      Was contacted about a sponsorship program for a local high school on Dec ****** Spoke to my partner and decided that we would go for it since we are fairly new and wanted to get our name out there. Unfortunately since then we have had no contact with them. Paid them over $1,500 for a complete scam. I hope others read this before they fall short as well. Hopeful that my credit card company can get this taken care of for us. Do not use them!!!

      October , 5th 2024 Paid $1669.97 They were suppose to provide me with multiple thing s , 1000 coupons , 84 shirts , a big banner , geofencing . Campus box media has only sent me 2 hoodies , Ive asked and asked and asked multiple times with emails to show Ive asked and Ive called more then my fair share of times too and no answer when it comes to resolving anything . I have asked for a refund multiple times and have been very patient and still nothing has been done They will not resolve the issues and Im getting to the point where Im ready to take them to court , they have multiple reviews of them scamming people They called me and another business and used cascade which is our home school and they have fulfilled not one thing on their part I am requesting a refund but its like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer you .. When they finally did answer me they ignored my request for a refund and said my items have been sent but here we are half way thru the season and no items or banner or anything ..

      I have contacted and contacted and contacted this business but no answer and then when they email me, its the same story over and over we already sent your stuff to the school when they havent sent anything. All I have gotten is two hoodies. I am patiently waiting on this refund. I have tried to call customer service probably 20 times in the last month, and I have emailed the art department and **************** they have and not one has helped me .. I have red where they have done this multiple I mean multiple times to other businesses. I dont see how the BBB is not shutting them down on their site. I paid them $1,600 + and They even done this to my cousins business same exact problem same exact outcome. Its pretty bad. They have this many complaints and the BBB has not done anything to their rating hardly They really need to be taken off the BBB.. I am patiently waiting still for a refund. Hopefully this gets solved soon.

      I reached out to Ms. ****** on 1/30 and emailed him and have not heard back yet.   Mr. ******* order was shipped to the school;I have also attached the school tracking detail showing it was delivered on 11/7/2024 and was signed for by a ******.  I have also attached the school confirmation from **** ***** showing we do have authorization and are working with the school. On Mr. ******* email I also included the link for the digital impressions for at that time.

       The school received his items, and we emailed proof of execution for the digital impressions marketing his firm (ie. the seasonal summary stats for the football season), the company has fulfilled their obligation, Mr. ****** received marketing impressions in the community, and thus, we will not be issuing a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I have not seen my banner or anything put up , it has gone thru the season with my banner not up at all campus box media has not fulfilled there part I shouldnt have to fight the school to put my stuff up .. so I paid for all this stuff to be sent to the school and nothing be put up I was told its maintenance men fault and Im having to deal with it after I paid $1600 to campus box media . They should be the ones making sure everything gets put up and my advertisement should be displayed after I paid that much but when I go to the school nothing has been put up . I do not see my banner at all . So i am wanting a refund for stuff I paid for that just sat at the school

      Our company had a contract with CampusBox Media thru the end of 2024. We have been charged for 2025 and with no calls or emails saying such payment would be made. I have been trying to call the company for weeks now and I can never get through to anyone and I have left voicemails that have not been returned. I do not want to re-up our contract and I am demanding a refund for a subscription that we did not approve.

      We gave this company 3000 and some change to sponsor our local high school basketball and football team over the course of last year. Theyve collected money from me quarterly and have not lived up to anything on their end of the bargain supposed to hand out T-shirts at the game that never happened supposed to give a 10% off coupons for attending the game that never happened. I was supposed to have a Banner at the games that never happened. I tried to handle this respectively with them and take the necessary steps to get a refund through their financial department, but was denied because they just spent too much money on printing items for my company that were never delivered or used.

      I am the head boys basketball coach at ********************** in *************. Campus box media refuses to stop calling local businesses on our behalf to ask them to buy "sponsor packages". We do not use campus box media and have asked them multiple times to stop. We as a school have never seen any of the monies campus box media has scammed our businesses out of that they tell them is for our team. We have called them multiple times and asked them to stop and we do not give them permission to call businesses on our behalf but they continue to do so. We need help. This company is scamming people using our name and we can not get them to ******* athletic director has even mailed them a cease and desist letter to no avail. Outside of coaching I run a business. They have even called my business and claimed they were with my basketball program at the high school and email my receptionist the sponsorship options. I have attached those for review.

      Received call from campus box about advertising with the local high school. They went over the package deal with me and I agreed to it and they took my credit card information. I went to a basketball game and nothing of the promotional items were there. I talked to the athletic director and he said that they are not affiliated with campus box media and he doesnt know who they are and I was the second ****** to ask him about this so Ive tried to contact campus box and Im getting no response. I have also researched them and this isnt the first time they have scammed someone in a similar way according to the reviews.

      This business reached out and seemed very nice, and I agreed with the message they were coming with. Sponsor a local sports team? Of course! So before I just blindly sent out over $1,000, I looked on here, and found nothing but scam related complaints, which made me decide not to go through with it. They kept emailing me, and I just didnt respond. Then today, I get a call saying that I was committed and NEEDED to send my payment right away. I said I never signed anything or committed to anything and they said well we held the spot for you and you gave us a verbal commitment so you have to pay now and they kept talking over me each time I would respond, so finally I said look you can talk over me all you want, youre well known to be scammers and Im not sending you sh*t. Well that made them mad, bc prior to hanging up on me, he said ok mother f**ker well see then hung up. I take that as a threat and dont appreciate their attempt to force me to pay.

