      I bought a side by side refrigerator 11/07/2021. It was delivered 2 days later and the day after it was delivered it stopped working. American Frieght will not return or exchange this refrigerator, nor can I use the extended warranty I purchased extra for this refrigerator. I was told that my refrigerator has a 1yr warranty through Fridgedaire and I would have to have Fridgedaire fix my problem. It is now 9 months later and I have yet to have a working refrigerator. 3 weeks ago the assistant manager at American Frieght promised me a replacement. I am still waiting.

      I financed a refrigerator thru American Freight. My total was about $2300-2700. I went to check my balance thru the website of American First Finance, and was told my balance $6000 in leasing fees. Basically I was to have paid off my refrigerator in 3 months. Which I was never told. Payments where scheduled to have paid off in 12 to 18 months. I was completely taken a back by this information. They offered me a settlement of 2450.00 like I just have that sitting around. They need to be stopped. They are ripping people off. I work for what I have. They need to be shut down Immediately.
