      I ordered from wing stop and I can't get a refund I don't know why but the chicken gave my family a allergic reaction it was bad I want my money back

      Due to an unfortunate personal event that took place the night of 08/05/22 I was unable to pick up my already paid for order (25.31) from this location. I called back the next day to speak with an employee at the location for assistance with my order that was not picked up. Young woman explained to me that she would have to speak with her manager in order to process a refund or a redo of my order. After 5 minutes of being on hold. She then explains that after speaking with her manager and assistant manager that they could not refund me for my order or remake the order. The reason for this is because of "I didn't call to say I wasn't coming". This highly upsetting. If would've been able to contact the restaurant I surely would have.... I am truly disappointed in wingstops management personnel. I can certainly understand if the location is unable to remake my order. However, my refund was not permissible. I am simply requesting proper resolution to may issue.

      I placed a delivery order and paid for all flats, wanted my wings well done and got my order and they weren't all flats, my chicken was soggy. I called and attempted to get a resolution and told them I wasn't able to come back tonight as this was a delivery order, she told me they will need the chicken back to replace my order.

      I worked for them they owed me a last check entered wrong address in system it was mailed somewhere else and have been getting no response on what they are gonna do. they clearly see the address is wrong and that the last check has not been cashed. I have been constantly reaching out and they have not replied it has been since the end of June when I was suppose to receive my check and have not
