Went to wingstop to get a wing meal, the location did not have the fries or ranch. The meal was incomplete and I couldnt enjoy it. The location said if I filed a complaint through wingstop I would get my money back. So I went online to get a refund and its been weeks and I havent heard anything back. I was in ********* for my daughters college graduation and on my last day, Saturday, May 4th my daughter and I took an Uber to wing stop after ordering two 10pc meals. When we returned to the apartment, we realized that we were missing 12 wings total out of 20 that we should have received. I immediately called wing stop to notify them. We could not Uber back so the gentleman that answered the phone stated I would receive a full refund for the inconvenience and that it would take 3-5 days. I have not received my refund and I have called the location multiple time since then to only be given the run around. The manager is in a meeting with the district manager or the manager is not here. I left several messages and NEVER got a call back so I contacted corporate. They told me that they would forward the message and I would get a refund within 3-7 days. It still hasnt shown up! I was advised to call back today if the refund didnt show up. I have tried to call corporate today several times and now no one wants to answer the phone. I want my full refund of $33.10 as I was told I would be receiving. Its completely ridiculous that its taking this long to get my money back for an order that I fully did NOT receive! I should have had my refund a few days after the 4th but its now the 17th and still nothing!Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on May 7 2024 @8 21 pm. I spent $48.21. I did not receive all of my food,I called and the manager (*****) was very rude,he would not give me a refund,a receipt or customer service number. I have called customer service 3 times no will call me back and I still haven't received a refund. I was told a general manger would call me back but nothing. I did not receive the order I placed to be delivered by DoorDash through the Wingstop website. Wingstop did not verify the DoorDash person picking up my order hence I was told it was stolen and they were not going to replace it even though the DoorDash employee had waited in the restaurant for 20 minutes. The whole process took over 2 and a half hours from ordering, placing a second order for pickup, driving 10 minutes to the location, waiting again in the store then driving 10 minutes back home. This also entailed 6 phone calls, 2 payments, hopefully a refund promised by ******** and the food wasnt even that good.Initial Complaint

Store #********************************************************************************. I ordered online on 5/9/24 at 5:22pm. It was the boneless meal deal and extra dips. When my husband and I went to pick it up, they said they didn't have the order. We then showed them the order confirmation and everything. The girl working, who was extremely rude, said the order wasn't in their system and basically told us they couldn't do anything. That anyone can screenshot an order. This girl offered no solution to us at all. I didnt want to cause a scene because it wouldn't have made a difference. So now I am out of $21.26 for food that I never received as well as being treated like I was trying to scam them. I just want my money back. This is so disheartening.Initial Complaint

I ordered food on the Wingstop website for delivery on November 21 of 2023. Order number is: *****************. The location of the store is: **************************************. They got my order wrong and also delivered just half of the food. I contacted the store immediately and explained the situation to a lady named ****. **** insisted that she gave 2 bags with my complete order to the delivery driver. I reached out to the driver (conversation with driver attached) and relayed what Asia told me. The driver denied this and said only 1 bag was given to him. The driver drove back to the store to solve this. The store including Asia told them that the mistake was on their end. When I also called back Asia admitted it was their error and apologized. I told them all I want is my refund as I was disappointed and exhausted with the back and forth. I just needed my money back. Even half of the items received was the wrong flavor. **** said she put the refund request through and the manager will process it. It would take 1-2 business days. When I didnt receive it, I called again on the 6th day and spoke to the manager. She said she processed it and it would come in 5-10 business days. Still nothing. I called again for the 3rd time and again nothing. I then called Wingstops ***** number and was told the problem will be resolved and theyve put in the complaint to get my refund. I would go on to call that number more than 5 times and to this day never received my money back. The last agent I spoke to on wingstops ***** number said theyve seen all the complaints Ive submitted and it looks like my reports are being blocked by the wingstop store location when sent over there. This is totally wrong. They messed up my order, lied about it and are refusing to give me my money back. Its not even about the money but the principle of it. Its very wrong hence why Im not letting it go. Im angry and very upset over this situation. No one deserves to be treated like that.Initial Complaint

I have absolutely not heard back from this business since. They refuse to assist. They are definitely going by the modern way of doing business, which is to not care. I certainly will not be back, but Im sure they have plenty of customers they can get through influencers.Customer Answer

On 3/22/24 I order from your W ******** location and my food was terrible. The wings were not cooked correctly and there was no sauce. So, I tried to re order the same thing from a different location. 3/23/24, I ordered Wingstop for delivery from the ********** location in *********, **. My order was delivered to a business and not the apartment. When I called the door dasher, they ignored my call. I even texted them the correct door to leave it at. When I finally did talk to the person, they were rude and told me that they dropped my food off at a cafe. By the time I got to the cafe, someone else took my food. I have done a complaint online with Wingstop and nothing. A week later, I called a customer service number and they put in a claim. Nothing. I did another complaint online and still nothing. I even tried to contact door dash that led me back to Wingstop. I at the very least at this point, want the money back from the order that was not received. This is crazy!Initial Complaint

On 4/19/24. I placed an online order for the 10 wing combo with add 5 wings on the side. My husband picked up the food and brought it home. When I opened the food I noticed I only received 8 wings from the 10 wing combo. I quickly called the restaurant on ************************************ to advise the staff. I spoke with the manager on duty her name is ******* ( I believe thats how its spelled). The manger advised me that she will issue me refund for the 10 wing combo ($22.59). On April 27th, 2024 I purchased an order from Wing Stop located at ****************************************************************************************************. While on their website I placed my delivery address information in and proceeded with placing my order. Upon entering my payment information in I found the order had somehow changed to carry out rather delivery. Given I do not have a vehicle, I called the business, of note the order is time stamped 3:43pm and my call was placed at 3:44pm. I spoke with a female employee, advised her of my issue and requested they cancel the order so I can change it to delivery. She spoke to her rude male manager who clearly did not wan to assist. I was able to hear him state there was nothing they could do for me and to call Doordash. I again advised the order was placed directly on Wing Stop website, he again stated there was nothing they could do on the store level and I would have to pickup the order. I advised him of the issue and yet again clearly did not care and advised they could not cancel the order I placed online. I requested the managers name in which I could hear him advise not to give it out to me, the female then advised it is Wingstop policy not to provide the names of its employees. I advised her he is a manager and I want his first name only to report him to Wingstop Corporate. Once I advised her I was going to report him, I was provided the first name ******. I am seeking assistance in collecting my refund. I know the food was not prepared by the time I called, and the female employee even confirmed they had not started it because the manager pulled the ticket from the line. I still do not know if I will get a refund and the manager refused to provide me a number to contact Wingstop Corporate or his direct supervisor stating I do not have a right to request this information. I am seeking a refund and contact by the direct supervisor or owner of this location as this is not a fare work practice and clear training issue given refunds are common.
