      This review is relating the wing stop store in ************* ********** in limonite street, on 9/9/23 I submitted a online purchase of over $100 and was sent a confirmation email stating it would be ready in 33min so upon arrival and requesting my order I was told that someone had picked it up already so I asked do you not ask for proof of purchase! Everywhere were i go happens to ask for proof but WING STOP by the looks of it they have employees the only people that have access to the information stealing from hard working citizens and this is not the first time its happen. This is so upsetting i wake up everyday to make my money so I can go purchase from such establishments and they ROB me without a care in the world there general manager assumed that I was at fault very unprofessional. This location has had bad ratings and reviews so from now on I NEVER will be investing a dime to your establishment and will be let the word spread .. nothing is being done. I lost my money and I didnt get my food either I left empty handed but I was accused of being at fault . I just hope you change this and require a online receipt because this isnt right at all.

      This review is related to the Wing Stop store #***.There were numerous things wrong with my experience on 8/26 :1. I was placed on hold for 18mins on the phone lines and no one ever answered the phone. I had to hang up due to the excessive wait time. No one ever answers the phone here 2. Due to not being able to order through the phone, I placed my order in person at the restaurant. I placed 3 separate orders of traditional wings and one order of boneless wings (all requested to be prepared extra crispy). When I received the completed order none of the wings were fried extra crispy (well done) and I was missing my entire 10 wing boneless order.3. The wings had to be refried. I received those but still did not receive my boneless wings order. They failed to give me my order twice - I ended up paying for wings that I never received.

      *************************************************************************************************************** This location called me to tell me if I didnt have my physical debit card my online order would be cancelled, I didnt have it so I told them to cancel my order they went ahead and charged me for the order I went to the store to get a refund they said they forgot to process so I have yet to receive my refund, if youve visited this location and have gotten your cancelled your order I would advise you to check to see if they still charged you!

      I've been trying to get a copy of a receipt for over two weeks. Repeated phone calls and it keeps getting "escalated" but I hear nothing back. The only thing I'm asking for a copy of the receipt since the store couldn't provide one, but I keep getting the run around. When I informed ******* that this was important to my job, she nonchalantly said that there's nothing she could do.I'm just asking for a receipt so I won't lose my job

      Harassing Me While I'm Trying To Do My Job I'm a Delivery Driver,Their Rude,I Tried To Speak to Management That Was a Sore Thumb He Wasn't Any Help at all the Employees Are Very Rude When I talked ************* He Didn't ************ My Concern he Told Me That I Couldn't Come Back To His Store I Ended up Having Another Pickup From There and Their was Another Guy there when I walked in the door telling me I wasn't allowed back at Wing stop I then told him had I known that the pick up order was at Wing stop I wouldn't have came back here I tried to explain to him How Our Job Confirmed the pickup no one listened I then asked him to show me in his policy hand book, Where it is policy for me To Hit My Start Delivery in side his store when I'm not in my vehicle he then told me he couldn't show me that and I told him you can't show me that because it's not a policy that that was something the Store made up something really needs to be done about what their doing at Wing stop it's to many complaints for what's going on Not to be Correct I Had this problem on 7/22/2023 I'm Tired of the ************************* OF WING STOP INTERFERING With my job I work For UberEATS Not Wing stop and they make us make drinks for our customers that's not right either our job is to pick up and deliver the location is **********************************************************

      Good afternoon my name is ********************* and I drive for a few companies like DoorDash and Uber eats , the reason of this email is to inform you that the location in ***** on ******************************* is treating us driver with such of disrespect, especially male workers a few Hispanics young men . The reason that they do this its because of not wanting to prepare our drinks everything we have to pick up an order from that location , I called DoorDash to see if it was our responsibility to do drinks and by contract they said we cant make drinks or prep or bag any orders , orders should be ready for when the driver arrives due to health issues we cant come from the outside to do so . Wingstop employees not only dont want to do their jobs but they curse and yell in Spanish bad words , for example ( chupa mi verga) which is ( **** my d) its very frustrating for an older woman my self to deal with this . I really hope that this letter gets to someone who cares and acts on it by firing this bad human persons , Im going to keep a copy of this letters for social media if you people dont act right on it .Thank you and have a beautiful day

      Terrible food, charged for items not received, would not reimburse charges for bad food. Management over stores in ******** said would reimburse charges. Did not follow thru. Quit responding to my emails.Refused to tell me his name.Store where placed order would not reveal his name either. So disappointed in this company's management & making things right withe the customer & following thru with a promise!

      The Brookhaven location closes at ********** arrived at 10p. The man that helped me was short & had a horrible demeanor. I ignored it bc I wanted the corn and fries. my usual store was so busy that they had to stop orders for a while. I placed the order then my 13 year old told me she had to use the rr. She came in to use the ******* told her it was closed. she turned around, told me & went back to the car. I asked if the rr was closed or out of order (no signs posted). He immediately jumped to the offensive & in a raised tone said "IT'S CLOSED". I asked what time it closes & again in the same tone he stated " WHEN I SAY IT'S CLOSED, IM THE ******* I told him my daughter had an emergency. His response in the exact same tone "WELL IF YOUR DAUGHTER DIDN'T COME IN HERE WITH AN ATTITUDE & TRY TO WALK AROUND ME LIKE I'M JUST A WORKER I WOULD HAVE LET HER USE IT". I gave him a side ******* sat back down & waited for my order for another 5 minutes before my order was ready. I went back in & was greeted by him again (same irritated demeanor he previously had). I told him that I would like a refund. He began processing the my refund & snatched the bag from the *************** it behind him into the trash. The only next thing he said was tap your card without asking for my receipt or telling me the amount that was being returned to my account. I asked how much I would be getting refunded to verify that it was the same amount. He verified the ********** tapped the card. Then he kept working on the register & told me to tap the card again with 0 explanation. I asked why am I tapping it again & with the same attitude he said "because it didn't go through the first time". I let him know that he had a horrible ************** response with his neck rolling was "You're just mad that your daughter came in here with an ************ wouldn't let her use the restroom". I let him know that was not the only reason that I felt that way. I left there feeling deflated and will not return

      If I could give this place one star I would all you see is staff playing and laughing like this is a playground. PLEASE GROW UP!!!! I ordered my food online & have been waiting over an hour ! Shut the whole building down

      On 1/14/23, I placed a $17.29 wing order for pickup at the Wingstop at 14873 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood Ohio 44107. I did not receive the order. I have asked for a refund multiple times (4 times from the store and 1 time from customer service) and I still haven’t received one. They keep saying a manager is going to take care of it. It’s been almost 3 months!
