      This company is the **** everyone else says it is. I would love to be notified of any class actions that happen. They got me for three years worth of trash memberships.

      **** ALERT FOR THIS COMPANY! I AM AMAZED SOMETHING IS NOT DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY BASED ON ALL OF THE REIVEWS AND SHAME ON ALL OF THE RACE COMPANIES THAT USED THEM! AN EXPOSE, DOCUMENTARY SOMETHING! THEY'RE A COMPLETE SCAM. AS SO MANY CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME HAVE WRITTEN, I DID NOT SIGN UP AND HAVENT USED THIS. THEY HIDE THE CANCELATION BUTTON THEIR WEBSITE AND BASED ON THE REVIEWS BELOW I'M GOING TO HAVE TO CHANCE MY CREDIT CARD.

      I signed up for a mud run 4 years and they mislead me into signing up for a membership that I have not used. When can customer support it gives you ***** for refund but it only gives you an email to to use for contact. I sent an email an only got a generated response for the fraudulent charges. This is unethical.

      I have NO idea how this company got my information. I didnt even sign up for anything active such as a race or event like others in the comments. I got a good news in your renewal email about a charge of $99.95. Its literally the first time Ive ever heard of this company and I have NO CLUE how they found me and somehow signed me up against my will. If their service is so great why arent they encouraging people to try their so-called 30 day trial- I only learned the trial existed through other customer reviews!! What a complete scam!!!!!!!! This is complete fraud and I am very angry right now.

      I signed up for a bike ride in September, and unbeknownst to me, I signed up for a trial membership that ultimately turned into a paid membership to the tune of $99.95. I emailed ACTIVE Advantage to inform them that this was a mistake, and to reverse the charge. They replied by email with a list of benefits there are with being a member, and wanted to confirm if I still wanted to cancel my membership. My reply back was that I wanted a call back, since their phone number is not listed anywhere, so I could get could have this resolved before I get my credit card company involved with a dispute. I never wanted to be a member, nor did I go out of my way to provide them my personal data to become a member. Somewhere on my bike registration they slipped automatic membership in there, and unfortunately I didn't catch it in time. Terrible customer service -- to not have a phone number listed on their website for customers to call?!?! Very deceptive practice to glom on to innocent people that just want to register for a planned biking event.

      I have canceled this membership numerous times and still I get hit with a yearly charge. It's beyond frustrating and had to mark the last charge as fraudulent and get a new card because of this company.

      I cant select no stars. I was fraudulently charged $117.00 in August and now again in October. I cannot reach anyone by phone or by email to get a refund and make sure I dont continue to get charged. I have never done business with this company. I have never even heard of this company.

      I have attempted to cancel multiple times over the phone and three times in writing via email and have had no luck in canceling a $99.95 annual membership charge. This is a complete scam and unethical business practice.

      These guys apparently have stolen $99 dollars from my bank account, My wife and I have never even heard of the company.
