      First Atmos turned my account inactive and the customer care could not tell why it was turned off in first place. Next, when I try to activate the account, I was told that a technician has to come out to turn it on. First time, he did not turn up at all but customer care said he did. When I scheduled it the next time, I was given a **** PM slot, but the technician has not turned up yet.

      Was first told the reason my bill jumped $45 in November to $76 in December was because of the weather change, I looked at the local news station, near *******, **, and there was not a dramatic difference in temperatures to justify the bill increase. Was told today that I have a wireless meter and that it was accurate, tried to give me a number of reasons on why I used so much gas, like turning on my gas fireplace in November with the average temperature in my area hovering around 75 degrees.

      Trying to transfer my service, and they pulled the meter 8 days early, so we had to get a new meter installed. Three days later the Atmos tech showed up and waited in parking lot across the street for about 2 hours. It was raining so he waited till I left, then he put a note on the door that he came by. But he didnt knock because my brother was inside waiting on him. So we had to reschedule they got another tech out there installed the meter it took ***** minutes. I would like to thank ******* for coming out in the rain and doing his job. But to the first tech Atmos ID number *****, your a lasy person, that should be wrote up or fired! If Atmos would check all the work orders that he (*****) didnt do because it was raining, or cold, or he had a headache and see if there is a pattern.       We were notified that our meter needed updating/replaced and that someone was available to do it that day. We weren't excited about the idea because our meter was just old, it still worked fine. We decided to allow him to do it and I can't say enough good things about ***** (emp ID ******. He was knowledgeable, didn't mind us watching, and did excellent work. We're glad we allowed him to do the job instead of just getting some random tech that *** or *** not have cared about how it looked. Thanks *****, we appreciate you!

      After 3 years of getting the run around I gave up trying to get natural gas at my home. I even did all the home work for them getting everyone from the closest existing service to and past my home ready to commit and pay fees if necessary. They took the info as if they were interested but then seldom communicated in a timely fashion and even ignored my request for updates. This all took place in St. Tammany Parish, *******, *********. I feel as if they are biased towards serving my community and just patronized me until I gave up!

      This company has very weird appointment schedule. They tell you 4 hour window period and never appear in that period and if you are not at the premises, they just leave with a note and have to reschedule your service again. I requested for transfer, they supposed to come between 8 am to 12 pm and never appeared in that time period. And technician left a note that he did call me which I never received any call from anyone. I have to live without gas in my new apartment for 4 days with 10 months old baby.

      We are showing the first order was scheduled 11/17/2023 from 8am-12pm. The tech was on site 11/17/2023 at 12:31pm and noted knocked on door multiple times, also called number on file, no answer, left door tag. Another order was scheduled for 11/21/2023 from 8am-12pm. The tech was on site on 11/21/2023 at 8:38am and gas was turned on.

      This company trespassed many times on my property damaging my grass and drive way doing some work for some man or woman claiming they are doing escavation at a different address. I hunted down the so called 811 call and found the name ******************************* associated with this illegal encroachment on my property. This person and his relatives have been abusing the 811 system and Atmos is responsible for sending out contracted people to illegally come on my property for some homemade fence that doesn't fall within city building codes. I contacted the police previously and they were told to move those markings off my property yet they keep going to that service from the **************** department to hire out an Atmos contracted line locator that illegally trespassed more than two times on my property. This company two years ago drug our properly turning my gas on after I paid a valid plumbing company to come out and reroute then install a new above the ground weather protected coxial covered carbon steel corrugated gas line and those people from Atmos illegally stuck something (a grapple hook or metal wire line) under my house pulling the line to the far side of the house trying to damage or steal it. They are a terrible service and if you call trying to get a resolution as I did today they deny culpability and responsibliity for something they set up with the city of Greenville, MS and some city worker that is not a valid state licensed, bonded or insured plumber/HVAC company or representative from the industry doing something on the cheap. These fools are going to blow something up as they force that methane gas up through the sewer lines trying to let that ***** lay up in a COVID house that has the drain line plugged connecting to the sewer. That so called Atmos contractor damaged my clean out plug. I reported that to the police. They need to stop sending people out all because they think they can put my address on their fake escavation permit request.

      My service order # ******** my technician never showed up for the scheduled appointment. When I called customer service, they were useless. They said that ******* said they he called and stopped by at my place at 3:07, which never happened. Im freezing and wont have heat until 4 days from now. Crappy way to treat new customers if I say so.

      had an appointment from **** nobody showed up so I called atmos and was told sorry we will get to you when we can whats the point of having an appointment???? Oh and they dont give credits for horrible customer service sub-freezing temps no heat not their problem and this is a simple connect service order that already took 3 days to get the appointment that clearly doesnt mean squat we need more than one gas company option

      The move in turn on service order was worked 10/31/2023 at 1:21 pm. The order was delayed in the morning due to emergency service orders in the area.

      I moved out of my rental house 3 months ago and they sent me a bill saying I need to pay it, when i explained that I do not live their any more they told me im still responsible. That was all. No help by ANY MEANS No tranfer offer literally NOTHING. Now im paying $124 dollers for a complete STRANGER!!! Im livid. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

      We show a move out request was made online. We processed the move out as of the next available business day 9/20/2023. Unfortunately, due to no prior communication you are financially responsible for charges until your move out date. We recommend contacting the new homeowners/tenants to take ownership of the billing as of 7/1/2023, and they will be back billed for any usage.
