      I paid off my car loan in april of 2020. I never received my title. The company has since been closed. During covid, it was very hectic and didnt realize i never received my title until i attempted to trade in my car.

      I had one auto payment left in 2023 to csc logic. Next thing I know *********** was who I paid my last payment, They do not have my title and Im assuming Csc logic kept it. Now they are out of business and no one knows where my title is! Help!!!

      CSC Logic *** was the loan servicer for my truck loan paid off on 06/25/2021. I received a Paid in Full (PIF) letter in July 2021 stating that "we have caused the release of the lien electronically and requested the state forward the title to you." I never received my title and recently sent my PIF letter to the state. My state (******) requires a notarized lien release, which the state says was never received and it cannot release my title. I need a notarized lien release sent to my state and to me.

      My SBA loan was transferred to CSC logic. I was close to paying off the loan and now there is no way to make payments or finalize my loan. I have reached out to them by phone and the email provided on their website with no response.

      CSC Logic is not answering their phone and I never received a confirmation that I paid off my car loan. So now I can't get a copy of the title to my car from *************************** of ********** They won't release the title without a letter from CSC Logic about the status of my loan.

      CSC Logic purchased my car loan which was paid off over a year ago and they never sent me the title. I was on hold over a hour in the past waiting to talk to somebody on about it with nobody ever pick up. Now all of their phone numbers are disconnected. I received a notice that my car was paid but I never received the title and now I need to trade in my car. Seeking my title from CSC Logic. .

      I had an auto loan with ************** from Sept 2012 to March 2015. On March 27 2015, ************** sold my loan to CSC Logic **** who held the loan until I finished paying it off in 2018. I cannot find the car's title and I'm not sure if I ever received it. I have tried contacting CSC for a lien release letter but neither of the numbers listed - ************** or ************** - work. I need to trade in the car and need this letter and would appreciate a call/email from that company.

      I purchased a vehicle in 2013, I applied for a loan and received one. A few months after, I was told my loan was transferred to CSC Logic. I paid off my car loan in full in 2019. I was told at that time, I would receive an updated title in the mail, in a few weeks. Now, it's 2023 and I have yet to receive a lien free title or lien release paperwork, that I can take to the DMV.This is crazy!! Had my mother not heen diagnosed with dementia and needing my full attention as her sole caretaker, I would've followed up more frequently. However, every time I inquired about this situation with CSC Logic, I was given the run around and a bunch of false promises. I need this situation rectified immediately, it has gone on far too long.

      This company held a lien on my car which has been paid in full and I have not been sent my title. Original loan Issues by ****** Bank which was sold to CSC Logic in December of 2016. **** was paid in full in 2019. I have not received my title.
