      I signed my son up for an activity. This is not the first time and I always choose not to join the Active membership. Today, I was charged ***** for a membership that I did not want. I am confused by this charge and did not allow the company to use my card foe their business.

      I signed up for a *** race registration in 2019 and 2021 and Active Advantage has been charging me every year for a yearly membership since 2021. I'vr never signed up for a membership from this company.

      I was charged for renewal of the *********** app on August 10, 2024. On November 29, 2024, I contacted Active customer suppport to inform them that I had a new cell phone, which changed from Android to *****, and request a transfer of my membership.I was informed that memberships can be transferred between Android devices or between Apple devices, but not from an Android device to an Apple device. I am requesting a prorated credit for my Android membership, ending November ******* so that it can be applied to my new Apple device.

      My credit card was charged $99.95 on 11/19/2024 this charge was not authorized This renewal charge was also charged for renewal in 2023 Im disputing these charges as this is fraud using my account for unapproved charges

      I signed up for a charity race and I was charged $100 for a 'subscription' unrelated to the charity race. That is incredibly predatory and I want my money back. They should be punished for doing this to me and other people.

      I signed up for a local 5k race in Nov 2018 and have not used my active account since then. I just discovered they started charging for an active membership in Nov 2023, which I did not catch, then again in Nov 2024. I do not have any payment information on file with active when I look at my account and have not authorized the payment. The payment is disputed with my bank and a request has been submitted to active to cancel the payment and account.

      I noticed 2 charges on my American Express card, one on October 16 for $1,852.13 and one on October 13 for $99.95. I do not know this company and have never been on their website or subscribed to any of their services. I wish to be reimbursed for these charges as promptly as possible.

      I canceled my subscription with this company last year and they had to refund the charge and now they charge me again on 10/25/24 for $99.95 for renewal. I tried calling 2 of their phone numbers and couldn't speak with a person. I had to send an email to ************************************* to request a refund and to be removed from all their records. If you try calling the number you listed for this company, you won't get a person to dial with. I'm waiting to hear from my email to them to get a refund to my ***** This company is unscrupulous and needs to be investigated.
