      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would probably give negative 5, actually. ************** Medical Center is the worst hospital I have ever been to. There were some ************ and techs there during my stay, but one nurse shared my personal info with people outside of the hospital I barely knew and when I reported it to the hospital, they did nothing. When I reported to the board of nursing, they did nothing. This hospital is a joke and so is *******************. They do not care about patients or patient confidentiality. Now I see why they always have had a bad reputation and continue to have one.

      they made an error when putting new prescription plan in their computers, thus making current prescription card inactive, called them 3 days in a row with no resolution, no supervisor to talk with, and same rote answer. Have gone 4 days now without medication, and have more that will need filled. A billion dollar company that can't take accountability for their error, and make the customer go without medication or pay out of pocket (which isn't always possible) is unacceptable. The fact that they don't have anyone available who can fix their mistakes in a timely fashion is again unacceptable. This was an error on their part and to have people with real medical issues that need their medications go without is unethical.

      I have been sitting in the lobby with a very bad ankle injury. I have been in pain since I got here at 2:45am. I'm still sitting here in the lobby in nab pain still waiting to be seen and get vital it is now 6:05am. This is the worst treatment every. They all keep using the excuse we are slow and short staffed due to Covid. Not true it was plenty of employees lounging around doing absolute nothing.

      Worst hospital I have ever dealt with. Was informed last Friday that for a 2-4 hour stay for a scheduled outpatient procedure would be $48,000 (self pay discount). That is about $12,000 per hour. (My doctor's portion for the surgery from the other facility was going to be about $2600.) No explanation given--only "I do not set the charges". No phone call back from anyone to try and resolve until today. Received a call from Jayme--no effort to help me understand their reasoning for the outrageous charges--they will not budge. Can't pay it? That is your problem. I don't have a problem with a charge if it is reasonable. Piedmont is providing the room--nothing more. Already have filed a compliant with cms.gov/no surprises act. Does anybody at this hospital really care? Obviously not. So I have to cancel a surgery that was recommended by my doctor and look elsewhere. Could this be discrimination against those that either don't have insurance or their insurance caps out at a certain point?
