      Horrrrrrrrible company. If I could give the m negative stars I would. Definitely a scam site that pays to be at the top of a ****** search. Tickets said they were for the event we wanted but it was actually for a different event. (I.e. Labeled Miss ******* when event they are selling tickets for is actually Senior Miss *******). They also charge twice the amount of face value along with the processing fees so youre paying $150 for $50 worth of tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

      Purchased two tickets for $450 each (total $900) for a special evening. Face value was only $200 per ticket. I received an email confirm, but NEVER received any tickets!!! I called the concert venue and they had no record of our tickets. I called TicketSales.com and they refused to provide ANY documentation that the ticket holder transferred the tickets to me. Scam? Fraud? They said they were willing to share the seat numbers. So I drive an hour, park, and I am to go to the venue and tell "them my seat numbers without any documentation" and expect them to let me come to the concert? Yah right! THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF NOT GOING DIRECTLY TO THE CONCERT VENUE.

      This is a scam scam I purchased tickets that was really general admission and was $35 each I was charged $718 and they would not give my money back I didnt go to the event and what really made me mad my bank cleave my money back then a month later took it back out me in a horrible position!!! So not purchase tickets call **************** yourself !! I hate this website ????????Scammmm

      I am so disappointed in your company & plan on passing the word. When we CALLED & your sales rep sold ** faulty tickets, you should owe ** shy of $1000. This has been going on since tickets purchased summer of 2022 for ******************************* Oct 23,2022 in *********. Airfare for 2, **** miles from home, 3 nights stay in a motel. 2 FRONT ROW SEATS were sold to ** as per YOUR REP. ******** tickets only to find out they were fraudulent 3RD ROW SEATS once we got to the ********** were taking our front row seats & were told no. I was asked by your employees if we left the venue. Really & do what? Home was **** miles away flight was 1.1/2 days away & the only reason we came for the show was to see it in the front row seats WE HAD BEEN SOLD! Due to health issues we always get front row seats. NEVER have we been so disappointed in ticket sales from any company but yours. We should sue *********** not only for the $1000 but plane fare for 2, & 3 nights hotel stay. Im sure there would be some attorney that would love to get ahold of this & expose your company as fraudulent. Ive done some homework on your FRAUDULENT sales. According from the BBB you have a F rating. Something to be proud of. You may say you have closed this case, cheating ** out of $1000, but I am glad to share with others that consider buying tickets thru you, BUYER BE WARE! YOUVE BEEN WARNED! Isnt social media great!And just so Im clear, there were no disclosures etc to us other than buying fraudulent tickets after the fact. You should be ashamed of yourself cheating hard working people out of their hard earned paychecks. Hope you sleep well at night. Interestingly enough you only expect positive reviews, comments etc. I dont look for a response from you as I had to call numerous times, got several people that had no idea what to do.

      Under false pretenses, I purchase two tickets. Tickets are still available and general admission! I can buy tickets at the door the day of the performance still. They made it sound like it was almost sold out!! And for four times the cost!!!!!! I want a full refund!!! Havent received a response yet! But Im bet they are still selling tickets right now!!! Terrible customer service!!

      This company is fraudulent. It's website looks like Ticketmaster and it pops up on ****** before ticketmaster when you ****** ticketmaster. My boyfriend bought tickets for a show in *******, ********** because he thought it was a legitimate site not a resale site. It sold tickets to the ************************* show for twice the price before the tickets went on sale, so no tickets actually existed. Once paid, no tickets were sent. The terms of service do not indicate a delay in sending the tickets. They claim that the tickets will arrive by the day before the show in September. They were purchased in April. They also say no refunds because they "can" be resold. But that is incorrect because you cannot sell a ticket you do not have access to until the night before the show.Customer service (**** - unlikely its his actual name?) admitted the terms and conditions did not state that they did not have tickets yet, nor that they would hold money for 5 months before providing the alleged tickets. He refused to provide a refund or transfer to a supervisor. Interestingly, they have solid reviews on ****** but it is locked. I tried to leave a review on ****** and the option isn't there. A service they pay ****** for I guess.I star because that is the lowest possible.

      I purchased 6 tickets via Ticketsales.com to see ************************* at ****************. I saw their internet price for the ticket $170.00. Once I clicked agreed and purchase, the service charge: $295.80 came out with Total Charge $1,315.80. The total charge was not provided until I click purchase and I couldnt back out of the transaction. $295.80 surcharge applied after I purchased the tickets and only detailed when they send me the receipt.Shouldn't they state the fee before you buy?(!) At the same minute or a second, I sent them a request to cancel this purchase. They never answered via email, chat or by phone.I finally spoke with the rep at 2:08pm, who informed me that nothing she can do and this is a Final sale. This is scam.

      Complete rip off. Deceptive site makes you think the tickets are sold out before they actually are. Site looks like ticketmaster charged me $200 for $25 tickets

      One star because I had to in order to write this. My blind father accidentally purchased 5 tickets with insurance that says you have 15 days for a refund. $150/each ticket and they charged a total of $968.55, when tickets are really only $55! They wont give a refund at all. It will be reported to the BBB and attorney general in their state! This is absolutely ridiculous.
