      I purchased 3 tickets to horse racing @ ******* ,**. for 8/3/2023. The face value of each ticket was $10. My account was charged $173. This is price gouging to the **************

      This company is not very reputable and extremely SHADY ! They are totally misleading about their ticket sales!!. They tell you 1 price for a ticket, you click on the purchase button and the price changes dramatically increases the price of the ticket! When they email you the invoice this is where you catch the discrepancy ! I called the company immediately after receiving the email the same day I purchased it within 30 minutes and they refused to help me and refused to give me my money back. They said its their policy not to return after a final sale. What they dont tell you is. Its also the policy to **** up the prices on customers without knowing. This is a scam!!!

      This company did a bait and switch and charged me $75+ ($381 total) for $25 face value tickets to a comedy show. I was supposed to have premium seats and a $200 food credit, but when I got to the venue, the manager said that he shouldnt even Let me in with those tickets. They ended up with terrible seats and had to buy the two item minimum food/drink items per person myself. The sad thing is that most people will not know that this company is a scam operation until they purchase tickets from them and it is too late. They say customer satisfaction guarantee, but they do not stand behind that at all.

      This company is a scam. I paid $400 for a ticket that was advertised as Orchestra A-L row and originally priced at $200. However, I received an orchestra BB ticket instead. I immediately contacted their customer support and requested a refund, but they informed me that they could only try to resell the ticket for me.After reading through the complaints below, it seems that this is a typical tactic of this unethical company. It should not be allowed to exist at all. I informed them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card or report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They responded by claiming that they would deny the credit card dispute by referring to their fine print terms and conditions, and that the BBB wouldn't do anything for them.

      They disguise themselves as the venue website and trick you into buying tickets that are four times as expensive. Its so unfair and there is no refund. Call your venue.

      I purchased tickets in June for a July performance. Today is July 12,2023 and I have spent over 2 hrs on the phone with ticketsales.com representative. Company emailed me confirmation had been sent that tickets had been transferred to me. And an email was sent to accept tickets!!! No email had been sent and yes it is a scam. The company should be shut down. I am in the process of disputing the charge and hopefully will be successful.I also thought I was purchasing from the venue site but like so many other people, you dont find out till after you give your credit card information. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!Deb J

      On-line transactions: I originally accessed the desired theater venue to purchase tickets for a show. When I went to purchase tickets, I somehow was shifted to this TicketSales site. I thought maybe the theater had 3rd partied their ticket sales. No -- this was a separate business that buys tickets from the theater, then marks up the price of tickets and sells them to buyers who are led to believe that they are dealing directly with the theater. I did get a confirmation of ticket purchase, that stated non-refundable, which I thought was odd. Only when they directed me to claim my tickets from someone who would "share" their tickets with me, did I have my suspicions realized that I had been tricked into paying more for the tickets. I immediately notified TicketSales that I wanted to cancel receiving the tickets. They told me that I would have to re-sell the tickets myself. I did not claim the tickets from the "sharer", and informed TicketSales that I would not be claiming them. I contacted PayPal, who said that I had to deal with the vendor directly. I contacted the theater who admitted that the tickets were theirs but they hadn't sold them to me so could not help. I then contaced my credit card company to dispute the transaction that was still in "pending" mode. Don't know yet how this will be resolved. But these types of companies should not be allowed to do business without appropriate methods of cancellation of transactions and/or refunds if cancellations are done in a timely manner.

      I purchased tickets back in JANUARY for a Rockies game this past weekend. Almost 6 months in advance!!! A week prior to the event and still not having my tickets, I reached out to the company. I kept getting the run around and was told they guaranteed my tickets would be in hand by 11:59 the evening before the game. Absolutely ridiculous!! 11:59 didn't happen. I did not receive the tickets until 3 hours before the gates opened!! I had already requested a refund as I ended up having to repurchase tickets. I have emailed the company with no response. Do not use this site!! I will also be contacting BBB. Complete SCAM!!!

      BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!. I bought a ticket to my sons theater show on 6/26/2023. The price online showed the seat as $45.00. After I purchased the ticket, my credit card was charged an additional $20.I contacted them and was told it is their bread and butter. When I got to the venue, I tried to download the ticket onto my phone but it wouldn't work. I went to the ticket sales counter and they found my seat but the actual price on the ticket was $15. I didn't realize until then that I had been scammed out of $50. Absolutely infuriating this company is even in business by literally stealing from people. They should be made to pay back all the people they scammed!

      This site deals in resale tickets that greatly over charges customers. It also captures info as consumers try to buy tickets and redirects them to their site. The confirmation email stated a price over $500 for purchasing 6 tickets at $45 each. The email states to immediately click the help link if there is a problem with the order. The link did not work of course. When I called to complain, they offered me to resell my tickets through them which would only harm another consumer. Beware.
