      Probably the luckiest day of my Rental Home experience was finding and renting a home from Invitation Homes. We moved into our new retail home back in May 2021 and it's been the best experience we have ever had. Truly first-class. Okay, so what makes an Invitation Home better? The Homes are so well maintained it's like moving into a brand new home, sure even if we moved into a brand new home there is always something unexpected coming up that needs immediate attention, but here's what's really great. Just make out a Maintenance Request, first, download the Maintenance App on your phone and PC, that way you receive immediate follow-up and they let you know when a representative will be coming out, it couldn't be easier. (please understand that you are expected to pay for minor things that come up) I mean we are all responsible for maintaining the home as it was when we moved in. But, Invitation Homes makes sure it's done right, they will assist you in finding the right people to do the job.

      Great company to lease from. *** is attend to my needs as quickly as possible. They also respond to your maintenance issues as quickly as possible. I am leasing from them since 2008 so that shouks say enough.

      Terrible people. I would not recommend this company. They only care about money. I lived 3 month without fence and 5 moth with a refrigerator that kept freezing all my ***************** how many times I complained. For the fence they didn't had crews to fix it. And for the refrigerator they wouldn't replace it because It was working. Stay away from this people

      ****************** at invitation homes was very helpful in every step of signing our lease , she was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and made our move very easy. I would recommend invitation homes to anyone looking to rent a home.

      Invitation Homes is terrible. We moved in February and we are constantly being charged for unnecessary things. When we viewed this house we noticed there was multiple areas of the house that needed attention. We were assured that all things would be attended to. They barely fixed the damaged carpet the day of our move in and tried to charge us hundreds of dollars for a previous issue. We were also told that the carpet had been cleaned already; the carpet is filthy. After first moving in, our heat went out for two weeks in freezing cold temperatures. We had this same situation happen in December and we went again without heat in freezing cold temperatures. We have also had black mold growing in our shower since we first moved in and have been living with it for a year now. When we noticed the black mold we reported it and one of the Invitation Homes maintenance teams came out to inspect it. They told us that Invitation Homes wasn't going to do anything about it, and to just spray bleach on it. It's getting to the point to even when we try and clean it, it's still seeping through the grout and continuing to get worse. We are currently trying to get this situation taken care of through Invitation Homes, they have sent out 6 technicians now. Every technician that comes out says that they aren't the right person for this job and or Invitation Homes sent them out here for something having nothing to do with what we need fixed. We have been trying to get this mold taken care of for at least 5 months now and still nothing. Obviously Invitation Homes does not want to spend the money.

      Tried to go to a self tour, the code to the door did not work. The agent I spoke to just said a local specialist would call me. It's been a full week with no call. Wasn't able to tour the home. Does not seem like a legit leasing business unfortunately.