      This company spam called me multiple times offering for my company to sponsor a local kids sports team. I said I was interested and to send me some more info while I looked into the company, they asked for more contact info which I provided, and thank the lord I looked into them when I did! Ive found that schools dont work with this company, they are a scam that uses the backs of the children in our community to scam local small businesses, and so I just simply blocked and ignored them. Then I got not one but TWO emails from an ***** ***** stating that theyre excited to do business with me. Looks like thats how they trick people, by pressuring them into the transaction. He then called and further pushed saying I have to pay because I committed over the phone which is comical and maybe the little guy has never heard of an actual agreement before, but showing interest over the phone legally binds me to NOTHING. So he then proceeds to have a little cussing fit at me before hanging up on me. That angered me so I left a review on here. I had since noted that in an attachment on one of the terribly unpleasant ***** Lopezs emails, the status of my invoice was CANCELLED. THEN, I get an INVOICE FOR $1,149.97, WITH NOTHING ABOUT IT BEING CANCELLED!!!!! THE ***** OF THE **** OPERATION, TO STILL PUSH ME!!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I am a veteran owned small businesses and theyre using local childrens sports to try to scam me. I have no clue how this company is in business!

I called ************************** and spoke to the principal as well as the athletic director and THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHO YOU ARE.       I was contacted by a Salesman from Spirit Shop while I wasn't at work and kindly told her to send me an email of what she was trying to sell me. Later that day I received an email with an invoice for some package I didn't agree to purchase. I have called their office 20+ times and rarely get someone to answer, they send me to customer service and then get sent to voicemail. I have left a handful of voicemails and no call back. This company is a total scam. Previous manager tried to use them a couple years ago and found out from our School that they don't represent them at all. They don't do anything that they tell you is part of your subscription. Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone because they even know they are scammers. I will not pay this invoice for something I never asked to receive.

      Around 8/28/24 I was contacted by Campus Box, regarding a sponsorship and advertising opportunity with **************. I agreed this would be a great way to promote our business. I decided to pay for this. I decided to proceed with the Annual package, which included t-shirts,coupons, PA announcements, 3x5 Banner ******* digital impressions. Later i paid for my logo on pink shirts for breast cancer but at an additional charge. The first payment of $559.99 was made on 08/28/24 followed by a second payment of $699.99 on 10/23/24 bringing the total paid to $1,259.98. In response to the proof, I sent ****** an email with the correct artwork for the materials. I received an email back from ****** confirming that the corrections would be made, At this point, I had attempted to reach out multiple times to get clarification on several questions, which soon turned into concerns. I sent emails to customer service on 11/21 and 11/22 and also left voicemails. I called all the phone numbers they have listed with either a busy sign or just loops to v/hangup, I spoke with Mrs. ****** at school about the sponsorship. She informed me that the school would not be doing business with Campus Box in the future I am deeply frustrated by the complete lack of communication, the failure to deliver on the promised services, and the disregard for customer service. It feels as though my money has been taken with no resolution in sight. My phone number and email address, which Campus Box has on file, are both active and working,Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of $1,299.98, which consists of the two payments made: $559.99 and $699.99. The lack of response from customer service and the failure to provide the agreed-upon services have left me feeling ignored and unappreciated as well as embarrassed.       I would like to complete or close this request from the Better Business Bureau. I spoke to a woman named ***** from campus box media, and they have refunded all of my money to my satisfaction. We also talked about how this happened and it seems that the person that was working at the school who they were communicating with no longer works there so in summary, I would tell people that if theyre going to sign up, just make sure their school works with campus box, but I do not feel like campus box.       Before I made a complaint with BBB I had reached out by phone to Campus Box using the phone numbers listed on both the Attachments. I had left a message stating that I had called multiple times and only once had my call been answered by a live person who took my message and I never received a call back. All other calls resulted, regardless which option is chosen, in being directed to a voicemail that does not allow for messages. I let them know that I had been waiting for a link or information on approving artwork and had never received information. I let them know they had until 5PM that day to contact me or I would be going to the bank the next day to dispute charges. That entire day I did not receive any calls from Campus Box. When by 9AM 11/20/24 I had not been contacted I went to the bank with the Invoice and Flyer that had been mailed to me. I explained my situation. How I had called the school and they had not heard of us and we were the second call regarding Campus Box that she had received thin the past few days with the same issue. I was told either the coaches or the ************ reaches out for donations and while they have worked with this type of company in the past, they had not heard of Primetime or Campus Box. I also explained i had gone on the the BBB and for this company there are multiple complaints along the same lines as my situation. The only time we received contact was the afternoon of 11/21/24 which was when I can assume my bank had initiated refund process and my new card had been sent. Then we received a call from the lady who had first contacted us. When the situation was explained she stated that they do indeed work with that high school but she doesnt know the contact persons name and would have to get back to us on that. Then 11/22/24 she called again saying they handle the Dance Team. That was not what was stated to us or in the flyer or invoice attached. At this point I do not believe them. I do not want to do business with them. I would encourage others not to do business with them. I am allowing my bank to proceed with their investigation.
