      The company tricked me into paying $99.95, this company is a scam. I have no clue who they are and this needs to be stopped.

      Got an unexpected $99.95 charge on my credit card from this company. They provide no phone support - only email. Their website also provides no way (at least I couldn't find it) for me to remove my credit card information.

      I had to pick a star, but a negative star wasn't an option. This company is a scam. I was unknowingly charged $95.95 when I accessed ***** Parks Website. Somehow or another by doing so I was automatically enrolled in a trial subscription for activenetwork. They hit my card four times before they were successful. Now, I am trying to get my refund and they are taking their sweet time issuing it. I'm so mad I could spit. This company is a fraudulent enterprise and should be shut down.***********************

      I was charged $99.95 on my August statement, and I have never heard of this company or registered for any event. This company is clearly engaging in fraudulent activities, as they are taking people's money without consent. I checked their website, hoping to find a connection to something I might have done in the past, but I have never encountered their site before.Not only was it a mess dealing with this situation, but I also had to cancel my card and go through all my previous statements to ensure there were no other unauthorized charges. Furthermore, their page about unknown charges contains grammar mistakes, which raises further concerns about their legitimacy. This company must be stopped at all costs.if I only can give 0 star

      I was charged $99.95 today and thinking someone stole my credit card info, I canceled my card. What a headache! Now I have to redo all of my recurring payments, and I had never heard of Active. I'm not sure how they got my credit card info and authorization.

      My adult daughter asked for permission to use my credit card to register for an event in 2021. In 2022 they charged me $99.95, I contacted the organization and explained this was an UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY CARD. I got a refund at the time. Today, I noticed that I had a similar charge in 2024, and when looked it up, also had the charge in 2023 but I missed it then.This company is a scam and has been ripping me off willingly because we discussed and they understood the circumstances when I contacted them in 2022; reason why I got the refund. Yet, they have continued charging me for this scam membership they stealthily sneak up on people that don't need nor want it.

      They charged fraudently 89.95$, 99.95$, 99.95$ since 2022 till today(2024) without my authorization , i just learnt it today ,Such a scam !!

      Absolutely horrendous, I signed up for a cycling ride and this company took my ccard information to sign me up for a recurring charge of $99.95 of I still do not know what. I tried calling the phone numbers listed, and all they do is reference another number of which no one answers. SCAM company.

      Zero stars. I signed my son up for a football camp and they tricked me into a membership that apparently no one has ever seen and we're supposed to believe we signed up for it. Charged me $99.00 after my supposed 30 day trial. Obviously I don't need or want anything they have to offer. My kid is active enough. They have no number to call, noway to cancel on your own. You have to email so they can then try to encourage you to not. They sent multiple activation codes to my phone for no reason. They were sued once for trickery. Very sketchy!

      They run the point of sale for my kids summer camp, but they then took the cc info that I used to pay for the camp and deceptively signed me up for some bogus memberships. No ability to communicate with the company. Just an email address to get refunded when they get caught.
