      7 am morning flight was canceled. There was no plain. Told us it is rescheduled for 11 am. We decided not to wait and rebook going to ******** through ****** at 12. When we boarded and check out original flight the flight was postponed till 2 pm! We were happy that we made the decision to rebook it and go different way, only to find out that our rebooted flight from ****** to ****** is delayed because of wheel issue. I dont know how this airline is still in business. We will never use them again! We are done with them

      The worst airline ever. They canceled my connection flight twice. I was stuck in **. Customer Sevice said they will call me back but they never did. I was not notified about the cancelations until 30 seconds before take off. I had to pay for a hotel room and food myself. Now it is a two day trip from ***** to *********. I will never fly ******* Airlines again

      It is the worst to have total failure in communication, coordination, and customer service when a flight is cancelled (flight ****). Seems like nobody knew anything. Couldn't tell you what carousel the flight baggage was on, where is cancelled baggage, was it pulled.... It was sad. You had to request them to give you your bag, and when asked where and when to pick up, they said wait time is 4hrs and it should be on one of the carousels.... Reminder they can't tell you what flight is on that carosel especially if your flight is cancelled. Oh, and the screen that shows the cancelled flight baggage?... Not working. I ended up calling family to pick me up, leaving baggage cause it doesn't even show on the baggage status on the website from 17:00 till 01:34 in the morning after being on hold approximately 2hrs just for automated service. Sorry, but I will be avoiding this airlines for awhile. Definitely will inform friends and family. During cancellation American Airlines is a lost cause.

      Hands down the worst airline out id rather fly spirit. Got to the ********************* with 45 minutes to spare tried to check in the kiosk wouldnt allow me to check in. They only had two employees working and the line had approximately 20+- people in it. I sat in line for over an hour to attempt to get ticketed, while inline my flight took off. American didnt want to assist me with my flight they said i should have been at the airport two hours in advance and put me on standby for another flight after they made me miss. This is ultimately the worst airline Ive even flew on -10/10 recommendations never will i flight American again!

      I recently flew on American Airlines. Worst flight ever! Delayed. Then luggage was late, didnt make it connecting flight. Once arrived, front zipper pocket broken, therefore most of my bought Souvenirs for friends, family lost, my Jewelry gone, small figurines gone.Then the process of making a claim on damaged luggage & lost items a complete joke, appear in person to AA office, take the luggage back to same office at Airport so they can send it in for a Repair. Oh & after an hour of declaring what was lost with AA agent, 800 number follow-up so the can assign an agent, so after on hold for an hour, I decided to hang up, no call back option by the way! I yhen attempt to go to the website, and there is a 5-page report to fill out with scanning of receipts, exact amounts. Which was done by the AA agent initially.Never glying with American Airlines again, With canceled flights due to lack of Pilots, followed by lost then damaged luggage & lost of sentimental items, I am thoroughly done with AA, they need to declare Bankruptcy!!

      American Airlines canceled our flight 13 June 2022 from ****** to ****** due to a Crew Shortage. This was for myself and 4 of my family, to include my special needs (wheelchair bound) son. American Airlines customer care in the airport said they would reimburse us and pay for any incurred cost. Once we filed through American Airlines website, American offered us ***** points which equates to $7.50. They have refused to do anything else, even after losing my sons wheelchair. This is mind boggling how they can treat customers like this.

      We had our flight canceled, and lost our first class seats, it took us hours to get rebooked, only to find out they didn't give us seats on our flight... now I'm trying to get a refund for our first class tickets that we paid for, but they only gave a partial refund for it. I have emailed them several times and still not getting a response.
