      I lived in one of their homes for six years and thought they were great. I recently moved out, did everything they asked for cleaning but was unable to remove all the nails from the wall from pictures. I paid over $700 to have the ghost personality cleaned, carpets shampooed, and landscaping taken care of before turning in my keys. They kept my security over normal wear and tear and trumped up over $700 in charges for them. For not rent from them. They lie about what they accept for moving out.

      ***** was awesome and did a great job he was very polite and very knowledgeable. The two people I worked with to get our service rescheduled were very accommodating and were a pleasure to have them help me.

      First time using a company to rent a home and so far I am very impressed. Everyone has been super awesome in the entire experience. The two individuals who stood out to me the most was ******* and ****. Both helped me feel very welcome to the home and made sure I understood everything.

      Due to hurricane *** ,there were unseen delays. But eventually we got moved in. The orientation was professional and thorough. Not all issues have been resolved but we are getting there.

      Invitation Homes - ***** We have 4 college kids renting a house from Invitation Homes. We chose this organization as we felt it would be safer for our children. First problem which was a kitchen sink and dishwasher that did not work. Our kids began eating out as you could not wash dishes in the sink or dishwasher, hence not being able to cook. This took them over a month and a half to repair this. So, add up 4 kids eating out for a month and a half. After chasing them down with numerous phone calls they finally issued a concession of $200 and would do nothing more. Then we had a couple of infractions like picking the weeds, etc. and were charged $35 for each one. Robbery. The kids immediately remedied the violations as they were not aware of them. These kids are great renters and have taken very good care of the home. Then we received a $75 maintenance fee for no reason. Unbelievable. We have realized that they have set themselves up to charge you for sneezing in their rental. I then went to look at reviews from multiple sites and have realized that I am not the only one. They are a big scam. Great home, but absolutely corrupt management company. After looking at reviews, I am expecting not to get our deposit back regardless of how great the house was taken care of. Keep in mind also this rent was much higher than the majority we looked at but chose them. I should have read the reviews before. Ugh. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! ***** *******

      I was a little skeptical about renting from Invitation Homes after seeing all the bad reviews. ******** with Invitation Homes made the process easy and pleasant. She addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable. The make ready on the house was great and I love the new place I call home.

      Absolutely great experience with ****, the technician who took care of the issue with my smart door lock. He was friendly and courteous, and very quickly diagnosed the issue. It was also very easy to use the Invitation Homes maintenance app to schedule an appointment to get the door lock fixed. Great job, Invitation Homes!
