The **************** is the worst I thought when you upgraded to Advanced you would save by doing that, not the case , I called customer service 3 times to verify I asked what all these fees were involved in the purchase of the vehicle,they all insinuated that since I had moved up to advanced I would only have to pay $299 or 7% of the vehicle price which ever is higher I had no idea they had gate fees this fee that fee,. They probably have a bathroom fee on the on the office restrooms After 5 months of trying I won a vehicle When I received my invoice to my astonishment the fees were almost what I paid for the vehicle ,When I told them that I was concerned about just that and I had called 3 times making sure these fees wouldnt be allocated to me they all told me 7% of the of the vehicle cost! No I paid $1300 for the car and they wanted $1100 dollars in fees .When I tried to tell them I needed help with these fees they they stated they would not and could not help me with the fees and it would cost me $899 to renege on the car.Seriously these people act like there run by the ******* Mob they will not help you they just want your money its disgusting!!Copart, Inc.

First they flag my vehicle as being at my residence, its totaled and at car crafters. Claim delayed. Then the delay in obtaining the payoff amount from the bank. The internet is a wonderful thing, 5 minutes and I sent them the website showing payoff information for dealers. They have to call and actually talk to someone to get this. Going onto 30 days since the accident and I dont have a vehicle and cant get one until COPART does their job. Get off you lazy chair and do what you are being paid todo.Copart, Inc.

Worst company I've ever done business with, I purchased a vehicle, the tow truck arrived we tried to start the vehicle and the engine blew up right away l while still in the trailer and oil came out everywhere. After we when to inspect the vehicle and there was a big whole in the engine. I contact my broker and copart they said they are not responsible for this. They said the vehicle was stated in the website as "no run and drive"..... big lie i see no were that is sais that... the vehicle was stated as normal wear and highlighted as enchanted vehicle. I would never buy it if it had engine issues or was not running. DO NOT DO Business With Copart they will literally take your money with no shame.Copart, Inc.

The Copart employees I felt with today were some of the rudest and most arrogant people Ive ever talked to. From the moment I entered the main facility in ********* I was spoken to horribly. They sent me to a satellite facility to get my car. They forgot to communicate to the satellite facility I was coming so I wasted a few hours of my time and I still dont have my belongings. They guy at the gate of the satellite facility didnt seem to care Then when I called dispatch to inquire why I could not get my stuff the operator yelled at me and told me it was my fault. If I couldnt give them zero out of five I would. Pure rudeness.Copart, Inc.

purchased vehicle with about 88k, auction stated vehicle ran, white smoke blowing out of the exhaust ala blown head gasket, I am sure they were aware, but they put all the legalize on their site so they will never be wrong, I did not actually start the vehicle had my fingers crossed, but........... I guess I am the dumass, I cannot say this any other way... DO NOT DO NOT TAKE THAT THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING AS ANYTHING SHORT OF A BLOWN HEAD GASKET, AND DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE NOT STARTED CAR, PAID SOMEBODY TO INSPECT.....Copart, Inc.

Copart is currently not responding to messages or calls about a document theyve sent me in form of a copy in which needs to be original to transfer ownership a POA document . This is a legal document thats needed in certain circumstances and has to be original for it to be valid in the state I purchased and which the vehicle was advertised in . Recently found out the van was a copart buy back which isnt disclosed anywhere on the listing , probably due to them losing the original document with another customer first . No communication no assistance and really bad customer service . It even says on there website in there policy that any vehicle bought will be sold with legal documents to allow transfer or your money back . Unfortunately a judge may have to resolve this situation for me if copart doesnt decide to do the right thing.Copart, Inc.

Copart damaged my property while my vehicle was in their possession. They needed to take the license plate off, and the screws were *****, so they just ripped the license plate right off so that I can't reattach it.Just because it's "easier" to destroy my property doesn't give you the right. You're a salvage yard. You're telling me you don't have a file or a drill that you could have removed the screws with?Copart, Inc.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with COPART **** They have poor customer service and they will shamelessly take your money. I inadvertently signed up for premier membership which is $249. When what I wanted was basic membership which is $99. I noticed this error when I got my bill and they refused to change it because seven days had passed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, all they ever did was send emails reiterating their policy. I call repeatedly to have a phone conversation with a supervisor and my requests were denied.Copart, Inc.

Copart yard 11, listed a vehicle lot ******** as runs and drives, I purchased the vehicle out of state based on the listing as runs and drives. On delivery by the shipper, the vehicle runs with another battery but does not drive. Most of the damaged part were removed, with battery changed. This is fraudulent listing, contacted the copart yard 11 Manager ***** refused to respond after weeks until I contacted the regional manager, his response does not portray him as a manager which confirms the vehicle was listed fraudulently. Issue has not been resolved, vehicle should be listed as all round damaged or engine runs. vehicle still at auto shop for repair waiting for Copart response. Copart is loosing credibility. Buyer beware of copart yard11. Wants justice on this, vehicle should not be wrongly listed this is a fraud. Want justice on thisCopart, Inc.
