      I want to say this company is awesome. They provide the the best customer service I've experienced. I work in customer service and I know great service when I see it. I've been a resident for this company for 3 years and they aways took great care of me and my needs. I forever be a resident with this company.       They were good in the beginning but I been in my home for almost 10yrs and they don't come and check on the property. Also don't know who to call cause the change project manager so must complain go unanswered. But be quick to send out HOA violations.

      Beware this company will apply random violation costs. I was notified of a HOA violation 6 months later with charges up too **** dollars. I was never even told of any issues at the time of the initial imposed violation. The management company has horrible communication in regards to fees. After contacting the actual HOA I was notified that I had no violations on file and they would have contacted me immediately to have this resolved. Proceed with caution.

      Do not rent from this company! Bad reviews are NOT to be taken with a grain of salt! (Corporate Crooks!) We have had problems from the very beginning & our lease just started in the middle of July. For starters, the listing lied about the number of ************** weren't allowed to do a self-tour before agreeing to rent the home. We right away discovered a leak in the laundry room due to old piping which led our water bill to be higher than usually. Next the toilets had to be resealed because it was releasing a terrible sewer smell throughout the house, & to top it all off our backwall which is about 15'x8' is 75% covered with black mold. I made an original complaint about the black mold on October 18th & they didn't send anyone until November 10th. After the ******************* sent Invitation Homes the work order (which was highly recommended) Invitation Homes denied it & instead suggested a quick/cheap fix. They recommended that the ******************* run 3 industrial size dehumidifiers 24/7 in our home for the next 3 & 1/2 days. Are they going to compensate me now for the electric bill?!?! Also, the dehumidifiers are draining water into 5-gallon buckets which they expect ME to dump twice a day, I'm not a very strong ********* already suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis, having to carry those buckets twice a day & empty them into my tub is exhausting & panful. Not to mention because of the nauseating sewer smell & the black mold each one of my family members including myself have been to the Doctor's once a week for the past 4-6 weeks. (I have doctor's notes to prove it) They haven't even offered to put us up somewhere else while this issue is being resolved. I am paying them over $2,000.00 a month to literally poison ******* family. I am physically & mentally sick of this company. The fact that you would rent out this home with all these problems baffles the **** out of me. Do you even inspect these homes before allowing families to move in? Not even worth 1 sta

      At first, I thought this company was a great one, but as time has passed, I was wrong. The fees that have been added onto the rent were never provided up front. We were told that the water would be included, and after hurricane *** damaged a water line, we were charged with a $400+ bill. There are fees for pool maintenance and furnace filters that we were lead to believe was part of the rent, however they are extra. We are now locked into a year lease paying a lot more then what we had anticipated.

      It has been a great experience for **. Never once had a problem - when there are maintenance requests they are executed quickly and easily - support is always easy and we have been here for three years. We're in the Charlotte ***** market - good team, never any problems.

      Very unprofessional. They are very cheap when it comes to maintenance work. They never want to reimburse you for their faults but continue to raise rent on your rental with no upgrades.

      At first you think that you will find your dream home. Then you find out that not all of there homes are what they look like in the pictures. Make sure you tour the home because they will rent to you without a viewing. After paying the application fee, make sure you call them. We waited and waited after at least 50 texts and emails and 3 weeks gone bye still no responses. The application fee is only good for 30 days. Just because they except the housing vouchers they will not work with the VA in any assistance for deposits. And by the time you find that out. No more funds for assistance. Now you are out not only your dream home but the application fee and no where to get any VA assistance since they are now out of funds. They are not only non responsive they are extremely rude. Not just too the potential occupant but to our case manager from housing and the VA. We are out ****** in application fees.
