We ordered food from the Wing Stop at ******************************* **********, Ca ***** using the Wing Stop app on June 14, 2024. Our order was #*****************. We never received the food. We tried to call the driver listed, but the number we were given was disconnected. We called the Wing Stop, but was told there was nothing they could do, that the delivery person picked up the food. We requested to speak to the manager, be the manager was not available. We have not received any food and Wing Stop still has our money!Initial Complaint

So frustrating. Your website and app wont accept any credit cards from myself or my daughter. We receive an error that the billing address doesn't match. Our credit cards work everywhere! Weve tried every avenue to resolve but Wingstop has been awful. Yesterday my daughter received a free fries promotion for her birthday via email. Of course the app said the code was invalid and we couldnt order due to the credit card issue so i went to the store. I spent almost $80 and showed the email and code for the free birthday fries to the cashier. He called over the manager and the manager told us that they dont accept promotions anymore. This is just an awful way to run a company. My daughter and friends love your food and put up with this but its despicable to me. I can see why your BBB rating is so awful.Initial Complaint

Refund not given at two locations 1. 1. Wingstop 998 ******* 5/16/24 @3:12pm online order could not be found told a refund would be issued, manager refuse to give refund employee stated they do refunds at the end if the day. Called to no avail $21.52. 2. Wingstop Broadway 6/3/24@9pm received wrong order called told they would replace order, took name and phone number. On March 22 I ordered a family pack of wings from their **************** location in ********, **. I did not receive half of my order. Because the store had no room left on their messages I had to continue calling, I called nine times over a half an hour before getting the chance to speak with an employee. They then gave me incorrect information about reaching a resolution. I called back the next day because I was informed the information I had was correct and they were still unable to provide me an appropriate path towards resolution. I found their corporate number the same day on March 23 on the Better Business Bureau website and filed the complaint with the failure to provide the goods and services I paid for. It is now been over three weeks I have been in continuous communication, As I have continued to call back to check up on the status of my complaint because I have not received any information about reaching a resolution other than failed promises to reach out to me. Affectively they have stolen my money as I prepaid for goods and services that I did not receive in full, and they have seemingly through their own inaction, refused to provide me with a refund. In placed an order on Wingstop.com that totaled $58.56. I was delivered an order that had a drink with 10 wings under the name *******.i contacted the driver and was told he was on the way back. He never showed up and I could no longer contact him. I called Wingstop and I was told I would need to contact DoorDash. I contacted ******** and I was told that there was nothing that could be done as I had ordered on Wingstops app. I called back and spoke with the manager and was told that I was incorrect and call DoorDash again. I called and chatted with ******** and was told this was a Wingstop issue. I contacted Wingstop corporate 2 times and have not been acknowledged or refunded.Initial Complaint

This is the 3rd time that I have ordered directly from Wingstop and my order is not deliver to me despite being marked as delivered on the app. I didnt receive any notification, nor any food, or a proof of delivery. This is getting ridiculous because when you call the location, they dont answer 99% of the time. They were to give me a credit last time this happened but never did! I want a full refund INCLUDING the tip since whoever delivered my order stole it from me. I want $21.47 refunded to my card AND. I deserve some type of credit for this constant issue. Do you know what it feels like to be starving with no car and order food just for it to be stolen from you! I ordered wingstop on for dash Monday June 10th my chicken was RAW i had caught food poisoning before from wing stop the ******** ******** location this wasnt the first time my chicken was raw. I was giving wing stop another chance because i actually like the food this is the second time in 3 weeks i received undercooked chicken i reported it to door dash and only got $5 back thats preposterous. I am writing to bring to your attention the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the employees at ********* on ***************** in ******, **. I do not seek a refund, but I do believe it is necessary to address the lack of customer service training and unsanitary practices observed during my visit on June 8th. Upon entering the establishment, I was not greeted and had to approach the counter to ask a question, only to be ignored. Furthermore, none of the employees wore hair nets or gloves while preparing food, and I witnessed one of them go outside to smoke and return without washing their hands. I strongly suggest that the staff undergo intensive customer service training and adhere to proper food safety standards.Initial Complaint

A few months ago they opened a Wingstop that is close to me. I went in to purchase and to my surprise they dont accept cash. I didnt think much of it since it was a fresh location when I went. A few months pass by I go in to this location and they still refuse to accept cash as a form of payment. This is very problematic because it implies that you must pay with card and cash is deemed useless in this establishment. There is no sign that says no cash. This is a chain restaurant who refuses to take cash. It makes you feel un welcomed because not everybody has a card to pay with. I myself make most of my purchases with cash only it isnt fair at all. Feels very hostile and discriminative against poor people since not everyone has access to a debit/credit card.
