      Hello,

      I had a loan through Bank United, FL. Recently called to try to obtain a lien release and was told by Bank United that the loan was serviced by CSC logic. They provided a number and called but when attempting to transfer to a representative the automated message says the number is not in service. I tried searching CSC online and called another number and same issue. Does this company exist and whho.did I get a release.

      This letter is in response to a complaint forwarded by the Better Business Bureau ("BBB") on 09/20/2022. CSC Logic, Inc.
      ("CSC Logic") considers all customer feedback important and is providing this letter as a written response to address the
      concerns expressed therein.
      In the complaint that we received, Mr. ******* stated that he needed a lien release. He also stated that he got an out-ofservice
      message.
      In response to the concern listed above, we can confirm FedEx delivered this lien release with tracking number
      XXXXXXXXXXXX. We can also confirm the package was delivered on 09/28/2022 at 11:23 AM.
      Please note, at CSC Logic, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, on 09/19/2022, we had a
      technical failure that caused our customer service lines to temporarily go offline. We apologize for any inconvenience this

      I paid off my vehicle in full in May 2022. After I paid off the loan I called and asked when I could expect to get the title to my truck. The representative stated it would take a few week to receive the title. After waiting almost 3 months I still have not received my title. When I called their customer service line, the representative stated that I would have to go to the DMV and apply for a lost title since they weren't sure where to locate my title! CSC Logic needs to FIND my title or THEY need to apply for a lost title.

      I have not receive my title NOR my lien release. CSC has a long history of losing customer's titles as shown on the BBB list of complaints against the company. CSC need to have a supervisor or someone in management call me to resolve this issue AND FIND MY TITLE!!

      So CSC can just "close the matter" because the say they sent the title and a lien release???

      I receive NEITHER THE RELESE NOR THE TITLE! Do they bare no responsibility to contact me to try and settle the matter??? CSC was holding the title, they are responsible for sending it to me after I paid off my loan which I paid in full. How am I supposed to present any further rebuttal information other then to say I NEVER RECEIVED THE TITLE OR THE LEIN LETTER!!!

      By the list of complaints on the BBB's website CSC demonstrates total incompetence when it comes to customer service and ensuing that the documents get to the customers after their obligations have ended.
