Imagine... You wake up Saturday morning, clients will arrive at 10am. You check your email and there is an email in your inbox from Thryv "client care," that says "Your subscription has expired We're sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving us a try. This email confirms that your Professional subscription is now expired." Confused, you try to log into your account to see what the issue is. But your login is not working. You are locked out of your account on both the app and desktop version. You have no access to your CRM, your messaging with clients, to check your calendar and see who is coming in for the day, or anything else with your business. When you go onto the Thryv website there is no contact information listed at all. There is no contact information listed on the login page. You don't have customer service programed in your phone and have no way of contacting them. The last email sent has no phone number to call, just an email for "client care." You send an email asking what the heck is going on. You start looking through your emails to see if there were any messages you missed, regarding the close of your account, and no, there are not. But you do have the recent billing email which, thankfully, has a phone number listed. You call customer support and they inform you that your account is suspended and that the ************* team (what a misleading name) is unavailable and wont be in until Monday. So now its Saturday, I have no access to my business all weekend. No access to my ****** business profile (since they started it and havent given me ownership). And while my business website is up, the service menu and ability for clients to book is disabled. I can't even message my existing clients to let them know whats going on, in case they need anything. So I guess I have all weekend to make sure everyone knows what its like using Thryv software. They will turn your business off with no warning.Thryv

I have had two Zoom meetings with the Thryv staff to learn about their product. One to learn about the available platforms they offer and one after purchasing to receive assistance learning how to best use the software to benefit my business. I have another scheduled to continue the onboarding process. They have been very professional and seem genuinely interested in helping my business thrive.Thryv
