      On 1/8/2023, I came into WingStop, store number ****, located at ************************************ in ***** ** *****. When I entered the restaurant, ****** was at the register. I placed my order with ****** in Spanish (I still have my receipt as proof of my purchase). As I waited for my meal, ****** and the only other female cashier bad-mouthed previous customers in Spanish. After 15 minutes, I got up and walked to ***** next door for more food. After 30 minutes, my wings were still not done. Keep in mind that at this point, WingStop is practically empty, only a male customer with his two kids who had been waiting longer than I, were still inside the store. Hence, there is no reason why I have to wait this long. I asked ****** who the store manager was, and he told me that "HE" was the chief cook. I told ****** that his restaurant was practically empty with FOUR cooks ******** and a female cashier who keeps taking back-to-back breaks. I told ****** that instead of playing on his phone he should be managing his restaurant so that food can be processed in a timely manner. I can see why this restaurant while newly inaugurated has no customers on a Sunday afternoon! The owner of this location needs to be more cognitive of what is happening inside their restaurant, and watch their cameras. Customers should not be subjected to hearing discriminatory comments about previous customers, especially when the employees know that I can speak and understand what they are saying in Spanish. I can only imagine what these employees say in front of non-Spanish Speakers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

      The employee realize that something is wrong because I am the lone person in the store without food and I've been there a LONG time. I watch an employee go back and search through the completed tickets, search through the new tickets, search the floor. By this point, I've walked to the counter and say, "Do you need to see my receipt," thinking it will help them. When I pull out my receipt, I see the time stamp. I've been in the store over 50 minutes now. They say, "no," and pull it up on the computer. No one says anything to me. I'm waiting again. No one has apologized or even acted like they care or said we'll have your order as soon as possible. I'm left wondering what is going on. I still haven't complained yet. Finally a worker comes back with someone else's order. I ask, "Did you lose my order because I've been waiting over 50 minutes for my food?" This is the first "complaint" I've said. She says, "no," and grabs a receipt to show me a time stamp to argue the time I've been waiting. I have to tell her that is not my order and show her my receipt which is a thirty minute difference. Again no apology, she just walks off. I walk to the pickup window and ask that worker if my order was lost and if I am the next order. She lies about losing the order as well. She informs me that I was told there would be a wait. I tell her, "No ma'am, I was not. It is obvious that my order was lost and that's why I still don't have my food." She then precedes to say that if I want my food faster that I can come in the back and help her work. I have never been treated so poorly when it is obviously a mistake on the restaurant's part. I didn't go make a stink at the counter. I literally asked about my order being lost and told them my wait time AFTER they realized their mistake. I grew up in restaurants and worked retail. I think of myself as more patient than your typical customer. However, this customer service was beyond disrespectful.

      This location has incredibly horrible service from the managers to security gaurds to the owner of this store! I order 100$ of food at this location and they forgot part of my order and made me drive 20 minutes back after bringing my family the food already, super inconvenient to my hungry family and i. The manager Alex who i spoke with agreed to refund the missing items and also throw in the drinks for free for the mistake and inconvenience however, Once i arrived we got our order and i asked how were we going to be refunded or by when to expect it he denied ever agreeing to that verbally and refused to give us the refund. I then made it clear that i wanted a higher authority i was approached by a gentleman wearing a security shirt claming he was the Owner and began to question my concerns once i made it clear of what the manager agreed to and now is refusing to do so the so called Owner told me its against company policy to give free food which is not what i wanted i just wanted the drinks and ranch that i was told would be refunded cause of the mistake. He got agitated and asked us to take it or leave it for other words and i refused and he threatened my wife and i and started to curse and say "i dont play that ***** (IF YOU ASK ME THAT IS DEFINETLY A THREAT) He said call the cops so i did and once he saw i was not joking he comes back in and has the ACTUAL OWNER on the phone stating fine give them the refund so not only did he lie about being the owner but also threaten us and still said "give them the refund so i CAN PUT THEM OUT" as if my wife and i were dogs. So after that the cops finally arrived and began to talk and he was all quit and whispers talking to the police. How the situation ended in the cops not being able to place and charges or take any police report since it was not a LIABLE THREAT, what ever that means and no i never got my refund as a matter in fact they actually demanded we never return as if we would this place needs a major audit. Awful

      I ordered from wingstop for $44.54 which was to be delivered by doordash my order never came I contacted doordash i was giving a confirmation number and was told that they would send wingstop a fromal request for my refund via email and that in 24 hours wingstop would contact me to process my refund I waited patiently but never received a call or refund I called wingstop myself several times but could not get a hold of anyone I called doordash telling them that I could not contact wingstop they put me on hold to contact wingstop but could not contact them either we have been trying to contact them its been over week a and half since then I still have yet to receive a response from them

      This complaint was not solely towards wing stop at first but the way it is being handled now is the fault of wing stop. I ordered online and placed for delivery. They delivered through Door Dash and I never received my order. I went through door dash to report this and they reached out to wing stop customer service to process my refund through the actual store. The person advised me that the refund would be processed. That was on July 21, 2022. I still have not received the refund to this day and when I call customer service they tell me they cannot tell me anything outside of the request being made. How do you not know if a refund was processed or not and what is taking so long for a refund to be processed when I was advised it would be. They are saying it is the responsibility of the manager at the actual store but I'm not seeing how they are not following up on their duty and it's ok with the franchise.

      Wrong order was delivered to me and they would not send another delivery with the correct order after I informed them of their mistake. Had to text the manager a photo of the incorrect order to prove I wasn't lying. Still awaiting my full refund.

      Place an order online. Went to the store to pick up my order and was advised they didn't have my order. I provided the order number and was advised by the store manager Kayla that the online system was down. This was an issue that has been happening to 17 stores and I wouldn't receive a refund on my food unless I contact the cooperate office. She provided me with the phone number . I attempted to contact the number but never got a rep. I then contacted the store and spoke with the store manager and she then informed me that there was nothing she could do I asked for the store number to fill out the form online and her name or employee number she told me she wasn't giving me anything else and hung up the phone I called back several times to which the manager repeatly picked up the phone and hung up in my face. At this point I am no longer interested in the product nor will I participate in large orders that I alway purchase for team outings with my company.

      The Cedar Hill store fail to give me a refund or my food! I can never touch bases with management at this location. The lobby is always nasty and the crew members are always playing in the back. I filed a complaints on their website and I still ain't heard nothing back. Just give me my money back.
