to call them. They are ignoring my emails.

    I have not heard anything from the company. I filed a dispute with my cred card company and I got back all but the $7? I think it was for the 2nd calendar.

    We do produce more than one calendar each year. However, it's important to note that not every submitted photo of a dog or cat will be included. Due to our commitment to maintaining high print standards, we must unfortunately reject a significant number of images that do not meet these criteria. We believe in delivering only the highest quality products.

    When we do receive images that align with our standards, we strive to feature those beloved pets in our calendars whenever possible. As a business dedicated to raising funds for shelter animals, it is in our best interest to create multiple calendars to support our mission.     If our previous communications gave the impression that we only release a single calendar as part of the contest, I sincerely apologize. Misleading our participants is never our intention.

    Additionally, a refund was not issued because the customer received their items in a timely manner and it was fulfilled correctly.

    I still say you are very deceiving in your ads. Just because I received the calendar does not mean that I received what I expected...that my cat was chosen. It sounds to me like every photo submitted of good quality wins the prize! Your company is a scam!

    Ordered a calendar with my dogs picture on 10/5/24, it's now the 17, no calendar, info from seller, phone number is useless. I think I want my money back. Thank you

    For this specific complaint we would have still been within the expected delivery window. We advertise 5-7 days for production and standard shipping to follow. We are unsure of where the customer was trying to call due to ********************** not having a business phone number posted anywhere. We do not have a customer phone line. The bottom of our website provides an email. We have a contact box that someone can enter their email and name for questions, also located on our website. Additionally, we answer ******** and Instagram messages. 

    When and if we encounter someone that does not receive their order, we replace that order at no cost to the customer.

    On August 26, 2024, I ordered two calendars from The Paw Print. I ordered one of each of my two cats , ****** and Tipsy. I spent $85.22 on these two calendars. I received two versions of ******. I emailed the paw print who sent a third calendar. They sent another ******. I reached out to them again and sent them a picture of the three ****** calendar. They were hesitant on whether or not they would fix their mistake. It has been 18 days and they have yet to respond or conduct any repairs on their end. They have ignored me for 18 days!Please help! I love that they help and donate to animal causes. I just want to be dealt with fairly! Thanks!!

    9/3/24 was purchase date. Paw Print Calendar sent me an email stating my dog was picked for the ********* calendar. Stated it would take 7 to days to get here. I was concerned after my purchase as I did not receive an email or confirmation of purchase, but I do see the charge in my banking account. I feel I have been scammed as I have reached out multiple times to contact info and cannot get any type of response. I contacted a number I found for them online but it doesn't go to the business. This is not acceptable! I feel like they have fraud gently taken my money. Charge approx $30.00. I was very excited about this calendar. If I do not hear from someone very soon, I will be disputing with my bank. I do not have an order number as they never responded to my purchase. I would have waited longer for this item if anyone would respond to emails sent or had a legitimate phone number.

    After reviewing this client in our system we did not receive any emails indicating that the package never arrived. Once a label is shipped the order is marked as fulfilled in our system. We replace any items that were not actually received or are lost in transit for free. We would be more than happy to replace this order for this customer.

    On August 17 I placed an order for 4 calendars that my cat was supposed to be featured in. On August 21 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. I checked the tracking and it said a preliminary shipping label had been created and they were waiting for the package to be shipped. That has not changed since then. I reached out to the company on September 5 letting them know of the problem and my suspicions of this being a scam after the research I had done on the company. I received a reply on 9/6 that my order was stuck in a digital loop and that they are manually handling it now. I just checked again and the tracking information has not changed. At this point I just want a refund.

    All information provided by this customer is correct. She did converse with an agent who did indeed promise a solution. The agent seems to have left the situation without providing a resolution or at least completing the required steps to resolve this customers issue. The client then emailed again on 09/23/24 and requested a refund. The agent that initially did not resolve the issue received the emailed and processed a refund on 09/25/24. 

    We sincerely apologize for this experience with The Paw Print. Although I was with the company at the time, I had not taken over this department yet. This agent has since been moved and we are hoping for no one to experience what you encountered fall of last year.

    Order placed 8/6/24; Recd 8/17/24 for four(4) calendars with picture of my dog for consideration. I responded to an online advertisement and submitted the photo. I recd notification that my picture was accepted for Sept. 25. I paid via ****** ($72.48). The product arrived with more than half of the picture cut off as displayed in the calendars. I have contacted the company asking for the 100% guarantee refund. I was to be sent a return label which has not taken place and they are telling me the photo submitted was not in the format they need for publication. I was never contacted that the photo submitted did not fit their criteria and published the photo in a half hazard method. I have requested a full refund and they are requesting payment for postage to be deducted from a refund when I return the four calendars. I have viewed other complaints on your site (unfortunately after my order) about this company and request your assistance in a full refund as based on their 100% guarantee Thank you.

    I have never heard from Paw Print regarding my complaint/refund. I filed a complaint with ****** regarding a refund. PawPrint did not respond to ****** and I received a refund via ******.  Please note this entity currently solicits business on the internet leaving unsuspecting customers exposed to their bad business practices.

    On July ******* I placed an order for 2 calenders. The order was supposed to be shipped within 5 business days,and it did say some orders could take up to 7 business days to ship. After the 7 days I started emailing the company asking where my order was and why it hadn't been fulfilled. I sent at least 10 emails and only got the same computer generated response about how it may take up to 7 business days. In one of my emails I told the company I was contacting the BBB, still the same response. I want what I ordered or the money back. Companies should not be able to do this to customers.

    Warning: beware of this company's shady tactics! I entered my pup in their "contest" back in June, and was thrilled when she had "won" as August. I proudly shared the news on ********, only to discover that three of my friends had also "won" with their own pups -- all in August also. Yeah, something fishy was going on...Then, things got even weirder. I received a text claiming that my pup's calendar was in such high demand that they were offering a "limited time" puzzle deal. Um, really? It seemed suspicious, especially since they produce tons of calendars for all the "winners". I don't believe the calendar was in such high demand as they claimed, they just wanted to sell more products. I'm all for supporting good causes, like shelter pets, but scamming people isn't the way to do it. This company's misleading tactics left a bad taste in my mouth. Buyer beware!

    The Paw Print does not use the word win or won. We do not host a contest or a competition. We allow for an opportunity for people to feature their pets in a calendar. This is a novelty item along with the puzzle but that does not mean you will be the only one to get the calendar. If someone were to order without a submission they can get any number of calendars. it would be random.
