On Friday, June 28th my son placed an online order with Wingstop, this occurred at 4:40 p.m, he was given an order number and a confirmation that the order was placed, the order number is **********. When we arrived to pick up the order, the associate working the register said he did not have any confirmation of the order. My son showed this associate the confirmation on his phone, and this associate goes in the back, did not say a word to us, returns and starts helping other customers, totally ignoring us. We waited for about an hour, and when we continued to ask where our food was, we were told a total of 3 times, give us 20 minutes as we continued to wait and be ignored. When we received our food, I had to ask for a receipt, and was still ignored by the associate, as he refused to respond to my request, and continued to ring up customers, so I got louder to get his attention and again requested a receipt. With an attitude, the associate working the register began to create a receipt, which turned out to be a made up receipt that did not match the online order and had a different total (*****). We did not notice the fraudulent receipt, until we were home checking the food we received. Once we got the food home, some of the order was missing, to include 2 orders of veggies and 9 wings were missing as there was to be 50 wings, and we were shorted 9, along with old, overcooked burnt fries soaked in grease. The fries were thrown at the bottom of the bag which caused the bag to be greasy, so the presentation of the food was horrible. There was no apology by anyone, we were treated horribly. I called the manager ******* at about 6:00, and requested a refund for the awful food and poor customer service. ******* said that once she got off the phone with me, it would take her ***** min to process the refund, and it should be placed back on the card, and we still do not have the refund.Customer Answer

6/5/2024 I placed an order for carry out. Within 60 seconds I called the store and asked for delivery instead, which they were unable to do. After 3 hang *** from them, they said I would have a refund in 72 hours. I called the next day to confirm and the manager said to contact customer service. I have called customer service 3 times and still they have no updates. They keep saying they are escalating the call. Now waiting for a call from the district manager.Initial Complaint

Made a mistake on my order as I called the store. Store employee told me to cancel order as he cancelled my order. Store employee told me once he cancel the order then I can submit another order, which I did. 1st order is more than the 2nd order as they have not refund me for the 1st cancelled order. Spoke to ***** the manager today 6/26 as they will refund me for the 2nd order which is less then the original cancelled order. Told him that I want the 1st order cancel refund and he said that he will not and he will need to speak to a supervisor. Why would he need supervisor approval if he is the manager?Customer Answer

I placed an internet order at Wingstop #***, site 24, in ******, Tx on ***************** on 06/24/2024 at 8:30pm. After I placed the order my son became really ill and I had to tend to him and take him to urgent care. Before I took my son to urgent care, I called Wingstop and told them to cancel my order and I wanted a refund because I wasn't in the area anymore. The guy who answered told me that he would refund my order. He called back 15 minutes later and said he couldn't refund the order and said the boss told him not to do so. I asked to speak with the boss and they took my number for the boss to call me. The boss called me 10 minutes later and said that she couldn't refund me my money back after I told her the medical emergency I had with my son. I never canceled an internet order or any order with Wingstop before and I couldn't get the food at the time so I was wondering why couldn't I get my refund back. I wasn't rude and I was honest and forthtelling. I'm not a person that would say my child was sick and he wasn't. Wingstop showed very poor customer service and bad understanding and I just want my money back and I will never go there again. Can you please help me get my refund for food that I didn't receive. Worst all around experience for my daughters birthday. We went in to get food for the road to my daughters birthday trip. Among the worst of the problems we experienced was during the wait for food. The in store music was a woman singing about f@$&ing the devil and so many terrible words I had to ask them to change it because I have a younger kid. The laborer was very unhappy to comply but Im very kind so she was persuaded. No big deal. After quite a wait (usually worth the wait) we got our food and started our trip. Upon opening our food we noticed all 5 orders of French fries were soggy and gross, even after asking the to make them well done and its noted twice under each order. The chicken in the sandwiches were soggy and cold. The chicken in the other meals were the same. We ordered an extra large side of cheese and ranch and both were watered down and the cheese was cold. We tried our sodas and there wasnt any syrup in with the carbonated water so it tasted awful aswell. If we werent already late and several miles up the freeway from home and our home wing stop location, we would have taken it all back because we couldnt enjoy any bit of it. With this gross lack of care, service and food quality, this location wont be able to afford to stay open very long. They need a major overhaul and leadership training for the ones allowing this to continue. We came in at opening time aswell, how is it so so gross just after opening?!Initial Complaint

