      I purchased an order on 8/24/24 from Wingstop online and when I got to the store, I was told I couldnt get my food nor a refund. I immediately filed a complaint requesting a call back to get a refund online. Shortly, after the online submittal the area district manager called me back stating I will receive a refund. Since that time, I have submitted another complaint online and have called the store for a refund. All my efforts have gone unanswered and I still have not received a refund even though I didnt receive my ordered food.

      I ordered wingstop delivery about two weeks ago. The bag was delivered with the sticker unstuck. We were missing about half of our items. I tried calling the store to get the rest of our order, they offered a refund. The refund never happened and wingstop has no help line I can reach out to. The store itself has been entirely unhelpful. I am unhappy and want my money back and for wingstop to have a proper help line.

      I have been waiting on a refund from the *************************************************************************************************** location. For a few weeks now, on August 9th I accidentally placed my order at this location. I immediately called and spoke with ****(cashier) @2:06p.m. about me getting a refund. Since I placed my order at the wrong location, she told me I should be receiving my refund in a few days. Last week I noticed I still havent received my refund, so I went in store around 11:30 a.m. Spoke with the cashier, he called his manager about the ************* had him get my name and number. A few days later still didnt see a refund so I called AGAIN, and I spoke with Lazana the manager. She told me she gives refunds matters to her boss once a week, & that she would give it to them that Saturday. Here we are another week later I called the store AGAIN today, because I am completely fed up at this point. I spoke with the cashier named Sully, I was letting her know at this point I would just like the meal instead of the refund. She let me know she couldnt do that, because if I received the food & then they end up sending me the refund its looks bad on them. I let her know at this point im not getting the refund if I havent already received it. Sully also informed me that they are unable to give me the status of my refund because they dont know. Sully ends up giving me *******(manager) contact info, I messaged her to see if she knows the status of my refund. I still havent heard back yet, all in all I just want my meal. I have got the run around for weeks about this refund!!!

      I did not receive my fries, and when I called the store the store manager, ****** accused me of lying and said that her employee had indeed put them in the bag when he actually didn't. She then said she could do anything for me and was extremely dismissive, mean, accusatory and nasty. Then when I arrived at the store for an explanation, she said she would check the cameras in the back. She then disappeared and didn't come back out even after I requested numerous times to speak to her. ****** then later sent out one of her employees who stated his name was ****** to refund us and to "just give you the fries anyways". Still no apology and didn't even have a face to show us after she checked the cameras and saw she was wrong. Absolutely terrible business practices and completely disgusted me towards the location. ****** should not be a store manager and has no integrity or backbone and does not have what it takes to manage a store. I say that with the experience of being a store manager myself and knowing what a leader should look like. No accountability no follow up and no respect paid to the paying customer. Please do something about this! I beg you. The money was allegedly refunded but we will see if it reflects. At this point the integrity of this place has me guessing everything.

      I placed an online order at ********* in ****** *********** on July 18, 2024. The total being $63.71. As I got home the entire order was completely messed up. I called the store to try to resolve the issue and they directed me to call a person over them named Mr. ********** I called him and he suggested that I would be get refund and a confirmation email would be sent to me. I called Mr. ********* back the next day on July 19, 2024 asking when I would get a confirmation email & when would I receive the refund. He told me it would take 5-10 business days. I had called him back on July 29, 2024 (10 days) saying that I still havent received a confirmation email nor my refund. Mr. ********* told me that I would receive an email right away to track where my money was. Still nothing. On July 31, 2024 I called corporate cant remember his name but he told me to identify my order number and the location. He told me he filed a complaint and I should receive my refund soon. Its now August 21, 2024 and I STILL havent received no refund nor a confirmation email. This is beyond ridiculous and I shouldnt have to wait over a month for a refund. I would like to get this issue resolved immediately.

      I ordered..,,,1 summer of flavor bundle - 25 BONELESS wings, corn , fries, 4 ranches, coke and fruit punch 3 pc chicken strips- 3 strips, ranch, fries, *************** 3 pc chicken strip- 3 strips, ranch, fries, ***************. I was delivered fries, 12 bone-in wings, and 3 cokes. I tried calling the number provided and it either goes to automated that ends up saying inactive, or says inactive number and call later.

      On 7/30/24 I ordered from the app for a family sized order of boneless wings..I checked out as a guest bc it wasnt allowing me to make an account at the time. Not long after I recieved a called stating they did not have any boneless wings so I told them cancel my order and i planned on ordering from a different location so they said I needed to cancel onlinewell I never made an account and on my receipt in my email it says call location to cancel well the girl on the phone ends up hanging up on me..so I was thinking ok well they arent making the order so the charge isnt gunna go throughdays later I check my account and what do u know? Im still charged and it has cleared my account..I have spoke to this location (********* *********) numerous time, emailed my receipt to someone and them even going as far to say they refunded it and it would be 5-7 daysso I waitedIm still charged $72.61 and at this point I feel like they have stole my money and now I can not get anyone to call me back its always the same thing the general manager isnt in right now, Ill take ur name and number down and he will call in within the next hour or 2 or hes handling it and will call u back either today or tomorrow! Still nothing!

      On August 16, 2024 at 2:09 PM, I picked up an of chicken wings at ********* located at ***********************************************************************. My son and I shared food from the same box of chicken wings. We did not have anything else to eat that afternoon or evening as we felt nauseous. Approximately at 3-4 am, both my son and I started vomiting excessively and had excessive diarrhea for hours. We were very dehydrated and lethargic and had body pain. We proceeded to go to urgent care for medical treatment. We were both diagnosed with severe food poisoning.

      On Monday, July 29, 2024, I placed an online order with this restaurant. The website and the confirmation email both said the order would be ready in ***** minutes (approximately 5:20 pm).When I arrived at the restaurant at 5:30, the restaurant was very busy. Several customers were complaining about the wait times for their orders. When I finally got to the counter, an employee told me it would be over an hour wait for my order. I told him to cancel the order and asked for a refund. He took my name and number to give to his manager. I have contacted the Wingstop corporate office three times, I've called the store twice, I went to the store last Saturday, Aug. 10, and I've texted the manager three times. I posted a negative review on Yelp. I have heard nothing from anyone at this restaurant.

      Subject: Complaint About Poor Food Quality and Request for Compensation Dear Wingstop Customer Service,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order and to request appropriate compensation.On 8/12/24, I placed an order for chicken wings and fries from your *********, ** location through ********. Unfortunately, the wings I received were of very poor quality and tasted bad. Additionally, the fries were undercooked. I contacted Wingstop directly to address this issue, but I was informed that they would not remake the order.Over the past few visits in the past few years, I have noticed a consistent decline in the quality of food from this location, and I have refrained from complaining until now. I recently checked ****** Reviews and saw numerous other customers reporting similar issues with food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. This persistent pattern of poor service is concerning.I have also contacted DoorDash about this issue. While they offered $5 in credits, this does not adequately address the problem or compensate for the poor quality of the food and service.Given the circumstances, I would like to request one of the following forms of compensation to make up for the $19.40 I spent on this order:A replacement order of 10 wings, or A gift card totaling $19.40 I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that reflects your commitment to customer satisfaction.Thank you for your understanding.Best regards,*****
