      I ordered at the wrong location. I called within the same minute of completing my online order and notified them that I had ordered at the wrong location. I asked if it was possible to cancel my order because I wasnt near them & the employee said yes. I asked how would I know it was canceled because she wasnt giving me a verification number. She then said that it would take 7-9 days depending on my bank. Then I went ahead and placed a new order near me. Now I have Been calling and they say yes its been canceled and no money has been received.

      **** POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLACED AN ORDER YESTERDAY THAT WAS BEING DELIVERED, THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AROUND 9PM BASED ON THE TEXT I RECEIVED. 15 MINUTES LATER I RECEIVED ANOTHER TEXT SAYING THE ORDER WAS CANCELED!!! I CALLED THE STORE ON ALBEMARLE RD JUST TO BE GREETED BY SOME PRERECORDED FAKE MESSAGE, THAT DOESNT CONNECT YOU WITH ANYONE!!!!!!!!! SEND ME MY ******* MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!

      I made an on line order for pick up on the 28th of August and found long eyes lashes in my food and my order was suppose to be garlic Parmesan wings and I received 5 tenders Hot. Very upset and I called the store and spoke to a manager who was very rude and hostile. ***** I think was her name who abruptly hung up on me.

      I ordered dinner delivery for myself and my family whom was visiting from out of town on the wings too app. I was paid over 100 received an email saying my order would arrive within the hour an hour passed so I called the restaurant only to be told my food was picked up and stolen I was told I would receive a refund however this was on August 17 I have since reached out to the restaurant and filed multiple complaints through the contact us tab on the website. I have not received my refund nor any type of correspondence from the company.

      On August 27, 2024, I made the mistake of ordering from this Wingstop via their app. My order was simple: 10 wings, fries, and a drink. How hard can that be, right? Well, apparently, it's impossible for this location. The driver arrived at 8pm, handed me my bag, and when I asked about the drink, he assured me it was inside. Spoiler alert: it wasn't.I immediately called the store, thinking this would be a quick fix. ****. They told me to contact *********. Why would I need to do that when I ordered directly from their app? After much back and forth, I was passed to someone named ******, who claimed to be the manager. I explained the situation and emphasized that this was not the first time theyve failed to deliver my complete order. Her brilliant solution? Store credit. As if Id ever trust them with another order.I declined, obviously. She then said a district manager would call me. Well, its now August 28, 2024, at 5pm, and guess what? No call. This place is a complete joke.Under California consumer protection laws, when you order and pay through their app, they are legally bound to deliver exactly what you purchased. By failing to deliver my drink, they've breached this contract. You dont have to accept store credit as a remedyits for their convenience, not yours. I'm demanding a refund or redelivery, and you better believe I'm reporting this to the *********************** summary, if you enjoy getting ripped off and having your time wasted, by all means, order from Wingstop on **********. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself the headache.

      Order # ********** (*****************) I called in and placed an order on Aug 10th. I picked up my order shortly after. I called back and complained that my order was incorrect, missing items the packaging was opened and caused sauce and oil to drip all over my vehicle floor boards due to not being packaged correctly, literally leaked through the whole bag, to go package not sealed and closed and was saturated (I live less than a mile away from business? I Spoke with the Manager and they apologized and stated that they never work that location and they would refund my order. I agreed. Then after a week my refund was still not granted. I called back and they stated its corporates decision, and it takes 14 days for refund. Still 18 days later I have not been refunded my money and I had to pay to have vehicle cleaned due to the improperly packaged food. I'd like my refund that was promised and for this matter to be closed. This matter needs to be addressed, and this type of service is thoroughly frowned upon leading me to believe that I should be taking my business to their competitors going forward.

      I purchased from your cockeysville MD store a meal totaling $18.06 on 8/8/24. My husband picked it up for me. It included a fountain soda but i did not get one as the machine was broke. He brought my dinner home and it was inedible. The wings were fried until they were ROCK hard and the french fries were the same. I immediately called the store and spoke to the person in charge, the manager was not present. She took my information and told me that she would refund $18.06 to my card. she must have forgotten to do that so i called back 8/19/24 and spoke with the store manager, Silver ******* who apologized and said she would immediately refund $18.06 to my CC. It is now 8/27/24 and i have still not received a refund. I have called the store numerous times asking to speak to Silver, and she is NEVER present in the store. ***, an employee said today that she would contact her via text, as she was NOT in the store again, but i have not heard from her as yet. I provided to Silver and *** my phone number and name.

      ON JUNE 30TH 2024, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY-I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT WAS CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD ON SAME DATE. I ORDERED THROUGH APP GRUBHUB, I WENT TO STORE TO SHOW MY RECEIPTS AND DUPLICATE CHARGE. WAS TOLD BY ******** HE WOULD INFORM GENERAL MANAGER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THE DISPUTED CHARGE IS FOR $125,-ORDER #********-9775242. I RECEIVED ONE ORDER-****** TOTAL-ORDER # ********-9185554 I AM ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST GRUBHUB AS THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT REIMBURSE.

      On July 24th I order large ranch, was told there was no such order. That I I did not order it at the right place. So I ordered it again when I got home I checked it and I ordered it at the correct place. So I paid for it twice. I complained and tried to resolve it, was told by the worker oh they will reimburse. Not sure how when no one talks to me. I again ordered today, this time I did order the wrong place, I tried multiple times to call and cancel no one answered the call just said no one is answering please call back. So I have lost 5 dollars and now another 6.84. That order number is the last one

      I placed an order on the Wingstop app. It was delivered through Doordash, the driver dropped off the wrong order and when I called the driver to tell him I got the wrong order, he wouldn't pick up the phone. I called Doordash and was told since the order was placed through the Wingstop app, I had to reach out to Wingstop. But, Doordash reached out for me to try and get the order remade. Wingstop refused to remake the order and Doordash refunded my money back to Wingstop. I called Wingstop to ensure they received the refund. The manager said they received the *********** would take 3-5 business days to refund back to me. I stopped by Wingstop to inquire about my refund, but they wouldn't talk to me saying they were too busy to deal with my issue. I've called and got the same response. I called a few days later and was told that the manager would process my refund right away. The refund never processed, I kept sending messages, calling with no response. I made a message and put theft in the title and the franchise owner called me. He stated no one never told him about this issue and he would refund my money back to me after I told him about the hassle and runaround I was getting. He said to send him my receipt and he would refund my money and give me a credit of ***** which I never received. Including the tip, I paid ***** only to receive the wrong order and Wingstop has yet to refund me. I contacted the owner by text and told him, I was getting a lawyer involved if I didn't receive my money, he didn't respond and I still don't have my refund.
