On September 1st my partner and I stopped at WingStop on Standiford Ave Modesto Ca and ordered wings and two chicken sandwhiches. Once we got home, my partner took a bite of his ssandwhich to find out it was RAW! I didnt want to bite mine so i cut it in half and it was also raw! We immediatly went back, showed them the food and returned it and requested a refund. It has now been almost two weeks and all we get is the run around. I made a claim and all they wantedto give me was $10 gift card for my experiance! I paid $30.17 ! And do not wish to return back and eat their disgusting food!!! My child, Antwan T*******, placed an online order at Wingstop on 09/02/2022. My son is only 15yrs old so he does not have much experience and is trying to learn how to place an on line order by himself. Unfortunately he made a mistake a scheduled the pick up time incorrectly. So I called the store immediately ********************************************* to cancel the order and receive an refund. I was told by two employees that the order will be cancelled but I would not receive a refund. I was told the manager was not in and they both had no idea when. Even when I stated , I no longer what the order. I was told well You still receive no refund. How is this legal? Should be no stars !!!!! Thomas C***** the general manager should be fired along with everyone else behind that register. It disgusts me how I was treated as a frequent customer. I know this one bad experience shouldn't ruin my overall overview of the company , but it has ! Earlier today I order my food through the WingStop app for delivery it took over an hour to find out what was going on with my food. I ended up getting a text message about my order being canceled and I had to contact the store to find out why. So, I called the store, got hung up on the first time around but finally spoke with one of the female employees . I explained the entire situation to her and she put me on hold to speak with a manager. Thomas C***** got on the phone with me and ofcourse I immediately explained my situation. He proceeded to tell me in his exact words "******** is a ****** company that we use to deliver our food" . So I asked what does that mean to me? Am I getting my food still? He stated you'll get a refund. I told him that I felt he was handling the situation wrong because I still wanted my food and I've been waiting at this point for over an hour. He stated what did I want him to do if door dash came and stole the food . I asked if there was someone above him I can speak to and he hung up. So I at this point got into my car and drove to the store , I was treated as though I was automatically being hostile and disruptive . I continue to ask about someone on corporate or over Thomas and both Thomas and the employee refused to give me any information and even threw the business card i grab to write down the corporate number down away. I will never spend another dollar at wingstop and maybe my little money here and there don't mean anything to then but word of mouth is all the karma this particular location needs.Initial Complaint

Wingstop has gotten worse with resolving customer issues when pertaining to refunds, service received, etc. I have been trying to get my refund of $60.36 back since 7/23. I have spoken to customer service 4 times and submitted 2/3 inquiries regarding this matter and still no response from corporate. They assured me on 7/23/22 that my card would not be charged since the order didn't go through but on 7/24/22 the order did go through You end up having to go through your bank to help you. Some of the restaurants when placing an online order require you to pay in advance but when their website have an issue with charging you twice or charging you and claiming the order never went through because you didn't receive an order number they refuse to refund you your money back. Wingstop restaurant won't even refund me either because it's an online order. The customer service number I called can't see your transactions and claim they can't call the store to resolve the issue so why even have customer service if they can't help their customers?? They escalate issues to corporate and corporate doesn't even bother to reach out to the customers. Wingstop needs to do better with their customer service and online orders. On top of that when calling the wingstop in my area their phone goes straight to voicemail pretty much the whole day. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional because what they are showing their customers is that if we place an order and for some reason it does not go through their system but charge us anyway we can't get our money back. They won't call or email to resolve the issue instead they ignore you and steal your money.Initial Complaint

Both me and my husband worked 12 hours today and didn't have energy to cook. I placed my order online, and he picked it up on his way home. The bag was sealed shut with the wingstop sticker and ready to go after payment. He got home and I noticed that the 10 piece wing I ordered was missing in the bag. I promptly called Wingstop and talked to Jade who informed me she just came on shift but was very apologetic and understanding. She told me she would inform the manager, and that I could call to follow up in an hour. I called back an hour later and talked to Mathias who said he was the manager. He said "I am the one who bagged your food and I know what I put in there, but it's okay we will refund." I was shocked, I couldn't believe his tone, attitude and the fact that he was blatantly calling me a liar. We seldom eat out, we prefer to cook our meals. This was one day where we wanted to make our life a little easier and to have him talk to me like this is not acceptable. I was a bartender for 15 years, I am very familiar with customer service and this man doesn't seem to know what that is. I treated him with respect and didn't get the same in return. Later I got an email that I received a partial refund of $10.99, I paid $13.99 for something I didn't even get. The reason on the refund was "customer no longer wants order." So not only are you not giving me back what I paid, now you are lying. This is horrible business etiquette and I hope others done go through the same experience.Initial Complaint

There was terrible communication over an undelivered order from ********* and ********. WingStop said that they cannot give me a refund even though I placed the order online on the Wingstop website. Doordash said they have refunded Wingstop twice for the ordering mistake 1) refund to the location for their delivery driver's mistake and 2) the second refund to be issued to the customer for not receiving the order. Upon calling the restaurant to confirm they said they would not give me a refund despite what ******** said.

8/22/22 my employer placed an online order for delivery and it included 10 orders. We did not receive all 10 orders. When we called to speak with someone the **************** gentleman stated the order was packed "correctly" and that all orders were in 6 bags. We did not receive 6 bags, we only received 4. The **************** stated he would redo the wings, but he did not provide us the sides for the orders, there for charging us for more than what was received. The total for the order at $135.84. On June 4th 2022 I placed an order thru WingStop website for delivery of my wings. They used********* as the deliverer of my wings. The courier NEVER brought my order to my job. Basically stole the food that I paid for. I contact ******** to complain and receive my money back, they instructed me to contact the store for a refund because I placed the order with Wingstop not ********. I spoke to numerous employees even gave my order number multiple times to the shift manager Joshua, and still to this day- 2 mths later. have not received a refund back to my Navy Federal Account!! He even called me from his personal phone and ensured me he would handle the situation but didn't. My order number is 10311859667320833. The order is under my maiden name Tasha C******. It's a shame that I have to go this far for a $20 meal, but I work hard saving lives as a nurse and earn each penny I make! The debit card I used ends in *******Initial Complaint

On Sunday August 14,2022. I made a online order. When i arrived the lady behind the counter asked if I was picking up a order. I said yes and gave her name and showed my order information from my phone. The lady said its coming up. After waiting 15 minutes and watching 4 customers get their orders. She asked me what my name is. Then told me she didn't have anything for me and would have to re-order..I said but you can tell i already ordered and had been charged. Couldn't you just fill my order. She said no and either i re order, cancel it from my phone and call corporate for a refund . I asked for a manager ..she told she didn't have one and again told me to call corporate and pointed to the telephone number. I went to my car to cancel the order the website said to see the store..when i came back to tell them in the store it said to contact them..The ladies behind the counter started shouting at me to call corporate. I sat down at a table to call corporate while i was waiting a police officer was called and was told to leave. I never yelled, used any type of foul language or threatened them. I called corporate again and found out its customer care and was told she doesn't know when i would be contacted or if i would be refunded. All i want is my money back.
