I was a volunteer at a youth sporting event and was forced to sign in using their app in order to enter. Somehow I am enrolled in a trial which automatically converts to an $89.99 annual program which I do not want. They are not responding to my email to cancel it and provide no phone number or method of contact but they make it very clear that they intend on charging me $90 a year permanently. in fact, they dedicated entire section on their website to explaining how big are asleep they defend themselves against credit card chargebacks so I would like to be proactive and make them acknowledge that theyre canceling my entire accountBusiness Response

Like everyone else on here, ACTIVE Network, LLC scammed ** by hiding a checkbox in a race registration we signed up for. We were charged $89.95 for services we did not request. We have never heard of ACTIVE Network and did not sign up for their services. The company ignored my email and is not answering phone calls.
