Your customer service reps are TERRIBLE. I didn't receive one of the items that was supposed to be in my order so I called your "customer service" number. I'm asked to provide order name, name, complete address, email and God knows what else before the agent will even look into anything. I didn't know my email nor did I feel like providing all this information over the phone. I don't know why you need all this information to simply look up where my missing item is. I had provided more than enough information to confirm it was me and it's not like I was asking to change anything or be given any personal information. Your agent was rude, incompetent and told me to "calm down" after telling me it was my own fault she wasn't looking into my order because I had asked to speak to a manager. Yet she refused to look into my order without providing my email. I will never order from your store again on the off chance that you would mess up my order again and I would have to deal with your agents that have zero customer service skills. ********************** prices with Walmart-like customer service...no thanks.Neiman Marcus Company

1 starI received a Christmas gift from NM which I didnt like & wanted to return. I went to the store to take it back & on my way to the 3rd floor I stopped at the shoe department & saw something I liked. I purchased a pair of shoes for about $300 & it was final sale. I asked the sales associate where do I go to return ************** said he would help me. Took a look at the ************** & told me I was past due. I was 10 days past due. This was a Christmas gift & the cutoff time was 1/15I went 1/25. I said can I get a gift ********* replied with No! Merchandise credit? NO! Can I talk to a manager & was told no & then retracted himself by saying why do you wanna talk to a manager theyre gonna tell you the same thing? Very rude I insisted so he called someone. Manager wouldnt do it either even after explaining that the weather weve had here in ******** has been horrendous! Weve been snowed in with below freezing temperatures. No one wants to go out let alone go to NM to return anything! She wouldnt budge. I find that ridiculous considering I just purchased something that I wasnt planning on which was way more than the item Im returning. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again. One of the worst shopping experiences of my life, ******* **********, Neiman Marcus with the manager named *******************.. this guy refused to take back a shirt that I bought two weeks ago with a full receipt because I forgot the tag. He was trying to say its not sellable because the tag was missing and it looked like it was washed.. if they dont like what it looks like after it was washed. *** ordered a Loewe small puzzle bag in black on 11/23/2023. It was a pre-ordered item, but NM shipped it faster than the expected date. However, Ive experienced the delay on the delivery since theyve put a shipping restriction which didnt allow ***** or myself to pick up at the nearest location. ***** has missed one time since I wasnt home and apparently, they went somewhere else and said no one was home while I was home when the second and third attempts made. The bag was eventually dropped off at local ********* after talking to numerous reps over the phone and filing a claim. When I received the bag, the bag looked different than the picture I was provided. The picture shows the Loewe anagram logo in white, but the one that Ive received is a debossed logo with no color. I was confused so contacted NM for four times. The chat agent over the phone could not specify the reason why I wouldve received the bag different than the picture and referred me to CS over the phone. When I gave them a call, I was told to use the chat option via texts since she did not have any details and only thing that she could do is giving a me shipping label for a refund as the item is sold out. I told her its not like I want to return it and explained how it was such a hassle to receive the bag. Also. She couldnt guarantee if I would be able to modify the delivery option or receive the same bag from the picture showing after the bag becomes available. She still wasnt willing to escalate or look for assistance from anybody higher in order to get some details why the picture shows different than the actual bag that Ive received. I used text message option twice and was disconnected at both times since both agents stopped responding to my messages and the robot gave me a new message for starting a new chat. I find this ridiculous and ** very disappointed how I was ignored. What kind of CS people just stop responding while customer is in the chat asking questions? Ridiculous.Neiman Marcus Company

Wish I wouldve looked here before buying. But now I know for sure that I will never shop here again. Made a purchase of $130 on 12/11, paid expedited shipping to have it delivered by the 12/14, I get an email saying my package is delayed on 12/14 then when I later check it says it was delivered, the photo provided was not the correct house. I contact support get told a claim was opened and id get a response about reshipment in 3-5 days. 7 days later and nothing so I reach out again only to be told a claim was never open but now it has been, i requested email confirmation was told id get it in 24 hours and would get a response about a refund in 3-5 days. Again no email so I reach out again and get told I have to return the item I never received then I get told I have to wait 10 days for a response. 2 days later I get an email saying my claim was denied. I call customer service explain everything then get told the supervisor has denied my claim. I say what now are you gonna send a replacement because I paid for something I did not get, then get told to take the item that I did not receive in for a refund. I ask to speak to a supervisor because Im out more than $100 and got no item, I get put on hold to then be told that now my claim has been approved and I will get an email in 24 hours stating so. Its been 24 hours and no email. If I dont get my refund in my bank in 10 days Im calling again. This place is a disorganized, unprofessional joke. There are far better places to shop at, Ive never had to go through so many hoops to get a refund or replacement of an item I did not get.Neiman Marcus Company

1 starI was charged $600 plus tax for a ********************************* Sweet Village Snowglobe. The tag inside the box from ********************************* said suggested retail price $300!!! How can they justify price gouging an additional $300??!!!! I went to Neiman Marcus to refund my credit card 600 and I showed the associate the tag inside. She offered me $300 back and told another associate to immediately remove the inside the tag to hide evidence. What a scam. I feel this should be disclosed to customers.Review fromSabina H

They **** big time! I ordered Silver **** Spade pumps for New Years. They were supposed to arrive Sunday! Then Monday, Tuesday! They finally arrived Wednesday! The shoe box looks like someone ate food on it. The tissue paper inside is completely wrinkled, The shoes are completely scuffed up. Pathetic! I expect that from a place like ******* not Neiman Marcus - not on a pair of $268.00 shoes.Neiman Marcus Company

1 starI made a purchase on 11/13/2022 at NM *******, and ******* told be I can receive $350 store credit for that purchase. The store card should be mailed to me within 4-8 weeks. Then I waited for 3 months, then started endless phone calls to NM. Every time I need to re-tell the whole story, and the answer always the same, "we will verify and get you updated". But NEVER. till July 2023, I was told twice that the case is approved and I should receive the store card, but NEVER. Then I called again, a lady worked on my case and told me they need to re-submit my case for approval. Sept 2023, I called and I was told the case approved on 9/15, I should receive store card in 8weeks. Now another 3months passed, No card coming in. I called again, and seems everything back to the start. It already more than one year! I still did not get the store credit.
