      Time and was great attitude was even greater thank you for your time and fixing the sink garbage disposal. We are happy we don't got to deal with no leaks and no malfunctions. Thank you once again for your time and patience.

      I respect the reviews, however my experience with Invitations Homes has been wonderful. I've been a tenant for over 5 years. Never have I had a bad experienced. Great customer service. Two thumbs up for Mariel she is the sweetest and kindness person. Thank you to the maintenance team for a job well done.

      I have rented with IH twice now and both times they made my life easier and relieved stress with their rental process. It seemed impossible to find a rental in Sac because they kept getting grabbed immediately. IH was able to secure my home in advance through an easy application process.

      Invitation Homes has been mess. I couldn't view the home until after I signed the lease. Unfortunately I was in a bind and needed housing so I did it on the whim. The person that met me there was combative when discussing holes in the walls and repairs. That was then, fast forward 2 years and in the middle of summer my home was at 100 inside because the ac unit wasn't cooling, had to wait 3 days for a repair and now have it repaired atleast 3 times every summer since. Now to present day 12/23/22, coldest Christmas in 30 years and my heater isn't working.. I sent a request for repair and I ******* no response. I call on the morning of Christmas to hear a woman tell me that order was sent and you'll hear back from the vendor. My home was 56 this morning and I have kids shaking this home. I finally get a response for scheduling which will tomorrow the 26th. And let's not forget the threat of $75 charge if no one is home. My other issue with this company is how they charge me $10 every month plus a $5 a month admin fee, but only proved 1 filter ever three mo the but still charge me as if they are providing a filter every month. It was made a part of the lease and I cannot decline it. I still have to pay to get my own filters bc 1 for 3 mo ths will not suffice for ** having 2 dogs. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES

      Finally someone who is DOG FRIENDLY!! Great house, we love it that maintenance is just a call away, and they always take care of things right away. We are very pleased with Invitation Homes and would definitely recommend
