I paid off my auto loan on 1/24/22 and never received my title. I contacted this company on November 29th, 2022 to request that the title be sent to me and they noted that the title was sent but returned as undeliverable. I confirmed my mailing address, which is the same address they were sending all of the monthly bills to with no issue, and they stated I would receive the title in 7 business days. It has now been two weeks and I have not yet received the title.
I've been attempting to call their number several times and have been on hold for longer than an hour each time, then the call just disconnects, and therefore I have been unable to reach a representative to try to locate my title.

I needed a copy of my lien release letter from my car loan payoff and was told by my original lending institution, ********* ***** it was sold to CSC. The three different numbers given yielded nothing but being placed on hold for minimums of 3 hours at a time and I never got thru to any person to assist me with my records. I am unable to sell my car until this occurs as the DMV has my car incorrectly filed as having the lien still in place. There does not seem to be any way to speak to a single person at this company despite multiple failed attempts via phone and email. I have no idea how I can obtain this document otherwise and my car is effectively held hostage due to an error by them in not notifying DMV of the lien release from 2015 when the loan was discharged.Business Response

I have contact CSC Logic more than 5 times about a lien payoff letter as I finished paying my loan in 2020. I can no longer login to my account and each time I call the company says they have sent a letter already but cannot tell me when it was sent "since the account is closed". I never received my title in the mail and they do not save updated mailing addresses "since the account is closed". I have missed multiple DMV appointments waiting for a letter.
