I placed an order on 8/23/2024 for one solar rack cabinet. Their website falsely claims that the shipping policy is to ship in 6-10 business days. However, once they have your money and that 10 days goes by they then tell you there is a backlog of products needing to be shipped. Bottom line is you never get your product and they never process any returns. These people commit fraud day in day out every day. There is a plethora of bad reviews about not getting any product. I have filed a claim with the *********** *** and have urged them to revoke their business license.Initial Complaint

We ***** ordered two 48V 100AH batteries from Solar Sovereign, which were in stock, according to their website. We placed the order on July29th 2024, but till this day we still do not have the batteries, nor the money. Solar Sovereign is now notoriously ignoring the phone calls. On two occasions in early September somebody answered the phone and informed us that the batteries were not delivered for an unknown reason and somebody will call us back next day with answers. We never heard back from them. Now they do not pick up the phones at all.We paid $2,998.67 for two batteries we have never received.Customer Answer

Place an order for a Growatt 10kW Grid-Tie Inverter | MIN10000TL-XH-US on August 20, 2024. I was informed 2-6 days for processing 3-15 days shipping depending on item and carrier. August 27th I asked when it will ship, No Response Same question 28th No Response, 29th Still in Processing, Called and finally talked to someone, "It will ship next Monday we are clearing our backlog." September 4th "It is scheduled for *** pickup next week". Then I cancel my order. 5th they said they would cancel my order. Today is September 24th, still no refund with one successful phone call with ***** saying I would get my refund that day but got nothing. Ordered 8/13/2024 6 weeks and no product delivered. They told me 2 weeks. I have an off grid tilapia farm, and I ordered 10 panels and an eg4 3000 inverter charge controller. My whole farm is in danger of dying, and is already getting sick from the cold nights. That damage cannot be undone the genetics will be permanently stunted. Every time I call they tell me they will ship it at the end of next week, clearly from other reviews this is a line they are told to say, but it's untrue they will not send me my order. I'm about to lose my whole farm, and they won't return my emails or calls. No accountability, terrible communication. Emails don't get returned, phone calls don't get answered or returned. I have called nearly every week since early Sept. they keep telling me they are behind on orders, that I would get my order shipped soon, then again next week, and now finally they have stopped answering my phone calls. Not once did they ever call me back. I have been in Touch with ***** ***** at Solar Sovereign via email and partially phone call after the case was opened. He mentioned they could refund me $600.00 for the inconvenience and have my order shipped out by Monday September the 30th 2024. He was adamant about the timeline and today October the 7th 2024 we have nothing to show and no updates. They have again gone silent since last week yet again.
There has been some communication via text as well with more empty promises and dates getting pushed back due to excuses. Another week has all of sudden gone by with nothing to show except nearly 17k taken from my bank account.

I ordered an EG4 Hybrid Solar Mini-Split Kit and accessories on 7-16-24. I received confirmation on 7-17-24 of the order, and then on 7-19-24, my credit card was charged the total amount by SOLAR SOVEREIGN SOLARSOVEREIG, TX (2684) After one week having not received a tracking number, I contacted them. I was told that it was scheduled for pickup on 7-29-24. After waiting a week, I did not receive a tracking number. I have called and talked to someone at least six times before then and now, and every time, I get told one story or another that my order will be shipping either that week or early the following week. On three of the throw occasions, I asked to cancel my order. I was told that they would have to transfer me to someone else or a manager; they put me on hold for a minute to two, then came back and told me that they were univariable (in a meeting/with another customer/at lunch)and would call me back I have never received any callback it has been two months since they charged my credit card at no pound did anything state that anything that I ordered was out of stock I would lick to have the order canceled and a full refund however it appears they are refusing to do so by never having the individuals available the Cancale the order and issue a full refundCustomer Answer

After filing my completed. Solar Sovereign sent me an email with an important update saying, "We are currently experiencing a backlog of customer orders due to ongoing supply chain challenges."
They called me on October 4 to say my order was ready to ship. At that point, I told them I would rather cancel the order as I had been requesting the last 4-6 times. I called them and said to them that it was too late in the year and that I would not have time to install it before it snowed,and I have nowhere to store it till next spring.
On October 20, I hade not receive an email or call with confirmation of shipping or caning of my order. So, I emailed them asking for the status of my order, having not received a response. On October 28, I started the Dispute through the credit card company for the transaction.

We placed an order for lithium batteries on 02 August 2024. We were told that all items were in stock and would be shipped ****. We paid by $11,720.00 with a credit card. We have called numerous times. There is no recorder to leave a message. After waiting on hold for ***** minutes recorded voice states that our call will be returned in the order received. The recording does not ask for our phone number. Within the last 6 weeks, we have received one return call, which was in response to an email that we sent (27 Aug), wherein we asked to cancel the order and we asked for a refund back to our credit card. We were verbally told that he (**** ****) would check with the warehouse and have someone call us back. No one has called us back. We did receive an email stating that our request would be reviewed by their sales team and they would get back to us as soon as they could. They have not done so. The phone has been answered twice and we spoke to ***** (unsure of last name) on 03 September 2024. He promised that we would have our order by 13 September 2024 or earlier. He stated that shipping would only take two days. He also sent us, by email, a coupon for $150 towards future purchases (for being patient). As of this date, 16 September 2024, we have not received a refund nor our product. We want our money back.Initial Complaint

The transactions took place on 08/09/2024 - 08/10/2024 Total price was 5,046.00$ I was told that these items were in stock and I would receive them before September. As of today it has been 38 days with no tracking number issued, and no explaining why. I want a refund. I have been lured by the promise of free shipping and fast service . I saved and worked very hard to do this solar project for my home they lied and I don't trust them. I found out they buy whole sale from Signature Solar What that means is they have to wait for Signature to get it in, before they get it and send it to you. I ordered solar panels from this company and they never shipped it. It's been 3 weeks now. They keep giving me an excuse that it will ship at the end of the next week every week. I called for a cancelation and a refund and they said they will return it short of 9%! They will take away 9% of my refund for not giving me a good service! They have terrible customer service. You can't reach anyone. You set up a call back they do not call back. They say the same things on the emails. I want my full refund! they will keep giving me excuses to not ship my solar panels and steal my money. I want a full refund so I can be done with this company!
