      On the 27th of August, I ordered online a EG4 ***** btu hybrid mini split, four 410 watt, bifacial solar panels, 25 ft. 10 AWG black and red PV wire, and an ecoflow ev adapter. I have since then was emailed my order was ready and they were waiting on the freight company. Then I was emailed that they had everything except the solar panels and they were waiting for a shippment. Then that they had everything except the ** adapter and they were waiting for that. I was emailed they could possibly split ship my order. But now I have not heard anything from them. And they will not answer the phone calls nor call me back.

      I placed an order for an EG4 PowerPro battery for $4K on 8/31/24 for items that were in stock. Had no problem entering the order on the web site and getting confirmation email back on the order. After that I waited about 1 1/2 weeks and heard nothing from them. Started calling to inquire as to where my order was and had problems even getting anyone on the phone. Long wait times, no call backs, goes to automated messages about holding your place in line and calling you back. Never did. If you catch them on the right day or just constantly call back after the line drops you, you eventually get thru. I've probably talked to them six times about my order and each time it was a different excuse. Hurricane damage to their warehouse, insurance claim for the loss, backed up at their warehouse, needing to change shippers due to issues with them. Final one was moving me up on the priority list for shipment. I offered to come pick my order up in ******. Their response was that they couldn't do it because of insurance reasons. Ask for a person to contact at the warehouse so I could get a status on my order and an expected time to ship. That's the point you realize it's not their warehouse it's shipping from. I canceled my order on 9/27/29 by phone with a sales associate (**** *******) and followed up with an email the next day. I was told it was being sent thru for approval. Should have a refund within 14 days. I have never received a confirmation on the refund and sent four certified letters to the four different addresses the business is using with two being returned due to being vacant and one being refused at the address sent (**********************************************). This was a credit card purchase and I have all the correspondences for the transaction including the cancellation due to not delivering. I am seeking to get my refund of for the order

      Placed order on 08/23/24. Should have shipped it 7-14 days from order date. Called and emailed multiple times with no response.

      I placed an online order about 8 weeks. During that time I emailed them several times about the order status and just got one excuse after another about what was taking so long to ship. After about six weeks I decided to cancel the order. They said when the order was canceled I would receive an email. Haven't received the cancelation email, I email them several times about it and just more excuses and no cancelation of my order. I don't think they plan on returning my money

      On July 24, 2024 @ 11:26AM PST I placed online order #**** for $69.00. To date I have not received item and after multiple emails back and forth has still not received item and/or requested credit. Have tried multiple times to make contact via phone as well but will calls last 30 minutes +, have never gotten through to a person. Phone trail only. They have put me in status to return call but never have returned a call. Have use Online Chat System but still no resolve

      On 08-21-24, I ordered parts from Solar Sovereign on behalf of the *****************************************, a 501C3 non profit that maintains the **********************. The order total is $4695.00. I have not received any of the items ordered. They rarely respond to emails and are unreachable by phone. The few emails they responded to were just generic excuses. I asked for the money back multiple times with no responses. I am afraid this company is a straight up fraud. It shows they are listed as an "Accredited Business" by the Texas BBB on their website.

      On 9/1/24 I purchased 16 REC solar panels and a solar inverter from a company called Solar Sovereign the order looked normal my credit card was charged $3,163.00 on 9/1/24 and after a few days I sent a email asking for a *** ? The next day I got a response saying it could be a couple of weeks because something was on back order . A couple of weeks went by and over 6 emails and still havent received anything but they are still acting like this is a real business ..I finally asked for a full refund a day later got a email from a different name at the so called company saying my order was ready to be picked up and I should received tracking numbers ..I thought its about time so I waited one ,two weeks nothing and now Im ghosted from this company!! I feel this is a fake company and they have stolen my money at this point I have file a dispute with ********** and waiting for something to happen .

      I ordered a solar battery and it took so long to ship that I canceled the order.The company keeps delaying the refund.Ordered on Aug 23rd I have contacted them 8 times and they keep telling me that it will be canceled but to this date no cancelation.Please contact them and ask why the refund hasn't been issued.Thank You ******* *******

      I ordered and paid for a 32 panel, 2 inverters, 6 batteries with case, cables to hook components up to the batteries along with free shipping off grid solar. There website promises "fast shipping" ************************************************* and IO but I ordered the kit on August second and have not received. They are impossible to get a hold of them and when I did they came up with a different excuse each time.

      On 8/16/24 I ordered 21 Aptos 370 watt solar panels #DNA-120-MF26-370W. I followed up my order with a phone call and talked to **** there to confirm they were in stock and could ship. He assured me that they were being transferred from another warehouse to theirs and should arrive 8/19 or 8/20 and would then ship to me. I talked to a ***** there a couple of times and he sent me an email stating that they should ship 9/6/24. On 9/9/24 I talked to customer service and they stated that they should ship that week. On 9/13/24 I received a call back from customer service stating they were not shipping because the order is not complete. I asked why ***** would be lying to me that it was complete and that it would be shipping. On 9/17 when I called they told me their Aptos order was coming in that week. On 9/23 I called and was told all orders would be shipped that week. After calling again on 9/27, I received an email from **** stating that they did not ship. This company just keeps lying to me and stringing me along. Most of the time when I call it goes unanswered. Their phone system says someone will call you back when you hit *. That never happens so they should correct their message. I've left voicemails to customer service that go unanswered. I want to know why my order has not shipped when it was stated to me that it was all ready for shipping on 9/6/24?

      I have not received any communication from the company. They have not returned my money. My ********** is still trying to communicate with them with no success. I have also added a copy of my email to them officially canceling my order and asking for the refund of my money for the file.
