Made the process simple and easy to renew. Keeping the fees the same this year and not gouging will certainly keep us as a client. Especially in this economic climate where some are charging ridiculous fees to make up for the loss during the pandemic while the rest of ** are struggling to just break even and having to cut our services to just entice clients to remain.Thryv

Thryv has been very patient working with us through the entire process of creating a website and learning to use it effectively to meet our needs. We are not very "techno-savy" but we are learning more every time we schedule an appointment. They are always very friendly and helpful and walk us through the process step-by-step as needed. Such a seamless process from start to finish. Great back end product and the staff member we dealt with for training (Katt ******* was AMAZING. Explained everything in great detail and was very patient with **, not being the most computer literate people she would deal with on a day to day basis.
Now to get on and start using this great platform.Thryv

Thryv makes having an online presence so easy. The employees I have dealt with are awesome at their jobs and make sure you understand the program. Love that they make this so easy for the "technologically impaired". We had very little presence if any online and no website (we are old school and late for the party) but they made it very easy to update **. I'm appreciative of their knowledge and help. I just signed up today, so I can't say how it has helped yet, but I'm sure it will.Thryv
