      I will NEVER buy from American Freight again!!! The slats for the bed broke within a day, even though I asked for a bed that could hold extra weight! Now the box springs and mattress are just laying on the floor. Also, the sectional we purchased is horrible made. The lumbar supports have already broke in two spots, and all we do it sit on the couch. Horribly made products! Sad that I spend soooo much money at that store!

      Terrible service and outsourcing model. I purchased a dishwasher from this company in July 2020. I should have known there were issues when several parts were missing but the company addressed those issues in a timely manner. However, we recently noticed that the dishwasher (GE) was not working and reached out directly to GE to understand the issue. The service person stated that "high loop drain hose must be used with this particular dishwasher" and that it was not installed properly. I reached out to the company and they stated the do not do installations and it was outsourced to a different company (which I was unaware of) called CRST Home Solutions, LLC. After multiple emails, they responded only once and have not followed up. This is extremely frustrating because the customer should not have to reach out to sub vendors when the main company is who we contracted/paid for the service. Poor service and experience and I would advise anyone working with American Freight to find a different company that's competent and able to do the work properly.

      Please avoid at all cost. It will be better to purchase when you can afford any items that you need. Going through this company you will pay 3x the value and they take money out your account at their discretion. So many hidden fees. My first and last time.

      I originally signed the contract for a purchase made of around $1,300. When I signed the business initially told me the percentage I was going to be charged was 30%. I end up finding out Im actually being charged 170% for the loan. Meaning I am being charged over $5,500 dollars for the initial loan. That is completely outrageous & should be illegal. I tried to call the company to make some sort of arrangement but they state they can't do anything so now my only option will be to hire a lawyer & see what can be done. Upon looking at other reviews it is outstanding how many people are being taken advantage by this business & I sincerely hope they get shut down.

      American Freight records indicate you received credit for your purchase via a chargeback issued by your credit card provider. The store offered an exchange which was refused and the store is unable to assist further once a chargeback has been processed. If there is anything the store can do to assist further, please let them know.

      The chargeback was reversed and the management team advised they have picked up the item and have issued the refund. A copy of the receipt has been emailed for your records.

      I lost my job and American First Finance has sent me a letter stating that they will be taking 2 payments out a month. I checked my balance and what I purchased should have already been paid for. This is a scam. I want someone to contact me from American First Finance. I have already sent an email on their website. My husband is also on disability and unable to work.

      This company is a SCAM please don't go through this company there's 1000 of class action lawsuits against Them. They denied me off payin the amount I asked to pay therefore I wouldn't be able to pay off the merchandise off time there interest rates are ridiculous. There's 100s of hidden fees this company will ruin your credit please do not go through them

      This company refuses to deliver my furnisher, after I have purchased it a month ago, on layaway. I believe I am being provided this poor customer service because of the fact that I am an intelligent Black man. The company just informed me that they are delivering part of my bedroom set purchase. The head frame (and another bedpart is not in stock) and they do not know when it will arrive (from another store). Therefore, I cannot set up my bedroom at this time. I paid installments for 3 to 5 months. I have waited over a month for delivery. I continue to be forced to wait for this "colored" white man to deliver my purchase in full. I choose not to purchase anything from this company again.
