      I had an excellent experience with Bay Side Heating and Air, thanks to their representative, ****** *******. From the moment he arrived, ****** was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, offered solutions, and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Its not often you come across service this reliable and personable. I highly recommend Bay Side Heating and Air

      I've been leasing with Invitation home for over 4 years and accept for maintenance, they have been acceptable to work with. Lease & terms are clear and understandable. However maintenance is terrible. My pool has always been green for most of warm months, the service they use (**************), sends techs that do not clean or operate equipment correctly. The pump has never worked properly and per the pool tech, Invitation refuses to pay for proper ******************** I also have hadd issues with HVAC repairs, for months they refused to pay for unit to be correctly fixed so that at Christmas with 40temps, heat did not work & I had company over & it was terribly embarrassing. Another issue with maintenancce was after Hurricane ******, the pool cage was damaged and it took 6 months before it was repaired and the unlicensed contractor they used did a cheap job and the cage now has a flat top instead of a peak making it almost impossible to use the skimmer pole on the pool.

      ******* **** was my move in specialist. He took over my assignment as the original person was on leave. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the process. He sent a nice welcome email and called to follow up to see how I made after my move in.

      Theyve done a satisfactory job. Their work orders seem to be taking longer to get done but it perhaps is a busy season for Invitation Homes. Overall, they are pretty incredible at getting things fixed and taking care of you.

      I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Ive been leasing with Invitation Homes since October 2024, and recently, my family and I endured a power outage caused by an unresolved ** issue.This happened over a holiday weekend, and despite numerous calls, no one came out to fix the problem. The outage was caused when a technician attempted to repair the ** and tripped the breaker, leaving us without power for three full days. I contacted support multiple times over the weekend and again this morning. I spoke with three different representatives, including the property manager, who informed me the only option was to submit another work ordersomething that had already been done.I asked what qualifies as an emergency and why there is no one available for urgent repairs on weekends or holidays. Unfortunately, no one could provide a clear answer, and no accommodations were offered during this incredibly difficult time.I am truly shocked and disappointed that this level of service is considered acceptable. Emergencies dont wait for business hours, and tenants shouldnt be left without basic utilities because of internal delays.

      I recently started noticing my HVAC was running constantly. I submitted a work order through the portal and Invitation Homes dispatched a HVAC tech to my home promptly. The tech arrived and diagnosed the issue (Freon leak) quickly and was able to return next day to make the repair. Total time was two days for diagnosis and repair. Very impressed!

      Wow, at first its just such a blessing to be able to have a roof over your head provide a home for your family. Ive been renting with invitation home since 2019 so about six years. After the first year, it was kind of hard to tell because of the pandemic through the pandemic I realized I had never tried to obtain rental assistance vouchers any of the kind so I kind of muddle through. I had late charges. They were still due as soon as I was able to pay them invitation, homes never really showed much compassion. I cant say a few times they did excuse a late charge here and there. I am grateful for that. My biggest concern is that even after the pandemic started to clear there was a yearly home inspection I remember in my lease they said I would get just to keep up with the Maintenance of the home. Over the six years I can say I have never had this home inspection. Furthermore, its difficult to put in a maintenance request. The company uses outside vendors to service their homes. In addition they have company technicians. The company technicians are very limited and the vendors kind of play this low ball game essentially with the company to get the job. So imagine having put in a maintenance request and now you have four different people coming into your home to view the issue just to submit a proposal to invitation homes and wait to see then who gets it to come back to get the job done. once they do come back- if they do- the issue is barely FIXED. I have two small babies so just to say this home has really fallen apart over the years and theres only so much You can keep up with, a lot of things Ive realized is just negligence from Invitation. I had a shower maintenance request and I was back charged over $300 for it. Its got to the point where theres so many homes owned by invitation homes the market has gotten so expensive. Im ultimately at a position where I may be forced to move out of *******. Thank you, invitation homes.
