      Wingstop at this address is a rip off. ************************************************************************* Ordered a 20 piece which cost $26 alone minus the fries and drink. **** wings were the littlest I had ever seen from them because usually theyd put 10 in two separate boxes because their a nice size. Not the case here. 20 premature scared wings for almost $30 is absurd.

      When i ordered my food everything was good . Once i entered the store to check on food I seen my order sitting out in the open . I told the first cashier the name it was under and I told the second the couldnt find the ticket nd still had my food sitting after awhile they finally get it together and figure out the food tht was sitting was mine and they had to reprint the receipt. Food was cold by that point so I told the cashier will they at least remake my fries because they was sitting for so long and cold . From there on I was very rudely told no and she wont remake anything. I spent 60$ just to be treated rude and not to mention the food was terrible no flavor on chicken or fries. This location needs to close because for years theyve been having problems and been messing up horribly. Ill never go back here again and I hope the workers learn to respect the ppl paying them . If customer being nice no worker should be rude after giving out cold food .

      I PLACED AN ONLINE ***** ON FEB, 2 2024. I THEN RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DRIVER ASKING HAVE MY ***** BEEN DELIVERED I TOLS THEM NO IT SAID THAT THE DRIVER WAS WAITING ON THE ****** ACCORDING TONTHE DRIVER THE ***** WAS PICKED UP ALREADY SO THE ***** WAS CANCELED AND RECREATED AGAIN.       I placed my order for delivery on 02/21/24 at 3:45 PM PST on the Wing stop website. Order #: ***************** Subtotal $58.45 Delivery Fee $0.00 ********** $6.90 Tip $8.77 TOTAL $74.12. The wing stop located at Wing stop ***************-Lake **** Dr. stated they cant contact door dash even though I placed my order on the wing stop website I can't contact door dash because the order was placed on the Official Wing Stop website. I have attached screenshots of the confirmation of my order stating it was delivered. I also have been told a refund was issued but no way to confirm that a refund was issued or processing ever. I have been on the phone for over 40 minutes trying to get a refund for food that was never delivered

      Hello, so about a month ago I had placed an order then about 5mins later i had placed another order. After another 5 mins, i called wingstop on O st. and told them to cancel the second order, they said okay and they havent even started it yet . 10 mins later i called again to make sure it was cancelled, also I called the uber east to cancel it also. 25 mins go by and I get a ca from the uber driver asking where I want the food and i told him that i canceled it and he hung up. Since then ive called uber eats abd they told me i had to call wingstop and wingstop told me i had to call uber eats . Each time wingstop said they would push the refund through tabs wait about a week (its been a month ) After a while they said they never seen a order under my name (i also have the email confirmations ) Ive called each corporation about 10 times each and ive checked my bank statement and still havent got the refund. I called the manager location in fremont (i believe) and he said they only refunded 7.29 (the total was about $40) . What should I do /can you help me? thank you

      I placed an online order Jan 8, 2024 through Wingstops website. They used Doordash to deliver. I was delivered food from ************** I tried to call the driver, the restaurant, and Doordash. Nobody would answer at the restaurant. At first ******** promised a refund. I waited and eventually had to call back to be told that Wingstop would have to refund it. I have been promised over and over to get a refund from Wingstop customer service and I still havent received it. Im really frustrated and dont know where else to turn. It is February 18, 2024 today and still no refund. It was $44.73.

      The food was very cold and hard. It tasted like it was reheated. I called and complained and only credit me $5.00 when I paid $40.64

      I placed an order at 7:10pm was told over would be ready in ***** min got there in 28 min just to be told the order is not ready due to system error and was told to wait an extra ***** min as I arrive within those couple of minutes the order walked in grabbed my order drove home (2 min down the road) the entire order was cold and disgusting this is not the first time.

      I went to Wing Stop to pick up my daughters ******** order. Granted it was Valentines Day so I expected it to be busy. As it was after 10pm as well. I entered the establishment at around 10:15. There were two ppl ahead of me checking in and about 3 workers making orders behind the glass. After about 10min I approached the window to check in and was completely ignored. No one acknowledged the wait or any person in the establishment for that matter. I patiently waited for about another 5 minutes before I interrupted a worker to check on the status of my order. By this time another worker had come from the back and by passed everyone at the window checking in and started addressing ppl at the front. I was told it would be a few minutes for my order to be done. That was 10:25. At 10:45 when I still had not gotten my order after I checked in again twice and was told my order was being bagged 15 min ago. I was then told at this time they need to make my fries. At this point Im upset because I just watched one of the crew members make three batches of fries already and give them to ppl who had came behind me. Not to mention she nor any of the crew had gloves on when preparing the food and the girl with braids in her hair touched her head and sneezed on her hand then touched the seasoning salt to sprinkle in the fries with her bare hands. Which is a health hazard. Then proceeded to argue with me about it not being serious that I was waiting for my food after waiting 45min and the app said the food was ready for pick up at 10:25. Public health and safety are very serious as well as my hard earned money and when the manager came from the back to address me, I mentioned it to her as to why none of the crew had on gloves and the person seasoning fries is doing so with bare hands. at that point she made the crew put on gloves. Its now 10:45 pm at night. I am requesting a full refund of my order and also gloves to be worn when preparing public food.

      I purchased a 20 piece chicken wing order. I only got 10 wings. I called the restaurant and the manager ******** refused to let me pick the other wings another day. I live 25 min away from the restaurant. That would almost be an hour drive. I get wings that I should have gotten in the first place. The manager said the only way to get my wings was to return that night. I was not able to do return that same night. Therefore , I could not get my wings or a refund for the rings I didnt get.
