      I ordered from ****************************************. I ordered a 10pc combo with veggie sticks and *********. I was charged ***** for two items. The veggie sticks never arrived. When I called the store a girl answers the phone. I explain to her the issue with my order. She then yells to the back in Spanish my concern. I then begin to speak to her in Spanish and she put me on hold. She then asks me my name and proceeds to act like she doesn't understand what I am saying. She gave me the run around and told me to contact Uber Eats even though they are the ones who packed my order incorrectly. When I asked for the manager's contact information they told me that they can't give me such information. I am disputing my charge with my CC. The resolution would have been simple cancel the original order and just bill be for a 10pc combo with ********* fries.

      Saturday, February 3, 2024th, myself and my two children were out of town for the night and staying in a hotel in *********, **. I ordered food for my 2 kids from Wingstop.com. About an hour after my food was ordered I got a text from ******** saying ****** was on her way with my Wingstop order. Long story short, my food was never delivered and my $40.18 for my kids' meals was STOLEN from me and I called the manager at the Wingstop I ordered from in *********, ** and he refuses to give me a refund or help me! He just steals my money! I complained to Wingstop also, and they had the ***** to send me a $5 gift card. Like I would ever step foot in that STEALING BUSINESS EVER AGAIN! Included are images of the charge and the text that my Wingstop was "on the way", but NEVER CAME! REAL PROFESSIONAL!!!

      I came into wingstop in ******** on ************* Monday February 5,2024 @ 3:53 pm they messed up my order and I called in to the store about it they said they would give me a refund. I explained I just left the food place by bus in the cold and rain with child and I would return to the businsness the next day Tuesday February 6 2024 and they now are refusing to ***** my refund with my receipt ?? in my hand

      On January 2, 2024 we placed an order at the Wingstop located on *****************************************************************. The order # is ***************** and amounted to $24.23. When I arrived at the store, there were over 10 customers waiting near the register, all of them were visibly upset and were waiting for well over an hour for their orders. Each time a customer would ask about the status of their order, the employee repeatedly insulted the customer and said that their manager left them and they arent going to make any food or provide any refunds. The employees themselves were considering amongst themselves whether they should all just walk out of the store. After waiting well over an hour, I did not receive my order and was told to contact Wingstop customer service to get a refund. Each time that I call customer service, I get the same spiel from the representative. Provide them with the order information and contact information and they will send it to their team to request a refund. Theyve sent this request three times and still no resolution. Today, I called them and they still have not provided a refund or a timeline for processing a refund. I was even asked while on the phone to check my bank account for a refund. What kind of customer service is this? Taking money from customers, not making the order, and then not refunding is a disgusting business practice from Wingstop.

      Order wingstop 45 mins in advance for pickup. Had to wait an additional hour in store and they still had not picked up my ticket. I had prepaid and money was taken off my card. Ask for a refund and to cancel order because it was an additional hour wait. Was told to call back next week and would get refund. I did so and was told I couldnt get a refund. I came back to have them make my order again and was told they would not do that either. I have been lied to and stolen from as I have not recieved my money from my order. This is going on 3 weeks and still nothing has been done. General manager as well showed me the email back and forth from the District Manager knowing this is going on and they still have done nothing.

      I placed an order with one of their restaurants in ****** **********, and upon receiving the order, it was completely unsatisfactory, and I asked for a refund where they told me to take it up with corporate so I called the corporate line and I filed a complaint and a request for a refund on January 11 and they said somebody from that department will be reaching back to me but they cannot provide a timeframe and I said OK. It is now February 2 and I have still yet to hear back from them and every time I call the corporate line and check, on the status of it they just keep telling me that theres no update on it. Theres no notes on it and theyll put an alert on it thats supposed to get it seen quicker. But there has been multiple of those put on and I have still yet to hear back from the department that is supposed to be able to give me a refund the supervisor I just spoke with said that they dont have any direct communication method Between the customer service center and the department only there system of putting in an application to put a rush on the complaint. I think not only is that bad business, but that is not right for customers because Ive been waiting almost a month to hear back from somebody about a refund from a corporation that size that seems like it is either a lie or just carelessness. Im a single father and this economy. Every dollar is important and I really need that refund and dont have the time to continue to check up on a business to be doing their job. I would sincerely appreciate any help you can provide me With getting this refund handled. Thank you.

      On New Years Day January 1, I had ordered wingstop from this restaurant with the food delivery service Postmates and paid $12.17 for my order. Upon it arriving I opened the container and noticed the fries I received werent even equivalent to the fries portion and some of there were uncooked. Then I proceeded to bit into the chicken and noticed the bone of the chicken still had blood and there were some uncooked parts. I was disgusted by the food that I threw away the rest of the food and even started feeling sick in the stomach making me upset that I wasted my money. I will like my money back directly from wingstop because I tried contacting postmates and was denied and then I contacted wingstop service directly and never received a response back.

      On 12-28-23 I placed an online order (*****************) to be picked up at the ******** location (2140) the next day (12-29-23) at 6:30 PM. On the 29th, a family emergency came up and the event that wings were for was canceled. Per the email, I called the store around 5:00 pm to ask if I could cancel. I was put on hold and then an associate came back and said her manager cancelled the order and we'd receive a refund in 7-10 business days. After waiting the 10 days, and not getting a refund, I went online and submitted a customer service request. I never heard anything from it, not even a verification email that my request had been received. I then called the store back and the assistant manager said the manager would call me back. When she did, she could not find the order. Her district manager would be reaching out, but he or she never did. I called the corporate customer service number, which I had to find looking up the address and trying to figure out the building the offices were located in, and ******* said he said my request had been put in a while ago online, but it was pending. He was going to "fast track it" but I have yet to hear anything nor receive my refund. I would have just had someone pick up the wings if the original store associate had not said we could cancel and that her manager had taken care of it.

      On Tuesday, January 23rd,2024 I placed an online order for pickup at around 6:00 P.M. at the Wingstop in ******************** on *************** located at ****************************************************************************. The order was a 20 Pc Boneless with fries and 2 ranches. The 4 flavors were Mango Habanero, ********* Rub, Lemon Pepper, and Hickory Smoked BBQ. I picked up the order and after going home I realized they had placed the wrong order in my bag. ( 10 Mild,5 Lemon Pepper,5 ********* Rub, and 5 Hickory Smoked BBQ, I had wanted to go back immediately but due to some circumstances, I could not. Today on Wednesday, January 24th,2024 I called at around 12P.M and somebody picked up saying they could give me a refund or my actual order just for this one time but in the future it would have to be the same day, I said thanks and asked for his name, he said it was *****. At around 3:45 I arrived and I said I had spoken with somebody on the phone earlier and he told me to wait while " he called her" About 20 minutes went by before I saw a lady come out but she didn't approach me or attempt to communicate with me,I then made my way up to the cashier where I waited about 5 minutes before the same cashier who said he would call her reminded her I was here, I explained what had happened she said I had to bring the food back or else she could not help me. I told her what "*****" had told me and she said she didn't know who that was. I started explaining to her how this was the first time I had a bad experience and how she even made me wait along time to speak to her, she started talking over me and when I said "Excuse me I started speaking first" she gave me her back and while walking away she said "if you really wanna complain, you can call corporate:"
