      No.1 in 2022 I had two sets of lenses cut for my own frames, I have been wearing glasses since ****. Being in my 60s my vision has changed so when the new lenses were mounted in my frames and my vision wasn't perfect I rationalized it to my age. With my vision getting worse and experiencing headaches I went back in September of 2023. I had an eye exam and the lenses were checked by their ophthalmologist and was informed that my prescription was incorrect. I purchased new sunglass and my regular lenses , again using my own frames, When I received them my sunglass frame was the same but there were new frames on the regular lenses that were defective. leaving the next day on a extended trip I decided I could live with them and proceeded on with life. On December 18 2023 my wife was talking to me and noticed a crack in my lens. I went into Eyesmart in Riverdale **** and was told that I had not purchased the clear lenses their and if I had. there was nothing they would do about it, This is the worst customer service I have ever paid for. I called the customer service line and received lip service only. Will never use this company again. they are money only! A true disgrace

      Bad customer service they lie even GM can't tell the truth. If they can't up sale you they don't want service you very rude and that is the MANAGER this is the store in ******** **.

      I was recently at Eye Mart Express and was treated with a love not seen in business these days. I felt blessed, cared for and appreciated. I found out that my insurance only covered the exam and had no money for my glasses but the family of employees made sure I walked out with my glasses, they paid for both pairs and didn't want recognition at all, GOD bless you and yours!!!!

      I had a very bad experience with customer service and the person who helped me at the counter was the manager. The optometry is worse because my prescription was wrong and someone in the office just wrote it down for a correction didn't check the records and correct it. Poor,Poor, poor service . Never will go again.

      I had an appointment with *************** at Vision 4 Less in *********** Seigen location today 9/6/23, and she was BEYOND rude and unprofessional. I have NEVER had this type of experience with a Medical Professional. There was a problem with my *************** became agitated that I was on the phone trying to sort it out & when I told her I would just pay out of pocket, she became even more rude and said well I cant do the exam if youre going to be on your phone & interrupting at that point, I told her I would just leave and she said ok good. As I was walking out, she rudely stated and I quote: We called you yesterday, next time answer your phone. Very unprofessional.

      This is not another complaint. I just want to say thank you to ***** for doing me right and making me a very happy and satisfied customer once again. He corrected what was done wrong to me when I went in to purchase my glasses. He was very kind and sweet when we spoke on the phone. As well as getting me the kind of lenses that I wanted in the first place. So thank you ***** from the eye mart express in ******* by ****** deli on south west drive.