I placed a $43 order online and came to pick up they told me thered be a wait. The app said it was ready so I questioned why. Apparently someone came in with the same name claiming to be me and took my order.The cashier just handed it off with no confirmation so when I came in they accused me of doing it to get my order twice. I was just picking up the order for myself and 2 coworkers. They did not want to remake my food or refund my money until I spoke with the manager but I was not the one at fault. They proceeded to call the cops and the cops made a case for US instead of the business. I ordered Wingstop for delivery on June 5th of this year. When delivered there was missing items. We only received our fries and half of the wings we ordered out if the 20 that we purchased. I tried contacting support that day and finally got a hold of somebody the following day and she told me she would refund the purchase. It has been far past 5-7 business days for a refund and I still have not received my money back. I tried reaching out to support again with that same order number and they still have not reached back out. I just want my refund of $27.66. Order number is #*****************. On Friday 6/14/24 I placed a ***** order with Wingstop at the laction privided through the app. It said my order wouldn't be ready for ***** minutes which is understandable. So because of that I went to get food for my 2 nieces and my sister and by then the order at wingstop should be ready so I can pick that up and go. After going across the street to Chick-fil-A and getting food for them I headed back to winstop and got there right on time at 4:50 when it said my food would be ready. After going in to get my food they told me it would be another ***** minutes before it's ready. There were plenty of workers there and no other customers inside. A little upset because of the delay and my food wasnt ready I questioned why did I even preorder if its going to take another ***** minutes. I went back out to my car and waited. At 5pm the additional 10min passed so I went back in to get my food. They said sorry and that it will be an additional 10 or more minutes. Very upset at this point again i went back out to my car and waited till 5:10 and waited and went back in at 5:16 or around that time and had to wait inside a bit and my food was finally ready. When i made it home not only was my sisters and my nieces Chick-fil-A cold and shake melted but mine and my dads wings were cold and fries were soggy. I tried to call and complain but Wingstop answered and said please hold before I could even get a word in and i was on hold for 10 or more minutes before i hung up. i filed a complaint on the app and the email reached out and gave me a small $5 gift card " for my bad experience". Ive never seen worse customer service in my life. and will never go to that location ever again. I gave Wingstop a chance to make it right before going to BBB and it seems to them a $5 gift card is making it right. When I had ovee $50 of cold food...Initial Complaint

I sent my mother here to pick up my order and she didnt check the food before leaving the establishment. When arrived with the bag I was missing some food, 8 piece wings. So I called to let them know that I was missing a part of my combo. When the worker who said her name is ******* answered the phone she cut be me off before I could even explain what the issue was. She cut me off saying that they dont take orders over the phone and I let her know that, that isnt what I was calling for and I continued to try to explain the issue but she continued to talk over me and eventually hung up in my face. I went to the location with my mother to have my order corrected and she had an attitude the whole time. She never apologized and was on the phone with a woman who was said to be the general manager. She threw the food back in the bag after checking what was in it and said she would remake the whole order herself. We never asked the whole order to be remade we just wanted the 8 piece that we were missing. I did not feel comfortable with her making my food after how she had been acting previously so i asked for a refund. She got very ignorant after I asked for a refund and tried to justify her actions over the phone by saying she didnt know the situation to which she never gave me a chance to explain. On June 14,2024 at approximately 5:54 pm. I patronized this establishment located on ************************************* *************. Ordered 8 pc. garlic parmensean flavored and paid an extra $1.52 for flats only. While waiting the employees were playing in the background, one employee sat down at the counter distracting the cashier as she took my order. Making me repeat my order several times. When I received my order I was highly disappointed on the size, portions and the appearance of my wings was totally unacceptable. Especially after paying $15.29 they old, cold and greasy with no flavor the tables were sticky and no ice was in the soda dispenser. In the past the wings were a decent size and good for the amount of money paid. But this experience prompted me to never come back! I would like to be made whole and refunded. This establishment was once a pride and joy but after changing the sizes and price increases I think it's feasible to come back again
