      I needed my car repaired and I was under the impression that I had 6 months to pay back 1290 then interest would be added. I had 10 dollars left to for the second week of the 6th month now I owe 3690 for what??? The site said no credit needed so why is this on my credit report and why does it say I only paid 186 on my loan when 1600 has been taken out of my account already??? This is robbery! Somebody please help me.

      This is a predatory company with all of the hidden fees that are in the contract it's best not to do business with them at all are you will pay in the end!!

      I purchased a $4,500 watch, but this company has withdrawn $9,200 from my account and still refuses to consider the watch paid in full. I contacted them just two weeks after making an early payoff, and they declined to settle. This company operates in a predatory manner. If you’re unable to finance through traditional means, I strongly recommend waiting. At one point, they took three payments in a single week, which caused my bank to flag the activity as fraudulent and close my account. That’s when I realized they had withdrawn more than double the original price of the watch.

      This is the worst company to finance anything through.There are so many hidden fees that arent spoken about or even disclosed up front. The interests rate is a variable rate that I was never informed of. The interest constantly fluctuates causing no dent in your payments. I am now financing a dog for what seems like the rest of my life because of the MAJOR lack of communication. When I went back to the pet shop to complain about what was happening they were even confused on the fact of why my bill was not decreasing. You know its a scam when the pet shop who suggests that you finance through this company is confused at what is going on.

      I find this company to be a predatorial lending company with charges people 59% - *****% on loans. I got hit with the *****% interest rate. At a rate like that meditate forever to pay off and loan because everything is going towards the interest rate not the principal. So be sure to check into this before you get a loan of any kind from any company unless they are BBB approved. They are the predators and we are the prey.

      I would like to think the better Business bureau for helping me to try to get some relief with this outrageous interest rate that was placed upon me because I wanted to purchase something with the loan that I got from America's First Finance LLC. Hopefully I can get some relief from this loan that I'm tied up into with the help of the BBB.

      Warning: ************ is ******** customers Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Im warning you from personal experience. You will regret it.They are completely non-transparent about fees and will sneak in outrageous "leasing fees" that triple the total amount you owe. For example, if you borrow $5,000, you could end up paying back $15,000. This is predatory and unethical.They try to scare you into paying by threatening your credit report. Its manipulative, and I firmly believe it's illegal. ************ is preying on hardworking people in the **** and should be investigated and shut ********* yourself the stress and financial pain go elsewhere. American First Finance, remember what goes around comes around!!!!!!!!! You can not treat people this way.

      The company uses multiple debt collectors to collect and continue to harass the customer after the account has been settled and paid to have an understanding and requested knowledgement from the customer instead receiving knowledgement from the merchant they hired and placed the extra fees onto the customers to pay for their collections of the debt instead of having patience to receive the payment and not by experience of each indivual customer . Not all customers' are the same.

      They are major scammers. I used this company to get a lawnmower. The lawn mower turned out to be junk. They changed my payment status from completed to failed when I got bank statements to prove every payment was successful then tells me they are refunding me ***** but came email me proof.??? As I got my proof since day 1 all I want is my money bank plain and simple. Then wants me to just get a replacement mower from the shop that is also a liar and a scam artist. This financial company is horrible if I could leave less than 1 star I would. They lied to my bank. They lied to the shop. They lied to me and thats all they agreed for Ive spoken at four representatives and each one has told me something different. None of them can get their story straight.

      Yes, I did reach back out and the issue was not resolved stated that they were going to reach back out to the store then showing that all the calls are not recorded only getting picked and showing the good ones. Then stating once again they will give me a call back and not understanding. I do not have a vehicle to give it back to the store after I showed proof that the store said they would pick it up. Then still stating I am stuck with the bill for the Lawnmower because its stuck in my possession that I do not want.

      Very unprofessional company. They send you paper work to your phone to have you read knowing you can not read it good cause how small the print is. Interest rate is very high.They also say you have to ask for a payoff statement after you paid off your account, after 30 days. They say because you used a bank account and then they tell you because you used a bank account that is why you have to wait. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
