      I applied to rent a house submitted all the documents that were required got a response from them the next day that I needed to upload better images of the documents, which I don't understand why if they were clear kept going back-and-forth with them about this, then when I had a question for my leasing professional I emailed her and she never responded. I kept getting emails for additional documents which I kept up with and would upload them in a timely matter but after the last document that they asked, for they stopped replying to me. I called the leasing professional, *****************************, and explained to her the situation. She said she would call me back because she didn't know what was going on. She never did. I never got any response for anything no update to the application or nothing then I realized the application said it was canceled so I asked her about that her response was she didn't know she was going to contact the processor and let me know which she never did, just wasted my time and never got an answer. I am requesting a refund for my applications, since I didn't get an answer in a timely manner and no response. Seeing how this company is becoming more common for rentals it is so annoying, but they can't be professional.

      I called for a plumber he can on time and was very nice I barely have to call for anything but when I do it's never any problems they be right on it I love my home

      WORSE THAN 0 STARS!! First time renting from this company and it will be the last... if I could break the 2 year lease we singed I would. They don't care about their tenants, just their money. We moved in with repairs still needing to be completed and found mold inside one of the bathrooms. It was like pulling teeth to get them to get something done about it. God forbid you need to speak to someone about your service requests, all you get are people passing the buck saying its someone else's responsibility and they will pass the message, BUT nobody does anything. It took me 5 calls and a nasty email to the lady I signed my lease with before I FINALLY got someone to speak to me and then she wanted to argue about what the company is responsible to complete. My tenant rights say anything attached to the property is on them since they own the building... but they want to argue and claim that's not true. The only vendors that KNEW what they were doing was the plumber for the Hot water Heater, the electrician that repaired the dining room light and the in house tech *****, the rest of them have wasted our time with 5 second appointments with no results. They don't call to schedule appointments and when I pick a time online, its never confirmed and the vendors just show up unannounced. I even had to withhold rent for 5 days before I got someone out to look at the mold... then got charged late fees!!!! I REALLY would NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless your good with handling your own repairs out of your pocket and your good with never needing questions answered. WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER!

      DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company is horrible they will find anyway possible to take money from you . They literally charge you for everything and they have horrible customer service. Run do not rent a ********************** from them!! We moved out six weeks before our lease ended and paid all rent through the last month. When we had our moveout prewalk on Aug 30, 2022 the house was spotless!! It was cleaner than when we moved in. Nothing was left undone, nothing was left unclean. The carpet was professionally cleaned on September 2, 2022 (on the moveout checklist). We left a copy of receipt and they still charged ** for carpet cleaning. We stopped by the house on September 3, 2022 to mow the grass (that was also on the moveout checklist) and do a final check. The house was spotless!!Our lease ended September 4, 2022 which is when we had our final moveout walk. How can a house be trashed in one day? They also charged me for 10 days of rent instead of 4 for September. They charged me three times for a service fee. They kept over $1000 of my security deposit because of these bogus charges. During our moveout prewalk we were told we shouldn't have any problems because the house was spotless. I've emailed requests to have my money returned to me. I have called and left messages with customer service and no one will respond to me. I know it's a game they are playing hoping I will go away but I won't because I WANT THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!!
